It's ok. Order them now :-). LOL

In other news my supplier found that gram of wax. Yay me! Anyway he told me he could get me bubble hash, I told him no go. No hashes. Waxes / oils only. I can't put the bubble hash in the VXN correct?

Anyhow, I'm pretty messed up. Yay VXN :-) love this f'ing thing.
You are correct. You can still use bubble hash but should use it in an ELB not the nail

Who all is using the vapexnail through something other than a hydra tube ? Pretty much the only way I'm doing it now

I'm also hitting it with a BeerGlass pendant rig and a whip. Gives super tasty hits and almost no air resistance. I think I get higher from that than the SideCirc but it's a bit harsher and I don't always need to be that blazed.

Hey newVaper420, don't take this the wrong way....I'm as much as an EpicVape fanboy as VXL, perhaps slightly biased toward the e-Nano, so this is all my own opinion only, not fact. Based on your first paragraph, it sounds like you are doing something wrong. There is no good reason that you should be combusting, ever. And your inconsistency of hits leaves me puzzled too. I could say the very same thing about the EVO, in that I get crappy hits if it hasn't been pre warmed properly. My Nano hits awesome every time, I don't need to wait long to prewarm since it's a log and I leave it on always. I feel that its simplicity makes it actually easier to use.

I disagree with your assessment on how the Cloud "just works", again only my opinion. The Nano just works the same. No grinding even required. I can simply break a teeny piece of bud off, even a fragment, and get nice clouds billowing from that great efficiency. I can do similar in the Cloud, but it needs to be grinded, which takes an extra step. Honestly, this is so huge for me that i'm using the Nano about 90-95% of the time now.

The Nano isn't really designed for a HT, so can't really compare there. I do agree that the VXL has the better airflow for sure, but alot of that depends on how the Nano is loaded.

In the end you can argue pros and cons for both. I love them both, but the simplicity and lack of electronics (which can causes odours), plus the price point makes the Nano a top contender like the EVO. I respect your setup in having a Nano for a backup, but some will also use a Cloud/Evo as a complement/backup to a Nano as well.

It's hard to put words to this statement, but I will try. I bought the E-Nano as a backup to my Cloud/Cloud+ etc. It works great honestly. It just requires a bit of technique. Sometimes I get great hits out of it, sometimes it hits like shit. Sometimes I combust, sometimes it doesn't get hot enough. I feel like the E-Nano is a great machine, but it's simplicity makes it more difficult to use.

Now, let's move over to the Cloud EVO. Pack the ELB. Put it in, take a hit, don't even think. Works every time. No questions regarding, am I pulling too fast, too slow, etc. Did I pack it too much, or too little? Etc. It just works.

Not to mention, the airflow. For instance, I take the same amount of material. .1g of flowers. Put it in the E-Nano GonG stem. Attach Hydratube. Sometimes I can get it to milk, sometimes it's very wispy. Also, sometimes the GonG gets stuck in the Hydratube and it's a pain in the ass. Take the same material and amount, place in Cloud EVO, and bam, you get rip-roaring bong busting hits everytime. No questions asked.

That being said, I absolutely love both units for what they are. Cloud EVO as daily driver, E-Nano as backup. As long as my Cloud EVO is functioning, I do not even touch the E-Nano. No desire to.

In other news, my supplier is out of wax/concentrate. What a bummer. Guess I gotta wait till next round.

Biohacker - no offense or wrong way taken :-). This is a discussion group after all.

I will say this. Combustion occured with me when I had my first E-Nano. AKA, I bought it on release day. I know there have been tweaks and stuff sufficiently afterward. So my first E-Nano was really hot, and you could definitely get combustion on there. I have a new E-Nano, which I don't believe any combustion occurred but now we are at the point sometimes of not hot enough :-). I also think they have a removeable cord now too.

I feel like with the E-Nano, it's a lot more sensitive to the dial as well. Also, with the all-glass stem I used to get particles in my mouth occasion depending, especially after a stir.

I do want to quickly respond about the Cloud just being able to go. In both vaporizers, you have to let them warm up. In fact, I would argue that I need to let my E-Nano heat up longer than the my Cloud EVO. Also, with no indication of when the E-Nano is at ideal temperature, that's another bonus for the Cloud. (Granted the green light isn't the best indicator, but more often then not, if I need to start when it turns green, by the end of the session everything is fully extracted). As for the breaking of tiny nugs off, yeah that works on the E-Nano for me, I just don't find I get uniform extraction with it.

Anyhow, different strokes for different folks :-). I do own the both. And anyone who doesn't have the funds for the Cloud EVO I immediately send them towards to the E-Nano :-). Hell, my Uncle has my first E-Nano and he loves it to death (Although I'm not sure if he's vaporizing or combusting because if you put that thing on 8 you will combust, :-) ). He busted a bunch of those all glass stems and now has the Adjust a Stem.

and I thought I got a good deal :(, saw the evo on massdrop with the kick ass hydra tubes and all those acessories for 450!!! I paid 637 on that 420 deal and thought I got well off. Oh well, at least more people will enjoy this beauty

So the Swagger Circ has been discontinued and the restock on the weekend was actually an error :( But StoneMonkey came through and as a compromise I'm getting the new Swagger SideTree instead! I should have it by the weekend so I can do a little comparison with the SideCirc to help the MassDroppers decide between the two hydratubes.

