Hey how's it going guys

I have a non ez change hands free model. What's the most efficient way to collect the residue that collects on the inside of the glass wand?

Also, does res collect there on the ceramic wands too?

Typically its oily, but currently I have a fair share of plant matter because I messed up putting on the screen the last time I changed it (a week ago).

Welcome to FC ;)

I've always loved this video below but I also use a lighter from outside to barely heat the glass. Glass is much easier than ceramic for collection. Warm very gently- Treat the residue like wax because it basically is - a substance that flows like liquid when warmed.

If you need help to get the screen back in, here's the secret

Thanks for the replies.

I'll check the first video out. I know about the 2nd.

Is the correct term for the device you can add onto a vape that utilizes water filtration "hydrator" or "bubbler"?

Correct is in the eyes of the beholder....

...regionally to say the least.

There are technical lines drawn with what constitutes a bong...
...but a bong is also a type of bubbler.
A percolator is also a bubbler.
A bubbler is not necessarily a percolater!
Percolators, bongs, waterpipes and bubblers all bubble.

All of the above can be called a bubbler.
all bubblers hydrate.
all of the above could be refered to and rationalized as a Hydrator.

*NOTE- to be a hydrator, a device does not need to bubble, or even to filter!

Forgot to ask, if a hydrator doesn't need to bubble or filter then what is the definition of a hydrator?

Also, in this case "hydrating" means what exactly? The act of the smoke passing through liquid?

It means to add moisture to something.
A moist piece of paper in a bag of herb adds moisture. It hydrates the meds so it is a hydrator.
If there were a chamber in the path of vapor where water were present.... but the vapor only passed over the water without creating any bubbling action, it would still be a form of hydration, as the hot vapor would affect the water in a small way... adding moisture/hydration to the vapor that has passed over it.

I would like to add that Vapor Brothers were the original and first... (and still the only ones at this moment) that market their unique bubbler as their "hydrator".
In that respect, in the waterpipe world.... among vaporists, the Hydrator and Mini Hydrator refer to Vapor Brothers Water Tools.

Uncle Vitolo answered perfectly already but I can add that only 5 or 10 years ago, stores appreciated we didn't call our items bongs or bubblers because those are loaded words that will get you kicked out (not anymore?)

I really like that you reply to this thread. Really says a lot
about the company's continued effort to support their customers.

I have two question, do you know of any way to vape hash(compressed kief not oil) with the vapor bros?

Also, can the hydrator be used alone?

Thanks for the link. You told me to search the ssv thread so I was looking in there.

I've actually scraped the inside of the wand before. I became disinterested as I couldn't get everything. I was using bamboo skewers.
