The endgame is the pecking order for the nwo. We're pushing for wwiii now because our overwhelming military dominance is arguably at it's apex now, and it can't last forever. Also it's getting harder and harder to rally the natives to continue this bullshit, that's why our troops are killing themselves at a faster clip than they are the enemy. Think what you want about this guy, but he does have a way of connecting the dots:

I doubt done, but maybe diminished. This period isn't the first time the US has been through rough times.....
And most great empires don't "fall" they decline over a period of centuries. The Roman Empire technically lasted into the 15th century when it was finally sacked by Ottomans. The British Empire didn't fall, it divested itself of it's colonies and continues to be an important geopolitical power as the UK. And besides, I don't think the US meets the definition as an empire.
As far as up and coming world super powers? Russia? No, I don't think so. China or India...maybe.
