Why not get one from 7th floor.

Blemished SSV for $180

I hear the SSV wands are slightly thicker too.

The LSV does offer a whip kit and you could easily mount it upright using a microphone stand.
can you link a micrphone stand? would this work? http://www.amazon.com/Hamilton-Nu-E...3460&sr=8-3&keywords=desktop+microphone+stand Do

you think the lsv will have better vapor production? i imagine a vertical bowl/wand will use the herb more effeciently than a horizontal one

Last questions i promise... i saw that people complain alot about how dbv bowl sits horizontal so the herb may spill.... can i just tape a eraser or something to the bottom so it has a downward angle?Wouldn't that be that make it the exact same as a ssv? Also a friend of mine brought up that when you vaporize though a wand there is a possibility of inhaling fine uncombusted material which may cause that "vapor tickle", do you think that will affect your health? I'm having such a hard time making up my mind.. but i definitely narrowed it down to dbv, ssv. Also is it more comfortable to hit a dbv/ssv with whip and waterpipe adapter through abong than a lsv? it kind of bothers me how you have to hold the lsv to the waterpipe instead of being hands free, either way it seems like 7th floor makes the best vapes for the $$.

I use my DBV using an 18/18 m/m gg adapter as the bowl and leave it set atop my bubbler (d020) and hold the DBV atop while hitting it. That way the bowl is always upright and I eliminate the hose. I've been using this setup for a couple of months now and was immediately taken by it, but I decided to try the whip again. Never again. It's so much easier without the tubing. It's kind of like an LSV that sits on a base.

Check out craigslist. I got a black backup DBV like new for $80 a few months ago and there's a silver one up now for $45.

Just an FYI, I do find the SSV a better vape than the DBV, despite the same internal guts. I've ran both side by side and the SSV always produced thicker hits. It also appeared to combust a lot less easily than the DBV, especially paired with glass.

I do think the downward angle of the SSV is substantial benefit. The DBV is great but I do think the SSV is worth the extra price.

Nope. Same hardware.

No again. Standard connection SSV allows you to apply heat when you want it, just like the LSV. If either has an edge in efficiency it could be the SSV (via direct draw) since using water filtration traps some THC.

Sorry I'm not sure either.

I've just seen a member here on FC do it. Try searching the LSV thread maybe.

I know it is alot more $ but right now massdrop has a $700 cloud evo package for $450. Comes with hydrotube, vape nails, hydrofoot, elbs, etc. If you could swing it I think it would be your best option