Agreed, it's nice to throw back and forth ideas and discussions while keeping it mature and informative. I just leave the Nano on all the time....it uses maybe a few watts of hydro and is always ready to go that way. As for the bonus for the Cloud being the red/green led, well...everyone knows that it's not the best predictor of being ready. My biggest wish for the EVO is for it to get hotter than it presently does. I have a feeling this has to do with the bamboo variances between units.

You're right, different strokes......both are awesome, and in my opinion for me anyways at least, the perfect arsenal is EVO, NANO, SOLO! lol I know @lazylathe is going to wanna make me put Herbalizer in there too!

Get hotter than it presently does ???
Does yours not get that hot @biohacker ? Mine reaches skin torching temperatures

I meant vapour temperatures, not actual temp of the body, which does get torching hot forsure. I'm just used to the old Clouds/+'s that get "too hot", but I still think there is an upper temp range that I would like to see in the EVO.

Curious, has the issue of the odour when using EVO inverted been addressed? Not that it's really an issue, but I recall SM55 indicating that new EVO's may have a vent hole drilled in the bottom.

SM55: Sorry dude know you are a busy guy, any insight on any new hydratubes? Specifically looking more for the old school HT's like Evolver straight necks, etc.

We don't plan on bringing the straight neck ice pinch style back due to some customers forgetting to empty out the ice. We would really hate it if someone lost their EVO because they forgot to empty out the ice/water. It is something that we get asked and something that we do consider but if you've ever read the sad emails of EVO owners who's vaporizer is dead due to water, it makes you want to never make ice enabled HydraTubes. Back to planning for the SF Cannabis CuP!

I thought I had my VAS under control.....until I saw the Massdrop for the EVO. Can someone help me out and talk me out of supporting this pretty great company VXH? This drop is probably the greatest deal I've ever seen on that service, it's nearly an unrefusable offer from the vape mafia!

No ice pinches...just Evolver straight or bent neck circ's or tree's. or swagger straights no pinches. I agree, i'm not a fan of ice...I think there is a trend toward warmer water these days for humidity/smoother hits. I really just miss the old super thick glass style Evolver HT's, especially the orginal straight ones.

Sorry Mister G, you should buy it. I love my EVO and would have loved to save some bones for that awesome Massdrop deal, but alas, I was able to enjoy my EVO for the last two months. I always come to it. Easy to use, always full extraction. Now with the nail out, it's capable of delivering all your MJ needs.

I have the straight neck-ice pinch and it is glorious! GLORIOUS! I almost never use it on top of the evo, I used to use it on a bubbler, now I use it on Evolver HF2.0. I can't ever go back to non-ice hits now.

Emptying the ice is task #1 when my session ends. Even tho the ice melting would not do anything since it's not on top of the Evo.

Lost another VXN. It was in the holder spot, but got bumped by the cord of the evo and was too close to the edge, instantly shattered. I've retired that holder spot, I only use the 2 "inner" spots to my workspace.
Bottom line is I have a fairly decent sized home but I have to do my sessions in a very confined space which often leads to stuff bumping and moving :(

I sold my Swagger Turbine with my ice pinches for many reasons, but I did enjoy it while it lasted. I had a few somewhat close calls with ice melting overflowing the unit, but not really. They were all at least a few feet away from my EVO as I knew that overflow could happen. I understand VXL's decision though. It seems like a liability matter. I happened to use mine on top of my EVO.

I have lost 3 VXNs myself sadly. I'm not sure what I quite did wrong on this most recent one. I was loading it and I guess I didn't know my own strength. It just broke along the gap towards the bottom. Another lesson learned I guess. I'm lucky I have 4 more, but I guess I really have to watch myself. I love my VXNs I just wish the could take a bit more of a punch. I'm in a confined space as well and it's hard to stop all of the inevitable bumping/moving.

I will chime in and say I love my Evolver HydraTree 1.0. The thing is built like a tank. One time it fell off a 5 drawer dresser and it was completely fine. I couldn't believe it.

I was keeping track of the various hydratubes on the vaporpedia page but life happened so I haven't updated in a while.

Surprised the devastator Hydratube hasn't be re-released.

Sure! For VXN hits, I've been getting two long inhales off of it before the taste goes sour (11 o'clock).

Due to a shipping mixup I won't be getting the SideTree until next week. VXL did correct the error quickly though and it's on its way to me now.

I did however get my Mobius Clear Matrix bubbler today so I've got some new glass to play with in the meantime. I got this one for flowers and it performs better than the other pieces I've tried to pair with it. Hits are super smooth and is gentle on the throat which is exactly what I was looking for.
