You gotta do it @Ratm22 so I get cool major mad props karma points.

I don't fully understand what is going on with the situation.

Hi, I purchased a Pinnacle this year and stop using it because of melted plastic issues.

I heard if we send back our mouth pieces we can get new glass lined ones?

Thanks

I see my bad spelling and grammar in there. I will spend many nights studying grammar books....later.

The saga continues!

Hi Very high
Thanks @theyoyokid1 got my Gpong today :) removed the screen already as I use the screens on the bullets. Liking this new piece a lot! Piece of mind knowing that glass area isn't going to melt if a hot bullet touches it! I am tempted like @Sinclue mentioned, to shave about 10mm off the top plastic area, so there is a true glass mouthpiece but still fits OK on my WT :smug:

It is cheaper to get this from @theyoyokid1(via best offer) selling like hotcakes on ebay now, over 50 sold haha awesome!

After owning the pinnacle pro and the arizer solo I've come to the conclusion that the solo is a million times better. The taste is by far the best I've ever had and I've used a volcano on multiple occasions. The PNP is great for stealth but the issues I dealt with far outweigh the positives. The taste with the standard mouthpiece is horrid. The plastic top broke within a week of purchasing the PNP. The fact that this obvious manufacturing issue isn't covered by warranty is absurd. It's good to hear that there is solutions now but it took months.. I bought the arizer solo and have had zero issues. It's not as stealthy but it beats the PNP in everything else.

Yes you can buy it through 'theyoyokid', who is one of our trusted vendors, but we currently are not ready to start the exchanges, if that is officially how we are releasing them.

So still in the dark about WTF is going on:shrug:.

There is no solution yet for those that have the cracking of the sleeve where the mouthpiece and the unit connect. I have two units with cracks and it looks like if I want them fixed I have to pay $60 each since I bought from the VB, the company that makes them.

If I would have bought through yoyokid1 I would only have to pay $20.

I refuse to pay $60. Absolutely ridiculous. Buyer beware!

I think I will order the replacement glass lined pong from yoyo kid. It sounds like it's working well and an improvement in the taste of the vapor. Less chance of more damage, I hope.

I think my Pinnacle Pro has developed a fault;

It randomly stops heating and blue lights scroll up the display for a few moments. Any idea what could be the problem?

That is the auto shut off. It is normal. Unit should stay powered on for about 8-10 minutes until the auto shut off.

Fucking hell, as someone who teaches academic writing, these guys are infuriating! I got exactly the same, really ambiguous emails that sound like they were phrased to leave room to weasel out of any perceived implied agreements.

Do better TRVB.

yea sounds like vaporblunt likes to take peoples money without offering a solid, complete product or resolution to the product yet. wont get my support, why do i have to pay more for a build defect that is on VB fault. Arizer on the other hand has one of, if not the best customer service. They sent me a replacement solo free of charge, with new glass stems which only took 2 days because of express shipping they use. Im new to the forum and all i read about is pinnacle pro fucking up!

Still holding out hope they nail it on a future model. There is so much potential in their design.
Same here. Love my solo but wanna try something different to compare. I like the sound of the inh05. I think I will support them before vapour blunt.

It's a shame because it started out so well. I think we had a good year of nothing but good times with this vape and now I read mostly problems.
i really think it is the way people are using it. Resin builds up in the mouthpieces and people arent cleaning them. Then they are wiggling them off the unit resulting in the plastic cracking.

Clean your units!! Only take the MPN on nd off when the unit is hot.. This will ensure no cracking. Dont use the unit upside down and there will be no melting.

Battery issues happen with every vape but honestly. Vapor Blunt has had terrible customer service as of late.

This is not the same as the auto shut-off. I've owned the PNP for just under a year and it's never done this before

Mine did that a few times before it finally shit the bed. I thought it was trying to tell me that the battery was low and it hadn't reached temp yet but now I'm not sure. Either way I sent my 2 month old PnP back to theyoyokid1 on Monday and he notified me today that it was replaced under warranty. If the new unit comes Saturday or Monday it will be less than a week total turn around time shipping my unit from MA to CA, him checking it out and getting me the new unit.

If you are thinking about purchasing a Pinnacle Pro you would be a fool to not go through theyoyokid1 on eBay!

I guess I wasn't alone in sending TVB an email yesterday I asked if they would do the exchange in PA even though they wont ship the unit. They gave me what I thought to be a quick and quality response today. So far I have no complaints about TVB customer service. Here is the email they sent.

"Hello Phil
The engineering pong is not currently available for exchange. It will be available soon. We can get the replacement to you when the time comes. Theyoyokid has them for sale for those who may not want to wait. I would get in touch with us in about a week and see where we are.
Best regards,
The VaporBLUNT"

I did order the new pong off theyoyokid and got it Monday. So far I think it is a pretty good fix my only issue is that the glass insect likes to pop out easily. I was sure I lost it on Tuesday night as me and some friends drank the end of the Pens season away and had a few too many when I woke up I was missing that insert. Luckily it was on the floor in my car unharmed. but I wish there was an O-ring on the top or something to keep it a bit more snug in place. But it does give smoother more tasty hits, the heat is because of the short air path but that's something that adjusting the draw will help greatly.
