Welcome in the E-nano world @cawshook

for my habits, i start now with whole nugget with a rock of hash in the top of that.
3 hits of pure bliss, unload when still hot, crumble, reload and then 7+ hits of crazieness with stirring. result is the darkest abv.

With this behavior, the screens of adapt a gong is caked pretty fast and goes to reclaim jar so i switched back to glass screen gong (new size) with SS wire ball and EQ screen to make regularly hash gong (from particles stuck between honeycomb glass screen and SS ball) and white bags by vaping the SSball in herbie (preserve it before night).
SOmetimes too heavy that the ball goes directly into the reclaimjar.

Wood difference is mostly looks and cost. Some woods (and I'm not even going to hazard a guess!) are more prone to cracking with repeated heating and cooling. My cherry nano is still going strong with no signs of cracking after much use since March 2013. Think others have found same with everything Andy offers (and I'm certainly itching for an exotic), but I can say for certain the cherry holds up well. Looks great, too!
{Cherry; Walnut; Maple}
These three woods are more stable.
Very good choices.

Exotics can be more unstable.

Wood is beautiful as an art piece.

So, I have been testing the SS wool (sounds like a ship's name, the SS Wool) using the 14mm gongs (old style - with glass screens). I will video it soon, really.

After an initial hit to suck the concentrate down into the SSW, I draw really slow, to minimize blow-through of reclaim. when I do get a drop under the glass screen, I flip my J-hook over, and hit the gong from beneath.

Was doing just this, and suddenly, WHOOOOOOOOMMMMMMP! the heat penetrated the SSW to the point of instant volitization. VAPOR! whitewalled the J-hook, and has provided amazing med for me. :)

I'm really liking the SSW.

My nano and D020-W are out for delivery!

Love my D020-W/nano combo. I think you will like it's size more than the original D020.

Now you need to pick up one of JoDa's new stems, :spliff:

Hope he can do some GonG's like this. Really digging the slime.

I went to order some myself and ebay wanted me to change my password. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Is there another source other than ebay?

Those look amazing. Don't know how that would work with a GonG, though, seeing as essentially all of it ends up covered by the nano/ in the joint of your piece. Taller ones, maybe?

Yes, JoDa Glassworks GonGs are taller. Not like you see much of it when using the nano, anyway. But, they are gorgeous. Plenty of pics here and on the JoDa Glassworks thread. A click the link above the picture in Tweak's post will take you there.

Oh look... this came in the mail today. I wonder what it is?

Well this certainly narrows things down!

It must be one of those newfangled "version 2" E-Nanos that I've been hearing about... otherwise, I think we have a problem! (BTW @ACE OF VAPE thanks for using that reusable Velcro "zip-tie". I love those things, I use them for everything.)

Holy shit bro! That measuring tape is measured out to 2 meters... that's like... ummm... 6.5 feet?

Fuck you metric system.

...And the cord isn't even stretched out! And did I mention how much BETTER this cord is (flexibility wise) than my old one? Its like night and day!

Looks like we gots' some decent distance from the dimmer switch to the Nano side plug too.

This is what we call "walkin' around room".

The dimmer feels more solid than my original model. Given a nice solid audible and tactile "click" (more so), and the printing seems to be much more beefy (thank god)! Also there seems to be more tension in the knob, which means it wont change settings so easily.

So enough about cords and zip-ties. What about my wood? Also, what about my new E-Nano for that matter?!?!

Lets take a look.

At the latter.

Oooooooooooooooo...
