Hi Everyone,
Thanks to all for the amazing kind posts! Yes PVHES stems and PVHEGonGs are starting to roll out. We do have lots of PVHEGonG 14mm GonGs as those were the most requested and first through production. Other sizes / shortys and turbos are all in production. We list a controlled amount for sale (to keep customer service levels high) at varying times every day for international customers and those who work shifts / insomniacs etc. This week more styles and sizes of PVHES stems and PVHEGonGs will be in stock. Thanks for everyones patience and support, it is greatly appreciated.

Hey, does anybody know of any discount codes for PV? I've tried FCLOVE10 and it doesn't seem to work. My total order is $70.

I did this saturday/sunday my order for two PVHEGonG (my first order to PV), one of each size, I can't wait for it and I know I will have to wait some weeks to have it in my hands (international shipment to spain)
They should just have FC members email planet vape (PV) with their screen name, and ask for a one time use discount code. I just emailed PV for a discount code for a Herbal Aire.

I would slightly change your Hidea , from a 1 time use .
to an Every time you place an order . For being a repeat customer
But break it down into categories with different discounts % .
ie ; Vaporizers ; Accessories ; Glass ...

I've been checking on the PVHES mouthpieces every day or so, but no luck. I've seen folks getting the GonGs on FC, I'm interested in the stems. I hope I didn't miss out because I checked at the wrong times.
These are very popular and may go fast. Shipping is quite high when it comes to sending glass so don't just buy one, plus you never know when an accident might happen. And you never know when there will be a glass shortage.

I was using planet vape but they are never in stock for what i am looking for, they have the f-bomb i require but not the glass vortex adapter, they are driving me insane I have been waiting since last month for the stock to re-up and still nothing. I need 18/18mm adapter and they don't even have that yet. 2 out of 3 of the items I need are never in stock , I was browsing the forums and can't find the spot to place this
**please don't get to angry just help me out on the correct placen of this topic.
** Other than that any help on this would be just fantastic.... I live in Canada so I was hoping to find shipping to canada

I ordered 2 shorty PVHES stems today. I tried using the old coupon code because I hadn't heard about what the new one was and the old code didn't work. PV what's the new code for FC users?

I've pretty much given up on PV ever having anything I need. I've visited their website repeatedly day after day for months now with no change in stock levels. This idea of releasing small quantities of their glass products onto the website, only to be snatched up within minutes, is BS and only pisses off other customers even more. If they are having supply problems, then they need to find another supplier, plain and simple.
I've decided to look at other vendors who seem more motivated to meet their customer's needs.

I am not sure precisely how long this out-of-stock situation has been going on, but I can say that I first contacted their customer service about this issue in early February (asking for an E.T.A. on a few specific items), and have frequently visited their site since that time. I did receive a response, in which they told me they estimated full stock within 1-2 weeks. Sure enough, 1-2 weeks later and nothing arrived.
I remained patient (and was preoccupied with life & other things anyways), until maybe 4-5 weeks later in mid-March I sent a follow up email. I received the *exact same* response. And what's worse: in this thread today I've seen someone else quote the response they themselves had received from PlanetVape customer service which was word-for-word identical to the two I received. What kind of cookie-cutter customer service tactics is this site employing? The fact that they're making false promises of "just wait 1-2 weeks longer" (while failing to follow through) and supposedly released "limited quantities" to the website at odd hours of the day under the guise of improved customer service is laughable. You're doing us no favors. I seriously doubt these 'limited quantities' are even being posted, and I even question whether or not planetvape has any intention of meeting this demand and serving customers.
It is now June. And I have been waiting since January/February.
I am in the GTA myself and am truly disappointed, there is some real shameful (lack of) business being conducted by PlanetVape. I'm at my wits end, can someone suggest an alternative to planetvape? I would place an order to be shipped from the most far, remote regions of the planet if it meant I could get some high efficiency stems, wooden stems, and stealth adapter for the Arizer Solo.

You can buy wood stems from Eds TNT and Wongs. Try the sub thread under vapor related equipment. A very talented guy, he makes some works of art with wood mouthpieces, stems and wongs. Also he makes other vapor related assessories with wood.
