Neither have I. Usually only a problem with a larger volume stemless.

If you roll the silicone sleeve down over itself (away from load) it creates a little lip on the overlap. Easy to use this silicone ridge to pull GonG with nano using only a finger or two. Just drop your ring finger or pinky (or both) down to catch the lip while you hold the nano in your other fingers and thumb. Works well and after a few times becomes second nature. The lip you're grabbing is away from the hot end of the glass, so never get burned. Easy to then set the unit/GonG back down on the glass for another hit, or just drop the GonG back in the glass and pull nano.

ok i ordered my e-nano last friday... i am a inpatient guy... now i read on this thread that it could be a long time (months) (from an old post,,, so not actual information), but i can not say if that is usual or if it was a special case... i also did not ordered a special nano (exotic wood or something like that)... the order history on epic vape says that my order was processed (what do that mean?) but i did not recive any tracking info... as i said i am a imaptient person... can twait for my nano to arrive at his new home ;)

???? :hmm: I haven't seen one person say their Nano took a month to arrive. Are you sure you're not reading old posts from last year when the Nano first came out??

Walnut, Cherry, and Maple should be in stock and ship within a day of ordering.

I ordered my second nano last week - custom made with some exotic Afzelia Burl (thanks @Snappo !). The product description for a CUSTOM nano order states 14 days from receipt of wood. There's no way it should take a month for a standard order.

I ordered mine on a Sunday night.
By Friday of the following week it was at my front door?

I had to get rid of some vaporizers because the NANO was smaller and just as powerful. OH Yeah! Did I say how good the flavor is?

Customer service is the best as well!
Mine stays on 24/7 at 3.5.
I turn it up to 7.0 15 minutes before a session.

Sometimes 6.5 if the medicine is properly cured and higher for any residual moisture!

Even if it takes a month to get one it's worth it!

Put some Platinum Cookies in the GonG. I still have to hold the Nano at a good spot manually as there is nothing stopping it from squishing the bud, so I scorched it a bit. Still the best I have ever tasted, goddamn premium taste.

Yeah.... hasn't been months since before March of 2013 when Andy was working things out with vendors on the heating elements. Don't think he was expecting quite the rush on these after he had produced about 10 (or less) of them. If you go way back in this thread, you'll find me griping about the wait. Then even after that you'll find that post from me just like everyone else (whether they waited a week or months).... "This thing is SO worth the wait!!" So, I get it. But while you're whining about it, just remember there are still a few of us here that are saying, "A weekend? You've waited a weekend and have to post about waiting? Goddamn kids!" :myday:

Don't think I've seen anybody in CONUS say it took even two weeks for the last year or so, and the overseas long waits seem to be issues on their end with customs.

Advice to you and anyone else who is waiting for their nano... use the time to read this thread, and enjoy whatever you've been doing until now. Be that a shitty little vape or even rolling joints. When that box gets there, it will be all the more sweeter!

Dying to see the Afzelia Burl @Ratchett ! Wanting one so bad, but got that summer money thing going on right now. Hopefully it will be in the budget by the end of the month.

So I've convinced another friend to jump on the Nano train! I'm sure he'll get one of the exotics :)

He'll be ordering this week to use it with his PNWT. I have been largely absent from the Nano discussion whilst I pursued vapes to fill my other needs. Tell me, has anything changed? What are the best 14mm GonGs, still the adjust-a-bowl? Anything else he might need to be abreast of?

Heh, Patience is a virtue! But I like to play the cards in my favor - luckily I have a Nano to play with for now until my new one arrives. Of course if I didn't like the nano, I'd never spend the extra money to upgrade to something nicer!

USPS tracking show's the Afzelia was delivered today (Thanks @Snappo for the fast shipping!). Now we wait for Andy to work his magic (I promise I won't bug you too much @ACE OF VAPE - Take your time and do it right!).

For anyone curious - here's the block I bought:

I've also got a new 19mm Claisen and a custom matching 19mm GONG and Stopper from @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd

Can't wait to photograph the entire setup when finished!

Next up will be some nice glass - but for now I think my wife is about to kill me for how much I've spent on vapes and glass over the past 6 months!

I asked Andy to possibly make my Nano a smidge taller (0.5 inches) if there's room. I think Snappo only left an inch excess for Andy

Well, I signed up to say thanks to everybody in this thread! I've learned a massive amount about the E-Nano from reading all the discussions. It's nice to see such a helpful, supportive, friendly group of people interacting.

I just received my E-Nano today in Australia (ordered on the 23rd of June and it arrived on the 1st of July) and I'll be testing it out this evening with my water piece. I usually use smaller loads (0.03 to 0.05g) to get to an excellent level, so it's going to be fun comparing the E-Nano to my modded Extreme Q.

I also loved the personalized note from Andy - I thought that was a nice touch that adds to customer satisfaction :clap:

You have a 220v to 110v step down converter for the power right?

I've ordered internationally too! Hope the Indian customs aren't as anal this time as they've had a penchant for being. Did you pay extra and get USPS Priority Mail, or did have it shipped with the standard $25 USPS First Class delivery?

I do! I did a lot of research on this vape before pulling the trigger, but thanks for the reminder. I've already given it a bit of a test run (without using any herbs, just to check the heating element) and it's looking good for later this evening :tup:

I paid the regular $25 for international shipping, so I'm pretty happy with the quick delivery. Hopefully yours doesn't have any delays :)
