What's Going On?
Happy for you Lucic, glad you didn't actually get leapfrogged. Probably just sent out all the notifications on the purple bottoms first or something or other. Originally when purchased I was hoping for a birthday present. Unfortunately it will be a week or two or three late. I'm not worried. Just slightly disappointed. Absolutely nothing towards Tom or Pam, just that I built it all up and let my own thoughts get a little out of my control. Can't wait to stop burning again. Hurry up and heal before I keep hurting my health

That's exactly how I felt as well. Nothing against Tom or Pam, just a human emotion of disappointment that I couldn't deny. Not sure what "Approved - FBA" means either. What's Going On?
Eh, everyone else got the approved thing and it was sent. Someone up a few posts said they thought it was possibly "Fulfillment by Amazon" but I don't know. I don't doubt you'll be holding it soon enough, especially in comparison to the wait time.

I think approved means your order has been approved to be shipped and is just waiting to be shipped. Mine went approved the day before it was shipped. I guess it could take longer if you get approved before the batch from Tom gets to where ever they are shipped from now.Lucic77 said:Not sure what "Approved - FBA" means either. We ship to Amazon somewhere in Indiana (for Vapenow.com). From watching the posts and the timing of our shipments, I think Amazon turns them around in a day or so and they head back out to the customer. Not sure about what approved or any other label means, but, it seems they have them in hand before any changes in status are made. 
I wish I could snap fingers or blink and eliminate the waiting period, instead it just takes steady work, and that makes a steady (but limited) flow.

About the Purple vs. Paisley... I think I have said it before, Vapenow has the waiting list and knows what ratio they need to fulfill orders. They place an order with us for x# Paisley and x# Purple. They are trying to keep them even, as much as possible, and we build them as needed.
So, I suggest you order what you like. Ordering one or the other will never get you a unit quicker, other than pure chance on the week our shipment arrives at Amazon. And since we are all doing our best to keep the list even... why not get what you want?

Which brings up the 'Either Style' choice. With the above described attempts to keep the list balanced, 'Either Style' just means you didn't make a choice, and the choice will have to be made for you.
As I described, Vapenow places an order with us and gives us a count of Purple and Paisley based on who is next on the wait list and what they prefer. Let's use the number 10 to keep things simple. Vapenow looks at the next 10 orders, say 5 Purple, 3 Paisley, and 2 Either. Since Vapenow doesn't care what the 'either' s want, they say, Tom 5,3,2 .
I have news for you... Since I pay to have the laser logo applied and have to take them to the laser shop and wait on their return before I can proceed, that order is for 5 Purple and 5 Paisley.
In Other Words: All orders for "Either Style" are really just orders for Paisley. Cause if you don't care, why would I?

Fulfillment by Amazon is dead on. We send shipment requests to them as soon as they have the PDs in stock and they typically ship within 24 hours. So if you get an FBA approved update, it means your PD is shipping within 24 hrs barring anything unforeseen.The_Other_Shoe said:

I would think you have to keep in mind, business days. I know today was monday, but there was a weekend. I don't know their schedule and cannot account for them, but if there is no change by tomorrow, then I would think it may have seen the unforseen .

Seems like you are most likely due in the next batch. At least from my perspective you should be. Even if ALL the order numbers in front of you to Lucic or someone else in the last batch were PD numbers you would probably have a decent shot, barring the chance of you getting leapfrogged, I think you should get it. I seem to kind of just be rambling in the notions you have come up with. It is probably the effect of my getting closer haha. Can't get enough of this site right now and in the next coming weeks probably.
