Back on May 5th, in the Pinnacle Pro thread, @TherealVaporblunt posted a video of a nectar collector style attachment for the the Pinnacle water tool. They are now available from THEYOYOKID1 on E-bay with the water tool. If you contact THEYOYOKID1 directly you can purchase the Aardvark without the water tool.
E-bay Link → http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pinnacle-Qu...311?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19ee734d97

I ordered one today so with the 4th being on Friday I will most likely see it Monday. I'll let you know how it performs.

Oh yeah, the video can be seen in the Pinnacle pro thread Page 159, post #3972. If I knew how I would post it myself.

I don't quite understand with these Nectar Collectors, aren't you just left with a dish full of half melted/scorched oil after you dip the hot quartz in a couple times? I feel like the flavor must suffer from reintroducing hot quartz into the oil over and over?

I would just drop a few dabs worth in my dish. seems good for dabbing on the go.

Look up Nectar collector on YouTube. There is more than one way to skin a cat:brow:.
Edit: @063_XOBX you're quick. I had the same idea. On YouTube there are guys vaping lines of wax not just drops.
Edit #2: A while back there was a video of a guy doing a dab with his nectar collecter. He laid out a laminated map, drew a line with wax from L.A. to New York, then dabbed said line in one shot. I'll keep looking for the video.

I love my PNWT as well. I bought it with my PnP and only used it once in a while because of the splash. But once I dialed in the water level I stopped getting water splashing and hitting my mouth. I've been using it with my E-nano nightly. I even bought an adapter for my TV revolution. And since the revolution is really made to use vertically it makes for a beautiful combo.

I don't usually pat myself on the back , but " aardvark"is the coolest name I've thought of yet!!

These things are immensely popular, at San Fran can cup everyone was walking around with one .

It's like smoking a bowl, if you look at the bowl like a pizza and only touch it to each slice one at a time . Does that make sense?

Ok. So I made a makeshift oil rig for my friend with his (used to be mine til I sold it to him) PNWT and a grav labs 14mm ti nail/reclaimer kit. It is incredible, however, this is a great idea too and I am tempted to get myself one lol. Kudos on this one TRVB, this is an example of an innovative product with good solid construction and safe materials (we all love glass/boro)! :)

@TherealVaporblunt is the end that you heat with the torch made from borosilicate or quartz?

No I believe that, there is no way even borosilicate would stand up to being repeatedly torched like that! :)

@TherealVaporblunt - If it is quartz, will you sell the 14mm aardvark tip by itself? If so, how much?
edit: I saw the post in Cheap High quality nails thread regarding $20 and contacting yoyokid on ebay.
That's a very low price for quartz, imo. Too good to be true? How can you see the diff between borosilicate and quartz, anyone?

@SSVUN~YAH --- @gordo.scientific made a mini-recycler "dab-eater" several months ago to be used just like this(or a Nectar Collector.)
he may be working on another :dog: shhhh!

@herbivore21 -- FWIW, Boro will hold up. I've been using one of these
https://www.nectarcollector.org/shop/dry/nectar-collector-honey-badger/
since I got it in Colo during 4/20/2014. Used it just about everyday since, still going with zero cracks or evidence of cracking. I can't say for how much longer, but I know I've tried to be gentle with the torch and def tried to NOT flame it to red.

They are quartz, and the way I test quartz is heat it red hot than drop it in a glass of water. Boro shatters, quartz is unharmed.

I went for a morning hike with my son and when I got back home I found my Aardvark wating for me:rockon:. I gave it a good PBW wash while I showered up. Than an Iso wash and it's ready. I started with a little bit larger than a BB sized dab and Boom:o!! If using a nail was like drinking a beer or a glass of wine TheAardvark would be like taking a double shot. The flavor is amazing. I took a second dab and I'm done:ko:. @TherealVaporblunt, Quick question. How do I know when it's hot enough. I don't get it red hot but I get it pretty hot but I don't want to break my new toy. Oh well, it's nap time, I can't wait to get up for another round with this little guy.:zzz::zzz:

So now that I have been using The Aardvark for a few days the only problem I see is the accumulation of reclaim building up in the little stem. It still blows me away with the flavor though. I'm now thinking about one of these honey badgers by Nectar collector.

Has anyone here ever used one? I bet the flavor is incredible, but I wonder if it would be too harsh?

One of my buddies has one he swears by it, says the taste beats the hell out of his rig and basically has retired the nail. He doesn't have the honey badger though I think he has a wet nectar collector v 2.0 ish though because he said he dropped about $600 on it. I should hopefully get a chance to try it out this week.

This aardvark looks really bad ass though and I am digging the design.

I'm not an expert but I have a strong opinion
If you have the water tool already be sure to contact Theyoyokid1 directly. The Aardvark by itself is available for under 20 bucks!!!

Edit: @063_XOBX Thanks for posting the Aardvark video ↓.

Yeah.....I messaged him last week about this and haven't heard a peep since. So if anyone knows of another way to obtain just the aardvark (no water tool) I would love to be enlightened!

Check your ebay messages. I didn't think he responded to me either but he did. Mine is <48 hours from my mailbox.
