If anyone is interested in acquiring spare mouthpieces my vendor is selling them @ $2.20 each. In my opinion this is the only part of this vaporizer that is likely to need replacing.

$140 for two shipped. Ordered early Monday am(late Sunday night)and received today. Haven't tried them yet, but within the hour!
Have been charging for four hrs so far while my mouthpiece soaks in ISO.
Regarding silicone smells, if ISO doesn't do it, try coconut oil. Works like a charm at removing smells!
Regarding the mouthpieces, Looks like you guys are tugging your silicone loose from the metal carriage. Wasn't sure that was cool, but glad to know!
<Edit> Sorry guys, just pulled the silicone mouthpiece off and sure enough there was the dreaded ceramic screen.

I spent 99$ on mine and as long as it isnt dead in 6 months and based on perfmormance as long as it isnt dead in 6 months this was one of the best smoking tool purchases i have made.
Couldnt be happier with the performance end and at the proce point i purchased at it was woth the gamble on product life.
Did i mention how easy this thing looks like it will be to keep clean. After about 12-13 chamber loads i havent had to do anything other than dump it out

Hi Folks!
Intriguing little gizmo. Has anyone who has one tried packing a glass one-hitter or similar small glass roasting tube (presumably with a screen) and inserting it into the heater opening and using it that way, kind of like a eNano or HI? Does the thing heat up without the supplied mouthpiece screwed in (and does it heat up with the oven door closed by any chance)?
If it did work that way you could forget about the mouthpiece and use the backside slot for herb storage and use it like a newfangled modern-day dugout.

Yes it does heat without mouthpiece screwed in. I am sure it heats with oven door closed also, as there are no switches/sensors attached to oven door, but I would not try it because i do not think the plastic the oven door is made out of was designed with that heat in mind. (Not exactly sure why you would want to heat the oven with the door closed though

Haven't tried the Vapormax yet (arrives today) but second the recommendation on the Firewood (currently having a Memorial Day discount of like 20%...see the forum thread for Firewood). Made of wood with a glass vapor path, in USA and ships fast. There is a learning curve...how steep depends on your experience.

I'm still seeing it at the discount price, and after a session last night, it sure seems like a winner.
Nice size, good weight, very easy/fun to use and provides excellent extraction. Be sure to soak the mouthpiece in ISO and rub it down with coconut oil.
I've wanted a reliable "draw -> on" vape since trying the e-cig type devices that employ that operation, and this is it.
I am tempted to pick up two or three more to gift out, just wondered what the consensus, of smarter people than myself, is on how healthy the internals are.
At this point, I'm glad I got two, love the unit and saved a couple of bucks on shipping.

@lovinlivinlife Hooray, mad science strikes again! Good luck with your experiments and we look forward to hearing your results. I was thinking if the oven door were plastic it wouldn't be a good idea; if it were metal then of course the heating time and process would be more efficient with the oven door closed, like when you are roasting a big juicy turkey

Elevate is around $300 right? My Vapormax was delivered for only $6o. Not sure if they are in the same class to be honest Kaptan. But I think you will be satisfied. I used the Vapormax eveyday this past week for a lunchtime car session. It really did the job but it is certainly not a heavy hitting portable IMO. Hope you enjoy it man
