I didn't manage to find out any feedback about namaste vapes at the time when I came across there website and on closer inspection the vapes looked suspect had something called a Vapor Barrell I remember which was an LSV (looked same) but in black with there website logo on it and a cheaper price than the LSV.The launch box pictures looked suspect and they had pax in which they only sell in USA/Canada not EU/UK which was what lead me to that conclusion.

They weren't selling pinnacle pro or anything that looked like a brand at the time.Website is down so I can not check it out but a Google search of Namaste vapes and they have an AUS website looks more or less the same as previous uk one I saw but more importantly more branded vapes but they are also selling the Vapor Barrel on there cam tell its a fake of an LSV or at least an obvious rip off description more or less an LSV hand drilled holes etc...

EDIT just let me on the UK website looks more professional than it used to and there range of products before wasn't as varied. They do have a video of the Vapor Barrel in use now on there which is definitely a clone of the LSV and thats priced at £140 which is alot cheaper than an LSV.The video clip the heating element looks same as my own LSV but previously they had no Volcano, no plenty only one launchbox with no branding on but there website has improved. The fake LSV clone doesn't sit with me well though

Yeah thats how I found them, via ebay.
Told them ill only take the unit if they offer 100% refund should I not be happy, ill contact vaporblunt direct to see what they think once unit arrives, ive opened a case with ebay also to protect the purchase.
Will post the results as soon as unit arrives

Hi guys,

I had some doubts about the namastevapes site as well as several points seemed dodgy to me:

  • they sell vapes that are not meant to be sold outside North America (e.g. the Pax, the Firefly)
  • they always have everything on sale, with on top of that a sale code that has a limited duration but that is renewed when it expires (I've seen that on legit site but I don't consider that very honest)
  • some of the info they give about vapes are deceitful according to me:
    • they state for the Cloud EVO:
Best efforts are made for 220V products but when not available adequate converters will be provided.
Thing is the 220v version is still in test and hasn't been released by Vapexhale yet.
    • regarding the Firefly, they mention:
AC Adapter - Local adapter plug included
After speaking with two of their operators it is still unclear if it's a converter or an adapter that they provide (which makes a difference, at least to me)
  • I have been talking with one of the official site Firefly operator and she told me they weren't one of their authorized dealer, that the Firefly is not meant to be sold outside North America and that the unit couldn't come from an authorized dealer even located in the US as it would breach their agreement.
  • When I asked about the 5 year warranty the namastevapes operator answered that what they do is handle it for the customer: once they receive the defective unit they send a new one to the customer and then deal with the manufacturer directly. That sounds way too good to be true to me and when I replied it sounded risky for them to do so in case the manufacturer send them a repaired unit back or even denies the unit is faulty, the reply was evasive once again
Client: I was interested in the firefly
well I am
but I can't get an answer to a very precise question
I’ve tried here the other day and had to explain to your colleague the difference between a converter and an adapter
and I'm kinda having the same issue right now with an operator from the official firefly site :D

Operator: haha. Well we're a little more versed in vapes than electronics.

Client: so let's say I buy a firefly from you
what do I need to charge it in UK?

Operator: We include the converter / adapter - I'm not sure the exact specifications for the Firefly but I know they have a place to test the adaptors before they decide what to include in the order. Some of them require different voltage, etc

Client: here's the thing, as with the CLoud, I don't really want a vape with which I'd need a converter
I don't mind using an adapter
but don't want to have to stepdown the voltage from 220 to 110v first

Operator: Yeah this isn't really my forte I'm afraid. I'm hoping the warehouse can give me more info. I just know they work for the vaporizer ordered.

Client: do you currently have any firefly in stock?

Operator: Yes - in black

Client: dark grey?

Operator: Yeah they call it black but it looks dark grey / silver to me

Client: and regarding the warranty
it says 5years manufacturer warranty
are you an authorized retailer?

Operator: Yes we can handle the warranty for the customer if you have any issues. We deal with the manufacturer ourselves.

Client: so you are indeeed an authorized dealer?
and if I choose to go directly to firefly using the warranty they'll honor it?

Operator: I'm not sure. What we have done with the 1 issue we had with the Firefly was just take care of it for the customer. Once it's received we send a new one to the customer and we contact Firefly ourselves.
I'd have to ask management about this one to confirm.

