Randy did a great job. On their 4/20 sale I emailed that I had a question on pricing.
Randy promptly emailed me on Monday, then sent invoice. I ordered at like 6 PM central time
and later the same evening got confirming email with shipping tracking number.
Great transaction

I'd say go onto PuffItUp.com and use the "chat" and explain what you would like to do. They (Randy, et al) are great people and will most probably help you work something out.

Thanks Puff It Up For the great 420 deal on the MFLB with my package deal plus a code i essentially got the finishing grinder and the vapecase for free! I am an organizing freak so its great to get something and have nearly everything squared away.

Just got a bunch of screens for my Solo and a JyARz container from Puffitup. Insanely quick shipping, and the customer service is top notch! I'd consider them equally great to PlanetVape, both awesome shops!

Ordered a Vapman yesterday. Had a question about my order, my fault of course :doh: Randy was very quick to make it right, even though it was not there fault. The rep. I spoke with on the phone had a very pleasent attitude. When the call began I had a poor connection and missed his name, but after a few minutes the (my cell phone) cleared up and we were joking around like life long friends. Also he was a man of his word passing on my question to Randy to get it handled. I am very happy with the C.S. I received. Thank you Randy & Unnamed @PuffItUp Rep. for taking the time to help me. :tup:

He has a name and I feel quite the ass for missing it. I appologize, please send him my regaurds Randy. Thank you.

I ordered a Solo less than an hour ago (at 8pm at night no less) and it is already shipped and tracking says it will be here either tomorrow or Saturday. Way to go for great customer service and order processing :)

Edit: It actually sucks tho because I put off ordering the vape because I have a ton of work to do this weekend and wanted to make sure that it did not arrive until after the weekend so I wouldn't spend any time messing around with it. What a fail. Not complaining tho :)

Had to get my newer model Solo replaced. I'm so glad I went with Puffitup. It only took nine days from the day that I sent it back to PIU until I had a new Solo. No problems and no hassle. Why would someone want to go with a company that you are not sure about, just to save a few bucks when PIU may match prices?

I didn't have to stress over the return. A great company to do business with. I was sent a return label so didn't have to pay for shipping.

Thank you! We have some new people at PIU that are helping us streamline the return process. Our goal is to turn over every return the same day they come in. I hope the new solo is getting good use :-)

Not that this thread needs it, but I gotta lay some more praise on ol' puffy.

Made my Solo transaction happen nice and fast at a price that worked for me. :cool:

I even fucked up (believe it or not) and had mistakenly used my old address. Informed Randy of this the day after ordering, around 3:30 Eastern and he still got it sent out that day with my new address. Got to the East Coast in 2 days.

Sweet. :science:

I read all the great things that people had to say about them ,so I placed an order for a black Jyarz and some gringer grease . I was excited to see the package today until I opened it to find that they left out the grinder grease . I called the 800 number and told the guy on the other end (didn't catch his name )what had happened in hopes that he would say we'll get that right out to you, or something along those lines . instead I felt like the whole conversation was rushed ,and I was told if you don't hear from us in 2 or 3 days to contact them again . I hope that this is resolved , because if these guys are as good as everybody else says , I would like to do more business with them . I will report back if I hear something from them . I would like to leave positive remarks too:mad::):| (not sure how to feel yet ).

As I always said, Randy is amazing. I live in Spain an if I need something I always look if Randy has it before spending my money anywhere... Best customer service in the world!

After the slight mishap with my order , randy did a great job to make it right !! He got me the grinder grease I need , got it to me probably as fast as he possibly could , and threw in some goodies . Thanks you Randy for the great customer service :tup:

Hi all. Had to stop in and let everyone know Randy and PIU are amazing. Good service fast response and delivery. I spent all morning at the ophthalmologist and came home to my new solo I ordered monday. Thats twice this week Randy made my day. Thanks again and everyone else looking for an online retailer.
