Nanny is finally at peace. Her journey began this morning at 6:30. It hurts so bad but at the same time I know that she's free from pain.

I wish I had taken pictures of all the different ones I've seen down there, but usually I'm really, really high when I walk past them, so I just go "whoa" and walk on.
Ordinarily, I don't poke fun at animals, nor do I feel that poking fun at animals in any way should provide people with an entertainment - they are not put on this world to entertain us - but in this case with the pic below, this Lemur gives us a window into ourselves, and the folly we engage in.

Something cool happened this weekend. It was Friday night/Saturday morning at about 3 AM (when all dental emergencies happen) that I made the huge mistake of wanting a bit of Heath toffee bits. Ripped the crown right off my titanium implant . . . 
So the cool part was, at least I have a Ti implant and an abutment, which feel great, to tide me over until we can put this crown back on, and thank the universe I didn't swallow the fucker its almost $2k to replace.
So the really cool part was after they cemented it back on today (with Fuji) when I went to leave and asked them the bill, they said no charge . . .
