reclaim and water?

So my wife cleaned the bubbler and got a big gob of reclaim out using hot water, which is now in a slick stack. It still has a bunch of water with it right now though, how can I separate the two?

sorry, rereading that sounds like i have a slickstack full of water... It sizzles on a nail of course, but doesnt taste nearly as bad as I thought it would. Any ideas for refining further?

it has been spread out thin on pyrex and in the back of the cabinet for a couple of days now. Will check it out a bit later this week and report back. Thanks again all!

Here's another idea.

Since it's reclaim and its already seen high temps. I think really the easiest way to get rid of the water is to stick the slick stack in the oven at 250 degrees and boil off the water. The containers are good to 450 degrees I think. You won't affect the reclaim taste at all since its already seen temps way higher than this. Putting it onto pyrex to evap is silly. Now you're gonna have to scrape that shit back up and have some loss left in the dish. Which you can reclaim with ISO or ethyl but again, more steps for no reason. You already had it in a workable container.

Next time try driving the water off your reclaim with the oven.

Once you feel the water is driven off, put the container in the vac chamber while the oil is nice and hot. Pull full vac and see if theres any reaction.
