At this point i thought it was quite waxy,you can see the obvious remaining white fats/lipids quite clearly on these pics.
In my method of making/evaporating they separate out quite good by themselves and i usually can remove most of those by simply pouring them off with the last bit of alcohol(at which point all the goodies are already separated/precipitated as well).
Turned out the visible top layer of still remaining fats/lipids was quite thin and two days later it had turned almost as hard as glass and pretty 'shattery'.

It's not really your fault it looks so shitty. Like you said, it's from hand pressed Nepalese Hash, which is made so that it can be stored and kept for a long time. So you have some really old, low grade starting material with probably very little terpene content.
Probably a fun experiment, none the less.

I like this stuff much more than The Clear Concentrate. I find that TCC all taste the same regardless of strain. I actually bought this stuff because I got some BAMF Tangie Solventless a while ago (before he split with HGH) which I LOVED. Tasted just like the flower.
Anyway, this iteration is a little more artificial tasting, if you can call it that, yes. Of course "artificial" is a misnomer here. They are real/natural terps, they are just isolated in a lab and added after they process the shit out of the BHO (which strips the terps as well as the solvent residuals).
Because of this extra human factor, however, there is more to fuck up. It seems as though they can sometimes be too heavy handed with the terps, which (and I'm guessing here) leads to that "artificial" sensation. It overloads your taste and smell like one of those super artificial fruit flavored chewing gums (but way worse because you're breathing it in).
Anyway that's my take on the variability of these products. As for my personal opinion, it's not half bad (my batch/strain anyway). Mcuh preferred the BAMF stuff I had last time. They made that one perfectly. Bottom line is that if it's made properly, these types of processed concentrates can be pretty badass.
Oh, and just like TCC, the effect is fire. Rocks me on my ass and I have quite the tolerance, so their numbers are very believable (80+% THC) IMO.

So I saw that there was a wax/shatter thread for posting pictures when you pick up.
I thought that we could use one for oil. So that others can see what kind of oil is out there and maybe we can leave our review of the product so that others know how good it is. Prices would be good too so we know when we are overpaying for something.
I pick up oil regularly and this is what I picked up yesterday.
The two syringes are Organna Labs Honey Oil. I picked up two half grams. They were Dragon Breath, super potent, and Green Crack, untested. I paid $60 for both, or $30 a piece.
The Liquid Gold Boxes are two half gram syringes as well and I would classify them as potent. They are consistent in quality and high. I got it for $45 for both, or $25 a piece.
The cartridge is a pre-filled O Pen Cartridge of the strain Green Crack, which I've tried before. I'm wary of new strains/cartridges because it's a hit or miss thing. I found the Green Crack to be potent as well despite being PG watered down CO2 oil. I got it for $25.
The tiny bead is a container of a Pure Gold half gram that is super potent as well. It packs a punch. I got it for $40.
The best that I've tried out of all of these is the Dragon Breath. Organna Labs really did a good job on them.
Prices are from my local dispensaries in Inland Empire, Southern CA.
