USPS tracking show's the Afzelia was delivered today (Thanks @Snappo for the fast shipping!). Now we wait for Andy to work his magic (I promise I won't bug you too much @ACE OF VAPE - Take your time and do it right!).

For anyone curious - here's the block I bought:

I've also got a new 19mm Claisen and a custom matching 19mm GONG and Stopper from @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd

Can't wait to photograph the entire setup when finished!

Next up will be some nice glass - but for now I think my wife is about to kill me for how much I've spent on vapes and glass over the past 6 months!

You are going to have a nice NANO with that wood.
One of my cars has this wood for the interior accents.
Very nice choice!

Curly KOA is another nice one.

BUDINGA, EBONY, PADUK, CANARY, MAHOGANY, BRAZILIAN ROSEWOOD, COLOBOLO are other overlooked woods.

However the blank in you photo is pure ART!

NATURAL!

Haha I'm watching this thread very closely for vicarious vapor fumes until my own e-nano arrives. ;) Unfortunately, I just rechecked and the discount seems to have been withdrawn! I have no clue why, I distinctly remember it being valid until the 5th. Sorry!

FCLOVE is the FC discount code. It was working well from all reports for more than a year, but seems to be down now. Think this also happened for a few days when the website was being updated. Hopefully it will be fixed soon or a new one will be provided. Not sure about the FaceBook code. Maybe Andy is trying something different, but hope he continues to take care of all of us at FC.

Dude, you should chill. Andy is awesome with service, but if it were me I would have deleted the voicemail without listening and sent your money back. You placed your order on Friday and are sweating the dude about a tracking # on Tuesday morning? You really think dealing with a one man show who designs; cooridnates with wood, metal, electronics, heat core and glass vendors; turns the wood; assembles; tests; packs and ships; handles customer service and god only knows what else himself is like ordering through Amazon Prime? Maybe, just maybe, if you had ordered on the previous Friday I could understand - but less than 2 business days out? WOW! Now that I think about it, I wouldn't have sent your money back. I would have packaged your nano and set it on a back shelf to ship in a week or two. So, fortunate for you you're dealing with Andy instead!

As far as I know (or has been posted here in the thread) the ONLY place to get a new nano is through epicvape.com. Used ones pop up from time to time in the FC classifieds, but don't think there are any official resellers out there. Most of the info you're going to find is right here in this thread.

Hm, that's a little harsh @flotntoke , after all I've been reading reports of how other get their vapes really soon and I'm just hoping I do, too. I didn't know this was a one-man operation, but my main worry is that I'm going to get back to combusting. I was hoping you FCers (and Andy) would understand. I'm also hoping Andy is a nicer person than you seem to be, understand that my impatience for his product is simply because of its superlative reviews, and that I've emptied a considerable amount into this device and want it as soon as I can have it - especially because, in order to buy it, I sold my only other vape and am currently bereft of vapor and staring my old addiction (which I have successfully combated only after many agonizing years) in the face. :) I sure hope he's a lot more sympathetic than you are! Sticking the product on the back of the shelf seems a bit excessive for a couple of calls and a few emails, no?

EDIT - I was told it would ship on Monday, which might explain a little. I definitely didn't mean to bother anyone, least of all @ACE OF VAPE , and I hope I didn't foster that feeling - I have the utmost respect for small, home-owned businesses and their struggles. It's just that when it comes to vaping, I'm a bit like a kid waiting for his new Playstation! ;)

Fully understand the impatience. Don't understand the repeated posts about it (then again, I never do) that you expect everyone else to troll through. Also, don't understand pestering the man within 2 business days of placing an order.

What I really don't get is combining the two. Pestering Andy AND posting about it every time you do.

Know I'm on the verge of breaking the "be nice" rule here (though really trying not to), but please review the rule about making short posts with no significant content.

It's not so much that I'm not a nice person, as much as it is I've been following this thread pretty much daily for about a year and a half. I haven't counted, but would guess a good many posts in the 263 pages are similar to your recent ones going on about can't wait, when will it get here, just emailed Andy again, and on and on. So, it's not really you @JeeSee , it's the accumulation of all of them. And truthfully, not too bothered by the couple all of us seem to make. It's the over and over in a short time that get me (and I suppose are simply ignored by others).

Just a suggestion.... maybe you could bide your time waiting for the nano by counting up all of those type posts. I'd love to start a pool on how many there may be!

I see from your sig that you own several vapes, and as someone who lives in India (which makes shipping time long, and customs possibly even longer) and hasn't owned anything other than an MFLB (which he doesn't, currently) and, most importantly, was hospitalized for months due to a long bout of tuberculosis that was intensified (if not brought on) by excessive smoking a couple of years ago before switching to vaporizing (which has quite literally transformed and perhaps saved my life), I hope you realize that my perspective is quite different from yours. You're probably fortunate enough that you don't have to go through a situation like this, that when you're waiting for a vape you have a couple others to fall back on, and I envy you that. I understand your point of view, however, and will stop posting in this thread henceforth regardless of what I have to contribute. It's easy for you to be sarcastic about starting a pool, but I had only the nicest intentions at heart when sharing my (admittedly childlike) enthusiasm. If reading a couple of posts a page of this seems reason enough to prompt your rant, clearly I'm doing something wrong.

EDIT - Other than on this current page, I'd like you to point out posts that have been or have seemed unnecessary - my previous posts have only been about sharing coupon codes or exchanging information about shipping details with other members (I'm sure if I had posted some inanity, moderators would have stepped in to rectify the situation). I really don't know why this would be enough to bring on the negativity you've just heaped upon me, it certainly doesn't feel very nice - but perhaps you're just having a bad day. In fact, I think this debate you've begun has taken a far larger spot in the thread than all my other posts together.
Regardless, I have met some extremely kind, helpful and large-hearted people here on the FC community, and one experience with someone who finds a few sentences a bit of a difficulty to trawl through isn't going to change that. I love these forums for all the happiness and knowledge they've brought me. FC has always been a place for learning and growing, and I will continue to follow this thread from afar - even your posts, @flotntoke , when they're informative. So long and thanks for all the fish. :)

Once you have your NANO you will be in a state of NIRVANA!
Combusting is easy however once you have vaporized it's harder to handle as you know. The flavor profile of the NANO is worth the wait!

I'm sure it will get sorted out.
