Underdog Log Vapes

VaporsVaporizer

If I gave every dog( wood or fur) that catches my fancy a home I'd be in serious trouble.

Great choice joining the pack Vapors Vaporizer, and a beautiful piece with character and soul.
I hear ya RB lol i'm the same way . I just worked an adoption event here in NYC this past weekend and over 3500 dogs and cats were adopted !! Now i'm becoming a wood collector

Excuse the potentially ignorant question, but how does one determine temperature based on voltage?
For example, using a VVPS at 12v.
I tried using google but it seems that I cannot either use the correct search words or find the right sites.
Any and all help is appreciated :)

Yes @Ivape2much. You use the VVPS to dial in your perfect temperature. Each Underdog will run a little different due to size and wood density so there is no chart or anything to tell you what voltage equals what temp (if that's what your looking for). It's my understanding that most underdog owners use the VVPS to lower the temp a bit opposed to the wall wart that they find to run the UD too hot for their needs.

My full size Dog heats up just right for me with the wall wart, so the VVPS would be fun to play around with but not necessary.

Ah - exactly the answer I was looking for. Thank you :)

I just received a very nice ash dog after admiring a friend's for awhile and I absolutely love it! What an effective and beautiful device.

I'm interested in the aromatherapy side of things - what types of essential oils do y'all use in your dog when it's just warm and idle? I want my house to smell yummy and I'm not sure where to start with essential oils. Everything I look up online is about using aromatherapy in a medicinal capacity, but I don't care about that - I just want my house to smell good. Does anyone know some good resources for learning more about this side of things, or any suggestions for scents that they like? What types of oils can I put in there? Can I repurpose other scented things (e.g. perfume, oil from store-bought heat diffusers) in the Underdog?

@SenseOfScents - Welcome to the pack! I don't know of any resources for using essential oils based on scent alone versus medicinal/therapeutic properties -- that seems pretty subjective. My favorite essential oils to use in my underdog mainly for their scent are lemon and jasmine because I like these scents -- I am partial toward citrus and lemon is my favorite, whereas I don't much like floral scents in concentrated forms, so jasmine is something of an exception. I suggest choosing based on the scents that you like.

I like wood oils like cedar wood and sandal wood but sandal wood is retarded expensive for the real stuff.

I sometimes use wax melts from Walmart and they work really well at filling the whole house with your scent of choice.

I never bought an Indian Rosewood UD. That's a custom Teak and the wood came from Snappo
Cool I was looking at Snappo's wood a few days ago. Yay for new underdogs! Anyway, it seemed to me from earlier on this page that you had bought the Indian Rosewood. I was talking about how it was gone from the site and wondering who bought it, and Rude Boy said he had also been admiring it, and then you said this:
The waiting is the hardest part, but i know it will be with it :D
... so yeah, miscommunication it seems. I will stop commenting about commenting now.

---Prepare for somewhat long post---
My Underdog came today and WOW! It completely blew my mind. Not only did the unit itself impress me, but also the amazing customer service, the prompt arrival, and the safe and secure packaging (not to mention the extra goodies that were thrown in ;))

I tested it out with my friend and my girlfriend earlier and after tweaking some of our inhalation techniques as well as different volts, everything went extremely smoothly and we were all amazed by the quality and craftsmanship. The hits were extremely rich in flavor and the AVB came out to a perfect uniform light brown color, without any of us mixing the weed around. About .3 was enough to have me on cloud nine, my girl soaring, and my friend retarded high. I can't wait until this can be used as my daily driver in exactly a month and a half.

This is my first "real" desktop vaporizer and I could not have been happier. My previous vaporizer was the Magic Flight Launch Box and even with both the power adapter and the water pipe adapter, I felt like my pup was significantly sturdier, looked better anesthetically, and was overall easier to use. Although I rarely partake in the cannabis culture anymore and haven't used a vape in a over a year, I don't remember the high being THIS spectacular. Within 10 or so minutes of playing around with the Underdog, three people were able to take rather large rips without even trying and take off.

I understand that the MFLB and the UD have different purposes, but fuck - a desktop vape is sooooooo much better when the situation permits its use.

@iVapeTooMuch - Welcome! I was also very impressed with the ease of use and the high, and the fact that friends have been able to use it effectively even without much vaporizer experience, not to mention the aesthetic awesomeness and extra goodies. I feel like even though there has been some refining of technique over these past weeks, I was completely able to use it out of the box. I'd like to own a portable with a similarly steep learning curve so that friends who I'm out with can get high with it, not just me because I practiced at home.

Hey! Sierra Nevada  That's our home town, where UD all began! (Nice glass btw too)
Perfect match with the UD, can fills with fizz on the right draw speed. I laughed when I saw the bub in person it's so small. In Miami sierra Nevada is about as fairly priced as you can find. Torpedo is my favorite hoppy beer around here mostly BC bear republic has costly distribution. In CA look out for Brewery Vivant from MI, all canned beer Belgian styles
