Discontinued Inhalater XP

Update: The glass is simply amazing.... not only does it grab a hold of you during each draw demanding you take notice of the wonderful flavor of your herb.... I must say I have never come to enjoy my herb as much as I have these past few days..... each strain having it own unique distinct flavor...what an absolute pleasure to both experience and enjoy......
So as I was saying not only has it improved the flavor several fold.... it also reduces the conduction properties {likely what is helping the taste} thereby allowing the convection properties to play a larger role in the equation..... if you have been like me.... noticing that we seem to have lost a bit more of the convection properties with some of the improvements made along the way.....

Well this under $2 tube has allowed me to almost reconnect with the performance I was used to getting from my beloved Q2.... I say almost because I do feel as though I'm not quite getting all of the potential CBD available..... If I could find a tube with even thinner walls.... but this tube was a chance happening...

The thinner walls is the key I believe... because I have several other tubes but they were all a bit thicker walled because they were "bats" and needed to with stand direct flame from a lighter..... the tube that is giving me almost Q2 quality vapor was nothing more than a silly little air freshener thing as small as a pen with a silly little paper rose inside..... made a screen to place inside the tube bought an o-ring to seal it in the XP....very sweet arrangement..... its cool because the glass allows me to see the oils collecting on the inside walls...my medical tubing would stain after extended use.... I'm expecting the glass to be more difficult to scrape the oils off the walls.... then I could even try that warm chocolate milk thing I read about afterwards.....hmmmmm

Question...leaving the class cap in, can you still put the lid on? Or is it higher than the normal cap and needs to be removed for the lid to fit?

Old school, my god man! You inspired me to try something just now. I took the stem from my hammer and what would you know, the mouthpiece part of it is the EXACT dimensions of the inhalter. I stuck a screen in the glass tube and lined it up with the original cartidge so that everything fit the exact same. I am getting MUCH cooler, MUCH tastier vapor. The stem is a little awkward because your hitting it from the Bowl end of the hammer but it works PERFECT. If you dont have any hammer stems but you have an inhalater I HIGHLY suggest you order stems ASAP! Ill take a few pics in the morning. It fits so perfect that you can turn the unit upside down and shake it a little and it wont fall out! PERFECT!!!!

the glass tube I found was 4" long with a very thin wall....when I have it inserted into the XP there is 2 3/4" sticking out so No the cap can not be put on without removing the tube....

llamaman001....awesome sounds great....wish I knew what a hammer stem was..... I'm having to use an O-ring to hold mine in place.... cheers...

The hammer stem is just the standard bowl used on the hammer vaporizer. I believe its around 10 bucks for 2 of them. I just woke up and will be getting my portables ready for a session in the movie theater during Spiderman! Ill snap some pics when I do. Once the bowl is in the XP I believe only about 2 inches of glass sticks out, not small enough to keep the cap on though but for the the vapor quality and trade difference its worth it! I just cant believe how perfect it fits...its snug but not too tight, you can turn it upside down and shake it up and down and it won't fall out. I tried this with all 3 hammer stems and each one fit perfectly so it should work with any of their stems.

I hope the 05 will be a good step forward in term of taste cause more I use my Xp more the lack of taste irritate me and it results is taking dust most part of the time cause when I can I prefer to look for the taste and choose others devices.

I tried several glass capsule setups but any of them increase the flavor really much.

Big hopes for the 05!

When leaving home for a trip to Post Office, I choose the Inhalater over y other portables, for it's ease of use and convenience to clean up every time!

Replacement XP has been treating me well, still my daily driver.

I got bored of the strip sticker and used some extra CF vinyl on the XP.. looks awesome.

This with a small section of Inhalater Mouthpiece tubing works....

People whats with the Inhalater XP owner (Greg)? He told me months ago he was sending me a replacement XP4, worked with me to establish in his words that "it is faulty", said he was executing an RMA, then never contacted me or replied to my emails again. I paid $350 to get his unit delivered and have nothing for it but still smoking tobacco. Whats with this guy? Anyone know his business location? Please PM me.

This thread is quiet, peoples seem happy with their Xp, it's nice!

I changed my way to use my Xp Q2 to try to improves the taste, actually I start at 5 until I get nice clouds with a nice taste(2 long and deep puffs) and I turn it down to 4 until the end of the autoshutoff with little clouds and better taste. After that I cash my load and turn it up at 6 for 3 or 4 more minutes (I always turn it stop although it always producing vapor cause this vapor get a too baked taste and I don't like that!)

