if you read my asterisk then you will know that I think Quartz is just as tasty as ceramic and even tastier than ti but only if it is seasoned first. If you don't season a quartz or glass nail I feel like they taste very "synthetic".What seller is that? That replacement deal is unheard of with quartz or ceramic.
IMHO that doesn't seem right. Why would a seller say they would replace something that they know will eventually break? I know HIVE won't replace your ceramic for free when it cracks. I know Joel Halen won't replace your Honey Hole when it cracks. So I don't get why this seller would replace it. That would be awesome if he/she did though
Oh and titnaiumedgeshop on eBay had the female quartz honey hole nails for cheaper than dqcountry (green Buddha).

I agree that it seems pretty far out for a seller to be willing to replace a ceramic nail. I don't think I have heard a single report of someone not having it crack on them in a few weeks. Sometimes the first day

@yingmin5 if you are lurking around and happen to read this I guarantee a 187 sidecar would be a big seller for you. There are a lot of people waiting for one of these to pop up.
I am very excited about the prospect of a higher quality 187 and would be happy to pay like $20 more for it. I love / hate the 187 I received because of the crooked downstem and perc. It seems like such a solid piece the fact that someone didn't take the time to actually get things centered just drives me nuts. I have been trying to sell it to a friend with hopes of getting a better replacement

I get your frustration. The problem with these kind or errors is the blowers pay is likely tied directly to their production numbers, so faster output is more pay. And when they are selling large lots to retail vendors, the feedback on quality is slower and less directly connected to the piece than selling onsies directly to customers. They need to change things a little, and it looks like that is what @yingmin5 is trying to do.
I wish him well. If it is successful for him it should spread among the vendors and be better for all of us...

Sorry I misread what he typed to me, he said he would only replace if cracked within the first couple of weeks. Which means not worth getting...I'll stick to the quartz banger or ti domeless

No worries! He is a good seller so I still recommend him. I bought a ceramic nail from another seller and it started cracking after 5 uses and he wouldn't replace it so at least titaniumedgeshop gives you a little couple week warranty lol. The cool thing is though I can still use the cracked ceramic nail. It will continue to be used until a chunk or two fall off

@PoopMachine I am almost 100% certain that we are dealing with a whole new Kathy. One who stepped her game up and ships out decent quality glass in a timely manner.

Until you can buy the 187 as a sidecar, buy the D020-W - It's a GREAT piece - I love mine - nice and thick glass, nice bubble action all around the whole perc. For the price you cannot beat it. The mouthpiece is a bit.... phallic, but who cares. The rest of the piece is simply amazing - I love milking it with my nano!

Got my set up with the D020-T and honeycomb ash catch from sunshine (each one took 10days to arrive, order Sunday night and comes in two Wednesdays). Works quite well, but am considering going from the T to the D020-D, since I thought maybe a birdcage would compliment the honeycomb more than the ratchet perc does.
However, I was wondering if anyone has tried them together and could tell me if they fit? I don't know if I want to make the change if it means ordering another adapter to make things even taller. Thanks again guys

I'm sure you would enjoy the D020-D by itself, but it certainly won't work with that AC unless you had some sort of extension (male to female) between the two.
Does anyone know of an AC that works well with the D020-D or the D020-W? I'd be interested in some added diffusion when vaping reclaim

I wanted to say with ice pinches and no mention of the dome I bet female/combustion, but most of the pics are DI. I messaged him and will let everyone know once I hear the answer. Meant to ask him what colors are possible, since seller chooses.

hey guys, my 12" kathy bong came in the mail yesterday, really fast (sub 1 week) shipping! was gonna post a pic of it but i fell asleep. almost did it again just now! good sign im thinking. love it so far, only imperfection is a mildly wobbly base, which i remedied with a piece of black rubber mesh that i put under my pieces anyway to prevent sliding. loving how it came out in green (all the pics of this piece are in blue)
i had a dab today out of a mini rig and i was astounded at how nice it was. i don't know why but it was just like you said, so nice out of the mini. i actually liked it a lot more than my GB-187, which i wasn't expecting, at least it being that much better.... probably going to have to pick up a nice mini myself to figure out why (GAS, uh oh)

I grow to like the tornado rig more and more, even if you have to give it a good pull, it is such a smooth heavy hitter, delivering astounding flavorful hits !
It is surprisingly good as a oil rig, with my omni I can take killer hits, it's thick and white but smooth. I can also milk my MV and get extremely fat vapor out of it.
If you have lungs powerful enough to get through the drag of all that water, It allows enormous clouds without systematic coughing and doesn't sacrifice taste much. The only big con being draw resistance.
I like to see the hollow base filling with chugs of vapor. That was a great buy

Since I'm a poor low income sack I just use a JHOOK and a ASH COLLECTOR to medicate. My bowl is filled with a top shelf strain.
