I especially love tongue-in-cheek ones... Evil Dead/Army of Darkness anyone?
Great trilogy-spread over 11 yrs. I saw Evil Dead 2 first and had to wait 5 yrs. for Army. You can see Raimi's zoom camera style in Spiderman.
Saw a great one last night - "Braindead" from 1992 I think from New Zealand. An overbearing mother gets bitten by a rat monkey, after becoming zombified eats her son's girlfriend's dog and then when her ear falls off her head into the soup during a dinner party she nonchalantly eats her own ear. There's much more including a baby zombie. It's fantastic with a capital PD.... much better than Citizen Kane. Highly recommended.
It is also known as Dead Alive.

Cemetery Man is also a good one.
Dead Snow is a hilarious one, it has Nazi Zombies
Outpost, another nazi zombie movie
The Original Heavy Metal has a great little animated zombie Short in it entitled "B-17"
Junk the Movie, and Versus both are japanese zombie movies
would the pet cemetery movies be considered zombies? they do come back from the dead
Slither is a kind of a zombie movie...
The whole Blind Dead series (there are; Tombs of the Blind Dead, Return of the Blind Dead, The Ghost Galleon, Night of the Seagulls) Templar Zombies.

Since no one's mentioned it yet, I highly recommend Lucio Fulci's The Beyond

Dead Snow is good! I watched it subtitled and really liked it, but I would hate to watch it dubbed, but I'm that way with anything. The movie starts off kinda slow, like most, but the end is crazy... especially when that thing happens to that guy after he gets done doing something to himself, thereby negating all his painful efforts. I don't want to say too much to ruin the surprise/moment, but if you've seen it you'll know what i'm referring to lol.

this isn't quite zombie-relevant, but I watched The Descent: Part 2 last night, and it was actually pretty decent. Most sequels are awful and stray to far from what made the first one stand out, this movie feels like a direct continuation of the first. Some cool gore moments, a lot of cheap startle-scare moments, but my g/f thought it was terrifying  Since the movie went straight to DVD, I figure it might have passed under a lot of ppl's radars.
