Hi i'm looking for the best possible material for my vaporizer whip. After finding usplastic.com i'm now confused about all the different grades etc. My main problem with my current whip is that the weed imparts its own unique taste on it so the different strain flavors kind of overlap, plus the whip has its own taste too. I think its widely agreed upon that silicone is the best material, but there are many variation of silicone tubing.. for example
http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/item.aspx?itemid=23278&catid=799 says it's Platinum cured (no idea what that means) and it says it has an ultra smooth inner bore to reduce build up. Does that mean this tubing will taste more neutral and not take on the taste of different strains? Its really expensive compared to the tubing i usually use. Then theres http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/item.aspx?itemid=23884&catid=799 which is much cheaper but it says its not for implant use which makes me think it'll eventually give off toxic chemicals and it says to be careful about barbs/fittings as it may cause failure. Also theres a ton of different tubing materials including ptfe which has a max temp or 550f... much higher than silicone

for some reason it wont let me edit my above post.. but i found vapor bros whip which claims to be medical grade for pretty cheap, does anyone know if thats platinum cured or peroxide cured.. Or theres this stuff http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/item.aspx?itemid=23884&catid=799 which is much cheaper than platinum cured silicone and claim it doesn't have any acid producing chemicals which i believe was the issue with peroxide cured tubing.