Thanks to Vitolo to told me "try again" cause this unit is awesome, perfect on the go vaping tool!

ps: somebody noticed a smaller capsule or a way to 1/4 or 1/3 pack the capsule without cotton would be nice cause a full capsule is a very big load when time are down.... I need to try to pack one 1/3 with a screen to keep the load packed (cause it works better with a ferm packing).

I would like to try a new vaporizer , now I have a flash Vape , it works fine but I would prefer something that could deliver biger clouds than the Flash vape . Is this XP more powerfull than the Flash vape ?
Also the Arizer Solo could be an option...if you have any suggestion thanks in advance !

I pack loads 1/2 full... then tamp it down lightly.
I take the first 2-3 hits with the unit upside down, and this glues my 1/2 filled capsule's contents in place.
When load is done, and I empty capsule, I must forcibly poke around to loosen the herb and get it out.

If for some reason, you feel that you need to lock the meds in there with a screen.... and do not have appropriate one, just message me and I will send you a "capsule screen".. I have an extra from a capsule that I dissected.

Yes, in fact it's easy, as you told me I just need to pack it and it's ok, small amount (1/2) and lower temp (level 4 or 5 ) help to get and to keep a better taste, Thanks for the screen but it's ok for me, I get one and most part of the time I use a small amount of cotton soaked in oil in my caps (not really good for the taste...), I have a lot of stock of "oily cotton" since I use cotton and iso to clean my extracting tools and vaping tools!

Ok I wanted to share a few pics of the glass tubes that I have assembled for under $2 bucks...as I have posted I tried several different glass bats but I found they just didn't work well.....found I was turning up the heat all the time trying to get full vapor intake but instead before I realized it.... was over cooking my loads....yuck..! but these much thinner tubes I found for next to nothing working very well....except for the breaking factor..... you drop them on hard floors ...there done.....

The walls are very thin....here is one that I dropped.....
This is the tiny stir stick that came with my VB 2.0 that works perfectly for reclaiming...

Well perhaps not perfectly when reclaiming from the glass tube....as you will leave small streaks of oil behind

The taste is so ggreat....and the size is naturally smaller as well....making it a bit more of a personal size load..... this way I can kill the load {often 2 runs depending on strain} and get the completed effect without being quite so floored.... not to suggest I don't look for that at times just not all the time..... although I haven't played with partial loads as of yet...

when does the inhalater INH005 hit the shops i am looking for a portable and will hold out till it comes out if its not too long too bad their was not a way to grab one in Montreal or hull qc

To bad. I realy need a portable ASAP for meds. I'd drive to the factory if I could since I will be in Quebec at family for 3 month Niagara falls area has nothing for shops or place to order

There is a Xp in the Classifieds...

Now that I have been using class I have discovered a new found appreciation for the "Auto mode" I have learned that the glass requires a bit more heat especially to get things rolling...... and I have also noticed that differing strains can vaporize bets at differing temperatures.....well

I found that the "Auto Mode" is very useful zeroing in on at what that temperature is {wish we had readouts} but I find that once the flavor of the vapor begins to harsh-en I swing the dial over to 4-6 depending on how the light behaves as I adjust it off of Auto.....

Another interesting observation about "auto mode" is the way in which the flavor gradually becomes fuller bodied....something I have grown to appreciate......
Once the "Auto Mode" gets things rolling....I can then return to my normally scheduled procedure...... increasing the dial as needed / required.....

I am finding I can just about avoid the popcorn taste altogether but I of course like to make sure the load is "Done" and in doing so I still get a hint of it in that last pull.....nothing compared to sometime an entire 3rd run can have that popcorn taste when using the traditional caps......

Glass is the way to GO...... I can't wait to see what they come out with and how they get it to stay in...
I have been using a small o-ring with the XP models with zero problems.... but the INH05 is another story.. much of the material has been removed from the opening so I have been on the look out for a rubber washer that might secure it for me....

My introduction / invitation to enjoying the flavor more has lead me to mixing my strains......WOW

Hi all (my first post) I've just brought a Nibbler XL
for my inhalater XP and it work amazingly, with little modification. It really takes the heat out of the vapour, even at 9. Can't wait to try it with the glass capsule.