Client: alright
there's one thing
you seem to be an honest person
as much as I can tell from chatting with you on this little window of course
as I told you I was also chatting with an operator from the firefly site
and I've asked her about if they had authorized dealers in europe

Bob: do you have official retailers in europe?
with which the warranty would work

Ashley: Not at the moment, right now the only way for international customers to get a Firefly is with a mail forwarding service. Even with that, the warranty is only valid when shipped from a US address as well

so how come you guys are selling it?

Operator: We get our stock from our US warehouse, which is why we handle the warranty ourselves.
We take care of the customer by sending a new one to them once we have the defective one

Client: that sounds risky for you
what if the company denies the warranty or send you a repaired unit?

Operator: I'm not 100% sure of our status with Firefly so I can't quite say for sure I'm afraid.

Client: meh I'll be honest with you
I'm being told from several sources or at least hinted at that this site is a scam =l

Operator: I'm sorry you feel that way.
Everything is 100% authentic

Client: well I'm sorry too cause I'd like to order stuff from you guys
well that too sounds dodgy
it's the exact wording from sites selling counterfeit items

And guess what? I've just clicked on this dandy vapes site link, quickly browsed it then saw the chat window, clicked on it and... my convo with the exact same operator was there... 2 "different" sites same people behind, the prices were surprisingly matching too. To make sure I've checked their address and it's the same.

I cannot prove they're a scam so I'm not accusing them, and I'll let you judging it. But there are a lot of things I don't like here... and trust me I'm dying to buy a couple of vapes from them... but I guess I'll try to stay on the safe side here.

One more thing, last Friday I told the same operator about the elevape, he told me he had never heard of it but that it seemed interesting and would relay the info to his management; today he told me they'd sell it on their site in 2 weeks and that I should stay tuned. I don't know what to think of this...

My :2c:...

The sound of vapor
Also, I've just found this from here: http://vapory.co.za/namaste-vapes

Dear South African fellows,

We would like to warn you about a company called Namaste Vapes. This unethical UK-based vape retailer is misleading buyers by claiming to be locally based and to have a warehouse in Johannesburg, which is an absolute lie.

This company has recently launched the same website in 10 different countries around the world and in all of them they are making the same claim.
I can guaranty you that they are not located in South Africa as it makes out to be in its advertising.

Products are not shipped from South Africa and good luck trying to have your warranty covered locally.

Furthermore we’ve read reports from Australian Vaporizers that Namaste Vapes sell poor quality counterfeit vaporizers made in China but still charging premium prizes.

I've linked this to a namastevapes support agent and here's his reply:

Support agent:
Well
1. We do cover Warranties for our customers.
2. We do have sites in many countries and warehouses too. Sometimes stock levels are low at warehouses so products are shipped from our US warehouse.
3. Counterfeit products is a ridiculous claim. Clearly someone is upset that we're taking their business.
Unfortunately, the only way for customers to trust us is to place an order with us and see for themselves.

Client:
what about when manufacturers are saying that you're not allowed to sell theirproduct?

Support agent:
We have authentic vaporizers - all official. So they can say that but that's my area of expertise. We have all official products and people who order from us can confirm they are authentic. It's easy to make up rumours on the internet especially from competitors.

If you have any questions about this though I encourage you to e-mail so one of the managers can reply they have much more knowledge. I've informed them of the link. thank you for bringing it my attention.

I'm not accusing anyone but rather raising concerns, so I've invited him to come here and clarify things for us.

Hey guys I was too skeptical about Namaste Vapes as I actually purchased a Magic Flight Launch Box about a month and a half ago. However I was pleasantly surprised when the product came and it was 100% genuine. Maybe some of their products are fake whilst some are real who knows, but all im saying is my MFLB was legit and im very happy with it :)
I was suspicious when I saw they had websites based in many countries around the world, and as K. mentioned above they did claim to be local (New Zealand for me) however the product was shipped from Australia

Yes same for me I finally ordered an Aryzer Solo from dandyvapes.co.uk, as price was better there, I received it in 3 days in London. It's a genuine one, no doubt, but it does not include free goodies like stickers or grinders, just the vaper with accessories in its box. Whatever the essential is done...

