Milaana. Lana. LANA. LANAAAA! (TM2/TP80/BAK/FW9)
Hey guys, so with the LSV massdrop not going forward, I am still looking for my first desktop vape. Other than the LSV I had been exclusively considering a log vape, so I was just wondering if there was any FC discount on the E-Nano like there is for the Underdog (supposedly, inquired about that and waiting to hear). I think I'd really enjoy a HI too, but with its wait list system I don't know if could handle the uncertainty... Thanks in advance!

Anyone ffel like listing what I would need to order so Im good?
I plan on using this in a D020-W 18mm.
Also going to use it on its own, is the stock wand all good?
Do I need a ton of extra screens or do they ISO well?
Is there any difference in the wood choices aside from looks and cost?

I have a DBV and Im tired of its size, looks and the whip. I want a nano so I am sold, I just need help so that I can order once and be done with it.

Thanks guys!

PS- Anyone wanna buy a DBV?

LOL on the used DBV! Put it on the classifieds. Seems like they usually go pretty quick.

D020-W is nice to pair with the nano. IMO the sidecar makes it well worth it. That little mouthpiece hole makes cleaning a bitch, though. Can't get anything more than a pipe-cleaner down it to clean - and worse, it takes forever to pour water out. Just a warning. Don't want to dissuade you. I'm not getting rid of mine anytime soon and use it regularly. And, it does go great with a nano!

Stock wand (stem) works great. I like my custom from JoDa glass works better, but prob no need to pick one up right away. Definitely pick up the 18mm adjust-a-bowl for your D020-W.

Screens are pretty sturdy, but I'd suggest picking up 5 extras. I haven't worn one out yet (with 3 or 4 in rotation), but at $5 and included for the same shipping as nano it's a no brainer IMO.

Wood difference is mostly looks and cost. Some woods (and I'm not even going to hazard a guess!) are more prone to cracking with repeated heating and cooling. My cherry nano is still going strong with no signs of cracking after much use since March 2013. Think others have found same with everything Andy offers (and I'm certainly itching for an exotic), but I can say for certain the cherry holds up well. Looks great, too!

I own the W already and while it is a bitch to clean I got a big enough hole that it actually clears quite well. Either way Ill hopefully get some sort of recycler soon ;). thanks for the run-down though I will definitely get some stems and a gong, also gonna read the thread slowly lol. To the classifieds first so I can figure out my budget and pick a wood-type.

I also have a DBV and after buying my nano i havn't used it once. I chose the walnut and it looks great, i also don't see myself having any problems with it in the future. From my research the walnut is the hardest of the standard woods offered. Hope i helped out bro

My walnut has literally been on for over a year at no less than 6 on the dial. It's been unplugged long enough to go out to my shop. So 5 minutes at most. No cracks or anything like that. These things hold up! ;pd; For the win!
Log vapes are pretty durable. I have an Aromazap from way way back and she still fires up and I believe he used either a walnut or an oak for the vap itself. It is amazing that something so simplistic in design can offer huge payoffs to the end user.

Looks like my nano is already in the air en route to my post office. I should have it tomorrow or friday, can't WAIT to try it.

Going to try running my stash of ABV from the Lotus through my Nano to see if I can get some better extraction. (Trying to save some $$)
You will get loads out of that AVB man :) My lotus AVB last me a month in the Nano! :D

Awesome, because I've spent a LOT on vapes and glass these past few months and it's killing my herbal budget. If I can get a month from my Lotus ABV, that would be AWESOME.

Though after a second extraction, I probably shouldn't even bother saving the ABV, right? I mean is there anything left for edibles after?

Hopefully my VAS and GAS will settle down for a few months (Or my wife is probably going to kill me!!)

You're telling me man, I've spent almost $1000 AUD on w9 gear in the last month, plus the Solo I just got, and the hundreds of dollars of nails/torches/various adapters/dab tools/oil slicks I've just bought. Yikes I've spent a lot. Got a custom-made ceramic induction non-stick alcohol safe heat pad that will heat from 50 celcius up to about 240 celcius. Gonna use it for final purge of concentrates at low heats for easy collection after evap :D

The Nano is still getting major use regardless of all the new toys I get though! Couldn't imagine not having it!

Glad to hear it! Mines finally through customs... hope Canada Post is joking about 3-7 business days for it to get to me though, especially since it's only 14 hours away by car. Guess It's back to refreshing the tracking page.

So, are you guys getting the new version with the detachable chord yet? I'm looking for a 2nd vape (doing my best to resist the VAS) while waiting for that grasshopper I'll probably regret and the nano surely sounds like a great choice according to you guys, I wouldn't want to get a soon to be old version though.

AFAIK all new Nanos come with the detachable cord.
