do you sell the cleaning brushes separately?
Yes, we do. Just ask for it at the BlissSville.com site. People can get spare batteries there as well (pre-peeled and with a battery case!).

Edit: the direct link is http://www.blisssville.com/product_info.php?cPath=58&products_id=195

Geo... You should email them directly. They do peek in here but for a problem like yours I would def. email them for sure!! Good luck, they've been handling folks problems very well!!
I am not clear on who to contact as I made my original purchase from warehousegoodsonline on ebay. I was told I would still have my full warranty on the unit as warehousegoodsonline is a authorized seller.

Geo.... Warehouse Goods is VapeWorld and yes, they are authorized support. You could email them as well....Chris from VapeWorld Posts here too but for a warranty issue I would certainly contact them direct. They're listed in the resellers thread, I think they have a 800 # on their site too but not positive!

Good news! Almost as soon as I posted what happened to my box I received a e-mail from MF. They are sending me a replacement box today =]. Amazing customer service and an amazing product. Thank you again!

I'd imagine that if you kept batteries in your pocket or otherwise in a place that received abundant body heat to keep them warm, that they would work fine if used right away.

Be careful what pocket you put naked charged batteries in. You may end up generating a lot of heat and pulling some hot metal items out of your pocket in a hurry. The little plastic cases that hold 4 cells make good, safe carrying cases.

i use those brushes that are used for camera lens (the ones with a bulb to squeeze air)

to be honest..the air doesn't do much but the brush works fine...

I'm LOVING my LB so far! Super stealth, super efficient! If I had an endless battery supply, I'd almost prefer it to my DBV for home use! Can't wait to get the car/home adapters!

Sadly, I experienced a cold weather battery failure too on my first mobile mission today. I was having a blast showing it off to my friends and it of course worked like a champ prior to our 3 hour surf session (in 38 degree water and air temps.)

When we got back to the car and tried to fire it back up, none of my batteries would work. I was wondering if they get substantially drained in the cold, or if cranking up the heater and warming them up might solve this problem? I can't see myself using those warm heat pouches, but if the heater will "bring them back to life" that would be sweet.

Any other suggestions/tricks for us cold weather LB'er are appreciated! ;)

P.S. Using it at the beach in freezing conditions and gale force winds was amazing! :o

Hi guys, lurker for a while now, bought a launch box and me and all my buddies absolutely LOVE it.

I thought the deal with batteries had to do moreso with altitude in which you store them at. Higher up you get less of a charge, I think.

Anyways, I have a question for you all, I've bought a few extra duracells and what have yous to make sure i always have some batteries handy. Now! Interesting thing happened to me the other day. After i fully charged a pair of batteries in my duracell charger, I left them there. They must have been making contact with each other for about 15 minutes or so, and i started hearing popping noises. I didn't notice until i felt the charger and the batteries, and they were BLAZING HOT. The charger died, but the batteries still work somehow.

So, with that in mind, how do you guys make sure your batteries don't do crazy shit while they're not being used? I had no idea the electricity would leak like this. I tried insulating with paper the outside but then they wouldn't fit into my box. I tried emailing the guys for their recommendation but i haven't heard word yet. Short of buying the batteries with the cases from the store, what else can i do?

Yes both do have the new one with the smaller LED light (super sick). Blissville is the Company's main retailer. However i bought mine off of vapeworld because they had a coupon for the kit, selling it at something like 78 with s/h. I think the coupon is somewhere on this site but not sure exactly where.. In the end, its only a few bucks if you cant find it but both places will send you a good product and in a relatively quick manner.

Just on a side note I ordered from Vapenow and Jim told me they buy directly from BV and are always shipping the latest models. Wish I would have known I could save some coin at vapeworld but oh well, kind of late now.

Anyone think these batts and charger are any good. seems like a great deal. must check it out today, it's one of those deal of the day sites.

Personally I would not take this deal. First of al lthe batteries are only 2000 mAh and those aren't the best. The ones I like best that I have are the 2700 mAh.

Also this appears to be some "off-brand" charger and I've heard of chargers starting fires, exploding batteries etc. I would go with name brands only for chargers and batteries.

A little less powerful than the stock batteries (I think) but at that price I'd jump on it if I didn't already have a ton of batteries.

I got my LB today and I must say, it's awesome! Love the product MF. And vapeworld was incredible. They gave me free UPS 2 day shipping. Definitely will be doing business with them again.
EDIT:So is the LED in the new model located underneath the screen towards the end with the battery? I'm getting a little glow from there on mine.