I'm one happy customer of Namaste Vapes. I am so pleasantly surprised by their service and help that they have provided me, that I asked them if they want me to write review for them. So they gave me this link and here I am:)

I bought Pinnacle Pro via Namaste Vapes in April this year, I've used it maybe 5 times and first time I tried to clean PP mouthpiece the mouthtip broke inside of the mouthpiece.
I contacted Namaste and maybe 2 hours after my inquiry i got reply from them with contact info of Vapor Blunt company.
Vapor Blunt staff turned out to be really unprofessional.
I had to wait at least 3 days for any kind of answer from them.
They offered to send me a new glass mouthpiece if I was willing to pay shipment fee, which I was OK with. But to pay for it they asked me to send credit card information by mail.
(IMO the serious company will never ask you to send sensitive information by mail)
I refused to do this and offered them to pay for shipment via PayPal or by any other secure payment metods. So I waited couple of more days and contacted them again. They apologized for delays and asked me for my phone number so they can call me.
7 days later no calls or any kind of sign that they are interested into resolving this inquiry, I contacted them by mail again and asked for their phone number, which I got 3 days later.
So I tried to call them 3 times, an every time I ended up on an answering machine.
I left my name and phone number each time, kindly asking them to contact me, but nothing ever happened.
After 3+ weeks I was tired of wasting my time with Vapor Blunt so I wrote to them again with a copy to Namaste Vapes, telling them that I will try to return this product and that I do not wish to spend more of my time with this case.

Namaste guys contacted me soon after, telling me that they will take care of the replacement at their end and that I can simply return PP to their UK address.
Because of bad experience with Vapor Blunt staff i wondered if I could change my order from PP to Pax and without any protests or questions they offered to do this for me.

So PP is now on the way to UK and I am gladly waiting to get my new Pax. My experience with Namaste Vapes is nothing but positive, they have great and understanding employees, and reasonably priced products. If you have any doubts write to them and ask them for help.

Hello all, I'm just wondering does anybody know of a good cheap entry level Vape that I can get in the UK? I was thinking around the £30 mark. Just looking for entry level and one that works nothing fancy. When I look online I just run into hundreds of Vapes and then you have claims of fakes and Chinese sellers on Ebay. I have seen what looks like superb Vapes but then they are from the US and only operate on 120v 60hz, plugging them in over here would result in a fire. After about 20 mins online looking I just end up giving up. I have never Vaped before but I gave up cigarettes a few years ago so smoking anything is just not happening. Its been edibles the last few years and while they are fun I find them hit and miss with weed, a hash yoghurt on the other hand always works and sends me to space.

Anyway Im in south east and £20 would get me a gram of green that is nothing special.

Thanks for the replies, both a little too expensive for entry level for me anyway. Its a big outlay if I don't like it. The Arizer solo was the one I was going to get if I did like it though.

Space is the Place
A Vapor genie ? Think they are around 40pounds although I'm in the USA and deal with the lowly American Dollar for some reason when I did a search for the Vapor Genie Coil yesterday my computer took me to Ebay UK and they are around 30 pounds. Don't know if that helps, just thought I'd throw it on out there.

:peace:

Seren

Away with the fairies
yep, a vapour genie is probably the cheapest vaporiser that is any good ..... or you could bag a vapman for about £60 :peace: :2c:

TBH you'd struggle to find a decent vaporiser brand new for £30 - you may be more lucky looking second hand for that amount, or you could save up a little more

is namaste vapes selling fake ploom pax's?

Unfortunately i got a bit carried away last night and ordered one without doing my homework. which now is a bit of a nightmare.

The are adamant that there devices are authentic and i almost feel like i am offending them questioning it.

They say i can send it back if i am not happy which is good. I have not seen a real or fake one in person so i done really have a frame of reference to go by when i receive it.

not really sure what to do

Well please make sure to let us know and post some pic so we specialists can maybe tell you if it's genuine. What seems to be dodgy about that site, despite comments here and there on the web is that they sell vapes not meant to be sold outside North America and they claim to honour the guarantee on those, seemingly thanks to their US warehouse. Also the term authentic is usually found on counterfeit Jordan shoes for instance, the ones with no Nike logo anywhere...
