mine came today :)
after 2 trenchfulls of fooling around with it
i have it figured out.
i'm impressed .. :cool: it works better then expected :D
and yes you can pull some damm heavy clouds
if you leave the batt on for a bit.
the only draw back is getting up enough batts
to keep up with the demand of use.
besides that, this little thing can be
practicly used anywhere :brow:
and without having to light something
even adds to it steath. :ninja: :ninja:
i'm very happy i got it

Just Ordered my Launch box from Blissville (I friggin cant wait).
The warranty (It even beats the extreme's warranty), the stealth, the simplicity and even Chloe's little invention all sold me. Cant wait to try it I am replacing a (currently disassembled for re engineering) O2 Mini. So its a definite upgrade for a great price

I know I was warned about this in thread somewhere...but damn dude...i found out first hand what happens when u put 8 fresh batteries in your pocket....i damn nearly burnt myself a new asshole in the back pocket!!

i can't believe how hot it gets...lesson learned

has anyone tried non rechargable batteries. which batteries last longest. My hybrid batteries arnt as good as i thought.

At some point, and I don't know if it was in reference to the box or the tube, mf said the non-rechargeables run out very quickly.

This is on the Magic-Flight website under the Launch Box kit photo:"Other ultra-fast 15 minute AA chargers and AA batteries may be used with this device, as long as they are of sufficient strength and are compatible with the NiMh standards (warning: alkaline or any other battery chemistry will not work or will not last long)."

Thank you i appreciate it. I only did that method for the video to show off the vapor. It's not how i actually hit it. In my oppinion the perfect hit on the LB has to be a very slow, controlled intake. It should almost feel like your barely taking in any air at all, but just a little. I like to take a hit for ten seconds or so and take my mouth it off of a second, until i can see vapor in the straw.

that was an AWESOME VIDEO (voted 5stars)...i was lookn' for a video like this when i was trying to find reviews on this box....there was only 1 video really..and it wasn't that great...this is wicked.....

i seriously was expecting something stupid...just seen too many homemade videos that is blurry and crap...this was good...good choice of song too

Agree on both counts. :tup: McFerrin won a grammy in the late 80's for that song.

Back to the topic at hand - I caused some possible damage to my LB so I figured I would retell the saga to you all. MF - I'll let you know if I would like a replacement but I'm hoping I averted danger.

I set aside for my LB some good high grade material. For this particular strain, I usually vape w/the stems and ground these down. However, these particular stems must have been a bit too dry.

I was using the Henny/KC LB-Bong hook-up w/the wand attachment. Lucky for me I was using the wand since mid-way through a great hit, I noticed a red ember in the groove and the chamber quickly filled with thick grey smoke. I pulled the battery out but I could already smell that nasty stuff.

After cleaning it all out, I now have a black stain on the part of the groove. I haven't tested it but tried a few ISO cleanings and tested it empty and it still works but probably is less effective in that area - will need to do more testing and get back to the thread. ;)

Moral of the story: we already know don't use concentrates in the LB (oil, hash, etc.), I would add stems to the list of things to avoid putting in your LB. I'll be cleaning my material from now on and throwing the stems in the abv pile.
