Just bought some eneloope batteries. Is anyone else experiencing a loose fit with these batts?
Yes, they fit loose, but just push it with your finger to make good contact. Or, put a piece of tape around the battery just make sure it doesn't block the contact on the left side of the battery hole.CoronaNoLime said:

What I have to say about the box. Best vaporization device ever! I'm terms of ease of operation along with the thorough job of doing what it is intended. I'm proud to own a handmade work of art that's state of the art with good ole' fashion materials and construction. This has become the "daily driver" that replaces everything in my collection.

LOL -- yes, we have been a bit busy of late. Now that things have settled down a bit as far as packaging updates are concerned, we have been upgrading and improving our internal tools and processes. It is expensive for us to do this, but means that things are going to be much easier in the long run.VaporHand said:

One thing you might try to remove any residual smells is to clean the Box as best you can with the provided brush and some ISO, and with it empty and the lid open, put the battery in with firm contact for 1 or 2 minutes. Check the battery from time to time to ensure that it is not getting too hot -- ie, don't let it get any hotter than fresh cup of coffee.
Another trick you might try (after the above) is to blow a lot of warm air through the Box (lid open again) with a hair-drier. If you try this be very sure that the lid is completely open and as far from the hot air stream from the hair-drier as possible (else the cover will soften and distort shape). A couple of minutes of this treatment should be plenty, if it is needed at all.

No worries -- they are mostly cosmetic. Be sure to keep the batteries in the provided case when not in use. Peeled batteries should ONLY be used in the Launch Box and not in any other devices.driesclothesfaster said:

I live in Canada and there were no customs fees, but shipping fees will always be there no mater where you live.

I ordered from vapeworld on 2/3 and received it on 2/5, with free shipping. Some reason I think they intended for me to receive it just in time for the weekends, heh. I unpacked everything from the magic flight box, and charged the batteries for about 2 hours before use.
First thing I noticed was how small the box was, some reason I expected it to be larger but wow, isn't this the stealthiest little device ever. I proceeded to pack some herb in the trench, and started vaporizing. It literally blew my mind (this is the first ever I ever vaped). The instructions were easy, after watching one of the videos I already knew the procedure before hand so all I got was the raw taste of the herb. I did about two more hits off the vape, total of three, and boy was I feeling good. I set the box down for the session, and took a few more hits throughout the day. I was amazed that one trench lasted me through the whole day! I smoke daily, enough to get to a nice level, so this was great.
Second thing I noticed was how clear the high is, hard to explain but once you experience it, you will know! I also have a very expensive bowl that I smoke out of daily, but I haven't touched that since. The high is comparable from smoking blunts to a bowl, but going from a bowl to vaped is a much more dramatic change. So yes, this did replace my other alternatives but I will still smoke out of glass/blunts/papers with friends.
Third thing I noticed was that the smell of herb was gone. Yes, you will smell it a minute or two after you have vaped but it will be gone in a well ventilated room. This was one of the most important thing for me!
To conclude, if you are on the fence about this product, BUY IT. Their life-time warranty includes issues with the launch box itself if it ever fails and ALSO your mistakes (if you drop it, burn it, idk, but you should treat this as a work of art!). After seeing how they responded in this thread, I already knew their customer service is top notch!
