My first worked piece

Hard as hell to get a good picture with all the color changes. Nearly every star has a small piece of opal in it, with 7 larger chunks throughout the piece. It was the first time I saw a piece and knew I had to have it. Hands down my favorite piece of glass I've ever owned

Added to my Donut collection recently thanks to a tip from @clouded vision on IG.. It's a Steve Bates x Worm x KGBglass collab Donut Diffusion Tube. Awesome piece for flavor and smooth hits.. Love it!

Thanks @Caligula , I am actually waiting on an email back from the shop in Hilo that I bough it at. They told me but I was so excited about the piece I forgot to write it down. My first piece I consider real art

Yes sir

The prices on the other side of the island were ridiculous, but they had some legit handblown stuff on the Hilo/not touristy side

Going to bust out the good camera tonight and try to get cool shots to show the opal pieces as comets. Lovin this thing, and it stacks really well surprisingly

Yup a local guy to Hilo, I remember them saying he travels to Honolulu to use their nice equipment for pieces like this. I've started collecting local blown pieces everywhere I go on vacation outside the west coast, this was my first great buy for sure

You got it, they open in a couple hours and hopefully will respond. The chick I talked to for a while that sold it to me knows the artist so I'm sure they will get back to me. Bought it at Irie smoke shop in Hilo just so ya knows

Thanks man! I couldn't be happier with it... Unless they would email me back the damn artist name!! But that's my bad anyway haha I should have it soon enough.

So the blue dots with yellow surrounding are just colors, but inside ~90% of the stars there is 1-3 very small shards to catch the light, it's a super nice tough and great detail.

Then on the 4th picture down (still hard to see) the silver pieces inside the weird black coloring are the 3 largest opal shards, made to look like comets shooting through space(or that's what I imagine)

You can kinda see the larger opal pieces halfway down the can on pics 1 and 3 also, but it looks more surrounded by yellow in those pics.

Then randomly placed are 3-4 other shards that look like single moving comets. I'm busting out the nice camera tonight to see what it can do

I'm pretty damn surprised with how much work went into this piece, hell just placing small shards in each star would drive me insane! Even though it's small I feel like $250 was a great price for it

Yes very loud piece. Most definitely the loudest in my collection. The sound of the glass marble and the overall machine gun like sound make it a crazy piece to hit. Dabs with the enail or paired with the Cloud+ it give great flavor!

Thought I would put this here instead of clogging up the cheap bubbler thread. I had a few minutes to spare and decided to mess around and blast my dome. If I did it again I would use something a little more durable than masking tape <face.palm> but I do kinda dig the idea.

Got a blast cabinet at harbor freight. My air compressor barely keeps up with it though. Its pretty fun so far and I'm looking forward to coming up with more ideas. Mrs. Hugie Lewis is going to bust out the good camera for better pics soon as well.

New grab- love the pull off this GGirl piece (HMKs sister so same style curve), 5 hole diffy and gets a great froth and pull. Was debating between this, a hashfiend tc piece, and an adam driver, but this pull was just too comfortable + the awesome removeable diffy. This is gonna make a great daily driver for a flavor savor.

Edit: also if anyone wants pics of a OGC recycler or a Toro double micro hex-13 I can throw those up, not really recent acquisitions but idk if there is an appropriate thread for those

I would like to see your OGC recycler. I've got one myself and enjoy it, but my recycling chamber is fumed and I can't see the function all that well.
