Yup, gravity is not your friend.

There are a couple of techniques, and a bit of magic.

Medium shred/grind, or finger-shred. I suck the herb into the stem from my Jyar, then adjust the amount. I just (can't sound NOT crude) suck it fairly tight in there, then hold it so the herb won't fall out, and slip the Nano on. Give it a good hit, and the magic happens - until you stir it, it will stick there, probably from the heat, maybe a little resin release, whatever.

Or, you can put your herb between two basket screens. You can have the surface of the near screen just clear the heater core, and get amazing results with no fear of herb loss. Can't stir it easily, however. I have played with using very little herb between screens, so that the herb can move around a bit, and that works okay, too.

well ah you see, what had happened was I just finished a session of my meds and I guess I might have over medicated and the words on his post were dancing about so I did the best I could to conjugate a proper sentence to respond back to him...what I miss? lolololol

I used a j-hook for awhile but didn't like balancing the nano on top, makes it hard to pass around and lay it down, IMO. Was much cooler vapor than a straight stem though.

Using a screen on top of the stem lets me shake the contents instead of stirring . And you don't need to worry about AVB falling out when laying the stem down after a session.

Yes it seems that would have been a better idea in retrospect...

In other news, my Nano just arrived. 67 USD in custom fees, taxes and fines because a false total was declared while a packaging slip with the true total was added. Smooth move.
While it is beautiful, it looks nothing like what I had expected. I orderd the maple burl based on the picture that showed the one Caligula got (who placed the order before me. Seriously, he orderd right before me) http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/e-nano-from-epicvape.7844/page-232#post-604475
Not that big of a deal, I just kinda hoped for a similar nestled light.

As a recently diagnosed asthmatic, I was a little bit worried about the heat when direct drawing it. However, it is MUCH easier on my lungs than the whip method on my Arizer Extreme Q so I am very pleased with the purchase so far.

Hey just interested to know when you ordered your unit? I'm a uk customer and I ordered a week ago and still no unit.........was wondering how long yours took to arrive?

Ok thanks @Herr_Dampff I shall try to be patient......I can wait weeks and weeks for a crop to be ready but useless at waiting for gadgets........just need the afgoo to finish off then the Superbud too. With that,my Nano and the new solo i'm away to buy then I should be havin an interesting cupla weeks!!!

That's cool but in that case they would just hold on to the package and request a receipt, I think I will just add a note to my next order to declare the real value, doesn't seem wort the hassle. Guess the EV-2 slipped through, never had to pay anything for that one ;)
