Thank you. I have a good relationship with that store, so it wasn't a big deal. but I do need to clarify that water damage still is NOT a acceptable warrant claim. I went ahead and did this one, but I strongly advise everyone test any water device they use before they throw it on those vaporizers, even mine.

The reason is (pak and sticks advised me to start explaining myself a little better, so I'm going to be posting more reasons and thought processes for a while) water damage is a popular death for vapes, from toilets to lakes to washing machines. Although most people are honest, their will be a small segment of society that will try to turn their error into my lose.

Please be safe and sanitary with your vapes, they need to be kept clean and maintenance just as our cars, power tools, etc.....

Do you have a good relationship with Buddah's Belly in Raleigh? I know they carry the PNP. Would be nice to know if they are carrying legit merchandise. I want to steer people to the right local stores if they can't or won't order online.

I never know the customers comfort level with being discussed in online forums, so I do not comment on them unless I have their permission. Smoke rings is one of the stores that put a Vaporblunt juice bar in their store and have been down from day 1 and I know they are cool with fixing it so I felt it ok to talk about them. Sorry!

I only used this thick walled PonG 1 time and it melted. If it didnt melt, what happened to it?

I would like a Glass PonG replacement, and am still waiting, not really sure how to get the replacement, but I purchased the pinnacle pro direct from vaporblunt.

Can I get a replacement or a refund then @TherealVaporblunt ? Sorry about calling your customer service guys bad names but they told me I had to get my unit re-sleeved when it fummed for the second time and was melting. I clean my units thoroughly. Like it's a fucking graduated cylinder in a NASA experiment. It also took a month for them to tell me that after vaguely asking about the colors of the lights.

Edit: I sent videos of the fumming and pictures of slight cracking and significant melting. They didn't even tell me how much it would cost just that i needed to get it re sleeved. They didn't even have the unit and they told me how it was going to be fixed lol.

Give it a try if you're so confident.
 ... i would also propose you load a bullet with extra sticky stuff, let it sit a while.. so that some sticky stuff seals well the bottom of the bullet... and also remember to make an airtight seal between the pong and the main unit, so that no air is able to equalize the suction when the air inside the pinnacle cools down :D

nemo,
So, I am in the process of getting my name changed... but meanwhile, feeling a bit PTSD about using my water tool ever again! There were no accidents (washing machines, lakes, kitchen sinks, etc.) and I am unaware of any cracks. TherealVaporblunt and others - any advice about how to use/care for my water tool? I will take the advice to not let the Pinnacle cool down with the water tool on it; any and all other advice is welcomed! Thank you.

@unhappy 341,

A few things:

1) Learn to understand the exact water level required so absolutely no spillage can occur on your PNWT.
Fill it.
Take some test rips.
Also test it by tilting it to angles that you would move it to.

2) Only have it attached to the PNP while taking rips (or during the session).
No need to leave it attached to the PNP the whole time.
Take the PNWT off as much as you can.
Why take the added risk.

@TherealVaporblunt,
I just had a Eureka moment... slap a plastic plate with a weight at the bottom of your paperweight pongs.. and booyah... Muthaphukin PNWT stand!

3) Lastly consider investing in a bubbler.
The risk of water damage is a lot lower since the water is always below the PNP.
I was never comfortable with the PNWT so I invested in a bubbler.
Thanks to @BLAZING OG 's sick as videos of the PNP and The Baker bubbler rips, which convinced me to purchase one.

Anyone who has issues or concerns with their pongs as long, as they are not fake (Chinese) can swap it for a gpong. You simply need to contact Dave @ vaporbluntdave@gmail.com

Steele

In the face of evil IandI have no fear.
Ok so I've got to update you guys on the adventures of Steele's PnP, how you're enjoying reading the positives @TherealVaporblunt and @Engineering. But I can answer the hot question this guys asking..... vaporizing is not a cool process, its hotter than an ecig, hell its hotter than a freshly nuked hot pocket and everybody knows the insides of a hot pocket are in fact the same temperature as hell. So, yes, the PnP is hot, but u can certainly find the appropriate way to hit it without issues, in my experience it isnt too hot to the touch on the externals of the device. These temps are insane folks, and thats why the PnP is so impressive, the amount of heat generated by this thing in such a small package is incredible. Keep it clean, keep it from sticking to itself(see keep it clean). Get yourself some extra screens, either make them or convince @TherealVaporblunt to sell screens in ten packs or ten with a gong so we can have a few in rotation. I use Kleen Green Gold on all of my pieces, it is all natural and has never harmed fit or finish on my pieces and I keep expensive glass and wooden pipes. I just soak all my bullets and screens and pieces in it overnight, scrub it down, rinse with hot water and I'm good to go. Its not cheap, but its concentrated and lasts forever. Works even better if ya warm it up a tad in the microwave first too, but thats just me. I trust it on my Celebration Pipe made from 24k gold and lava stoneware, and I wouldnt let iso near that thing, although it would probably be fine.

Brush your screens, bullets and chamber out at least daily, remove any stuck pieces.of flowers with the wooden toold or a long wooden steak skewer, that works to pluck off stuff the brush will not remove. I do use iso on a qtip on the chamber when deep cleaning, but thats because it evaporates and if used intelligently will not harm the electronics. As for everything I can take out or off the pnp it gets a kleen grean bath. Other than that this thing is low mainentance, but dont expect electronics to function properly when you dont keep them clean.

Review update soon, the PnP torture test is still underway, I put it through the ringer this weekend (dont assume that means physical abuse like drops and throws), and have yet to medicate using any other means since receiving it.

I actually invested in a 14mm bubbler for my PnP. Didn't quite please me as well as the WT.

Could be you're adding too much water?

I find water strips away too much taste and active compounds from the vapor.

I use my bubbler only with a bit of ice for cooling purposes only.

These ice trays are perfect.

After a session, the ice is half melted, but it doesn't even cover the bottom of a slit of the downstem.

There are no details, it's just a rendering, that's why I took it down. Realistically will not work with the pinnacle because we get too hot to hold, I have to rethink the internals. But I am working on it.

Please delete the picture from your quote so I don't fuel any false speculation, that's the last thing I need!

Nice concept though.. I think the bullet idea is great and you should keep on improving but using the bullet system. I think everyone can agree that the simplicity of the unit is also great, simple is better stick with that. The Pinnacle is missing 2 things that would put it greatly ahead of the other guys. A sexy look, and a powerful battery.

Thanks. On another note, There's a lot of fakes going around, and a easy way you can tell is they only include 1 bullet canister and don't include the glass lined GonG. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! We had 3 returned to us In the mail today, and the poor customer is S.O.L.

Like Sativape said doing a few test rips (harder than how you normally hit it after attaching to PnP) after putting water in it can really help you see if any water falls out. I usually put enough water so it goes up to the slits in the WT. then wipe off all the water around the glass. Don't forget to wipe the water from the bottom part of the WT where the PnP goes in. Using a q-tip works really well with this.

Vaporblunt got in contact with me. I'm surprised. I'll be even more surprised if they give me a new unit or a refund but this is definitely a good start. It's extremely strange as I sent them a video of the unit fuming and that was my major concern yet they keep ignoring that. In the email out of the blue they said they'd replace it once because of cracking lol. Alright I'll take it but that's very strange. I sent them a receipt when they get back to me I will let you guys know.

Edit: this is 3 months after originally telling me It needs to be resleeved and i'd need to pay. It's not correct to tell me how they're going to fix a product without having the device to diagnose. So thank you @TherealVaporblunt for getting back on track.
