Good memory @EveryDayAmnesiac - I'm impressed! The transformer works a treat - I'm glad I went with a little extra wattage than what was strictly required - I use it every day - it's virtually silent, not too big and doesn't get scorching hot like others can. A good buy IMO.

Edit: I also have a Solo - and it's a great portable. If you're worried about the glass stems when out and about, and want to pimp it up a little @Ed's TnT creates some beautiful wooden stems. It may not be the stealthiest portable - but if you look through the Solo thread you will find pics of Solo's concealed in paper cups - genius!!

. Me neither but that's due to scopolamine patches..... Ordered my Maple eNano as soon as I woke up this morning,let the waiting and general impatience that I always get when I order a new toy commence! Gonna have to hold off on the Solo for a Cupla weeks till my bills are paid and my missus gets her redundancy cheque!!!!!!! haha. Still trying to convert my good lady to vaping as she has stopped smoking and beats herself up EVERY SINGLE TIME we have herb and she reaches for the tobacco............She hated the PbyP but does enjoy a balloon now and again,but her favourite quote is @I feel somethings missing when I vape@. Will either the Nano or the Solo help change her mind?

Aw yeah nice one bruv. Lemme know how it goes when you have it up and running. I did consider the fiddleback maple but couldn't really justify it to the wife. Haha. Oooooh I'm so looking forward to mine. Like a child am I.

Congrats on your decision. Hope it works out well for you. I do have to ask though. You say you owned a Pax. It has a ten year warranty. Did you attempt to get it replaced?

They don't honour the warranty. The minute it leaves the us the warranty is useless. I thought this was common knowledge?

can you use the nano with a hydratube or f bomb? better not run before I walk really,scrub that!!!! haha I'm still not 100%sure I know how to use the nano I've ordered,what with all my vapes being electronic(and shite)before this. feel like a noob asking this but do I pack the stem then put the basket in or what? Help ?

Right so that's the Nano bought.....now for the portable. I'm leaning heavily towards the Solo but if anyone can tempt me with summat else around that price point then feel free to chime in.....(please no Pax or Vapir suggestions or iolite either) If the grasshopper was around i'd buy that but with all the delays etc I can't wait that long my VAS is haywire!!!

Yeah some things are missing. They're smoke byproducts though and nothing cannabis related. The feeling that something's missing is very common when you start vaping, but the sleep inducing compounds that you get with cannabis smoke are nothing but toxins, along with a few high temp compounds that are sedative and analgesic (most of which you get with vaping at higher temps). The best way to switch from smoke to vapor is to commit to vapor only for about a week. When you do that most people get adjusted to vapor and quit missing combustion. And with a vape like the nano you have variable temp and the option to use water filtration for those big hits that usually impress combustion fans.

I'm still not 100%sure I know how to use the nano I've ordered

I'd still consider a Lotus now I've got the hang of it I can get really sleepy with it having a heavier strain later at night.

Blueberry or blue cheese work well but Skywalker OG seems to give a country mile the most vapour per load at least 2 to 3 times as much as anything I've tried. Shame SKOG is rare round these parts.

I use my solo once every couple of weeks the PnP I've used about 10 times in total and the Lotus every day it's by far my favourite of the 3.

I don't really want another butane one. As for sky walker.... Is it still a clone only strain or can you get beans? If you know where to get the seeds I'll run that next instead of the amnesia.

The lotus isn't butane the butane goes in the lighter not in the pipe.

SKOG the sample I had was cloned but

Yes pretty expensive beans you get what you pay for I guess if the sample I had is anything to go for. There was a different lot of it about but it had been ravaged by spider mites they love it too I guess.
