My tip broke off and looks exactly the same as this, how exactly have people managed to pry the remainder piece out?
You need to email VB, let them know what is happening. Everyone keep emailing them. VAPORBLUNT1@GMAIL.COM

If you buy from YoYo kid, still let VB know how their product is performing.

I double checked the email address and it is correct.

although i do think it's weird having 2 contact email addresses, as vaporblunt does... i didnt get an answer when i used the one you are saying... perhaps if i 'd tried the other one (the retail-customers one), i would have had better luck

Soak the mouthpiece in hot water for a while to soften the resin which is acting like a glue. It should come out fairly easily then, you just need a toothpick or similar to tease it out. The same happened to mine, Vapefiend replace it for me. I don't use it anymore though, I always use the gpong, I prefer the easier draw and cooler vape.

The E-mail address that always worked for me is Thevaporblunt@gmail.com. Using this address I have a gotten a response 9 out of 10 times and the longest he took to respond is about 48Hrs.
they just have bad cs....... they take their sweet time to get back to you. last time i emailed them for a replacement took them a few days or a week to answer. also you night have to email them multiple times just to get a reply.

I use this email addy for them and always get a response within an hour.

Unfortunately, my last communique confirmed there is no free GPong replacement program as was promised many weeks ago. I am undecided on whether or not to argue with them about it.

Bullet screens are NOT included AFAIK. I use Vapir NO2 "hat" screens, available many many places on the Internet, you have to trim the brim just a tiny bit but they fit great.

Well it's been a while since I had any reason to stop by and make any comments. BUT.........

( To catch people up - I sent my PPro back with a RMA number and once it was received they told me it was toast and I would need to pay to have it fixed. I refused and we sat deadlocked. Very simple version)

.............Surprisingly, after 39 emails to three different emails (Each email received 39) over the last 2 months. I just received an email stating that my unit was fixed and working perfectly. They stated that due to the amount of time it took they were not going to charge me for the repair.
I have the tracking number and will wait and see.........

Big up to @TherealVaporblunt and @theyoyokid1!!!!

VB expedited the all glass gong for my pong replacement a few months back.
They provided excellent service and communication.
I can only speak from my own experience of dealing with them.
It's been nothing but good things for me.
I purchased my PN OG and 1st PNP from VB.

Theyoyokid1 dealt with my exchange of my pong for glass lined gpong for the PNP that I purchased from him.
He also processed a "top" which I appreciate it very much that this is available to the end user.
I purchase my 2nd PNP from TYYK1.

My friends have also had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with VB and TYYK1

Big up to this community too for sharing such valuable information.

Big up to @BarnBoy! Thanks for the positive vibes my brother.
Stay strong and focused for the wifey!

My friend who is a lab technician has come to a recent conclusion that QWISO and BHO are not good for us.
Even with heat/vacuum purging... I don't think it's as safe as people think it is.
He tested some BHO and QWISO for impurities/left over solvents... and the results were not good.
This was done by testing the bud prior to the runs/heat/vacuum purges.

Bubble hash is probably the safest form of concentrate.

As for the recent posts about reclaim... a safer choice might be heating the stems and rubbing the built up resins with a piece of degummed hemp fiber/organic cotton and stuffing that into the bullet.

Just some thoughts.

Peace

After using my unit for a few months now I finally decided to join these forums. I have to say I'm VERY pleased with this product. I did have a battery issue that required me to send the unit back(Wouldn't work unless it was plugged in) , but I got it back very quickly and the communication was great.

I recently purchased a pong with glass (or Gong??) and it has been failing me, I could be cleaning it wrong though. The screen gets clogged very easily (smaller circumference screen than the normal pong due to glass lining) and I can't really find a great way to clean it. Can I just get a normal screen and sort of make shift replace it or is there a better way to clean my completely clogged screen?

I too found this after my first use, but now push the screen down slightly so it is protruding from the bottom of the glass slightly (not enough to come out of course). It seems to do the trick...

To clean I'd pop it out and soak it in ISO for an hour or so

I actually popped out the screen last night and scrubbed it with the cleaning brush soaked in ISO. Did the trick. Never really thought of using ISO to clean my vaporizer parts cause I had a small fear of it catching fire. Made sure to rinse of and let the screen dry, it hit like brand new again. Thanks, Gray

LONGTIME lurker at FC, actually forgot my old account info but I've read posts dating back to the original 510 ecigs.... this site was the reason I purchased my arizer extreme. I've owned the extreme, ssv, and really wanted the solo.... but the stealth of the pnp drove it home. I ordered the PnP with WT and new GonG, along with the seven bullet holster. I need to get away from combustion, and need to be more discreet with aging children around, meaning my 7 mil german pyrex beaker bottomed tube is retiring for a vape. I will probably get the solo for home use later, but the forums lead me to the pnp due to portability. The yoyokid has me setup to receive my items friday, and thank god. I have concerts, funerals, weddings, in law visits and more coming up so this thing will be tested in various scenarios rather quickly. Thanks for everyones input, despite the disappearance of trvb and engineering I feel they did their best to make everyone happy and do the right thing overall. Im excited, and hope I didnt chose the wrong piece. The firefly looks nice but not stealthy enough, and the arizer solo with a stem doesnt seem as portable or easy to pack on the go. Ill post my review after the weekend. I love arizer, their cs, warranty, and their workmanship, I hope the pnp with upgraded gong will be exactly what I need. Ive read up to page 80 of this thread so far and intend to finish, but meanwhile what is the best recommended portable charger pack, like something small that will charge, but not necessarily allow me to use while charging, although that would be a plus. Whats the best car charger? Im sure these have been answered but I have many pages to go to catch up. Thanks everyone. Vape on!

Your choice of protected 18650s will charge the pnp while operating.

It also runs log vapes for up to 5 hours and charges pretty much anything you throw at it.

I use Nitecore 18650 batteries I got off ebay. Link→ http://www.ebay.com/itm/11113116920...l?_sacat=0&_from=R40&_nkw=111131169206&_rdc=1

I've used this now for a couple months and love it. Also, This set up does allow you to use the PnP while charging! For a car charger I use this → http://www.harborfreight.com/200-watt-continuous-power-inverter-66967.html

I decarbed some herbs for a batch of edibles.
I kept some to test in my PNP.
What I discovered is the sweet bud taste was almost gone.
There was absolutely no smell of herbs at all what so ever during heat up and exhaling.
The high seemed to be actually a little bit more intense then normal.

End result:
Decarbing your buds will allow you to be more stealth, especially with the PNP.

The lack of taste and smell is very misleading so end user take caution.

I'm in situations where I need to medicate, and this allows me to feel the full effects without having to have to worry about bringing any heat to the situation.

Peace.

Interesting.
Will make sure to try this after I do some classic brownies this weekend.
Stealth herb sounds pretty...sneaky

Veddy veddy sneaky Deeds. Ive found the same, used to do that to prevent the funk myself. Allowed me to vape in bedroom while in-laws were around.

Also, ordered everything from TYYK on Tuesday, just checked tracking, I'm on the east coast, it arrives today :). Cheers to you my friend! Now, to leave work early, or not to leave early..... need to find some sort of portable battery powered charger before the Reggae concert this weekend. Thanks for the info @VAPEHUNTER , seems like the better option, albeit rather expensive. Now to find something local to get me thru the weekend....

Yeah, those batteries can get pricey. Another option would be the Astro E3 (cannot be used while charging) I found mine on Amazon → http://www.amazon.com/10000mAh-Technology-Motorola-Smartphones-USB-charged/dp/B009USAJCC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1403185889&sr=8-1&keywords=astro e3. You will also need a plug → http://www.amazon.com/HDE®-3-5mm-Barrel-Power-Cable/dp/B003059FAI/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1403185557&sr=8-3&keywords=HDE® USB to 3.5mm Barrel Jack 5V DC Power Cable .
EDIT: Astro E3 now on sale at Amazon for 30 bucks + shipping!
