In case some of you don't know what customer service means:
Customer service
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. According to Turban et al. (2002),[1]"Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction – that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation."

I think too many people here use the term 'customer service' when all they've done is made an order, and received it as they expected. Please, let's not abuse the term.

Dumb questions but I got to ask them.
Adjust a Bowl stem. May I move (push with chopstick) bowl lower for bigger bowl? I have been using factory set and cleaning in place. I have ordered 5 tube backup set and want to know if I can set up 5 different sizes or varieties?

I know (think) that you are using bowl on bong and using unit for heat source. What is useful or necessary to make those connections. Please keep it simple as I want to jot it down and drag to glass shop. Common abbreviations are not so common at first.
I am thinking of the ever popular Chinese bubblier so I can have an informed opinion in the Low & Slow vs Bong debate.

Has there been any whispering of when the e-nano v2 might come out? I want to order so badly, but I have devil cats that eat through cords and its been keeping me from pulling the trigger. Though I may end up pulling the trigger soon anyways, I love that walnut.

I'm absolutely satisfied with Andys customer service, received my new adjustabowl gongs/stems and new powercord yesterday:nod::clap::tup:, it took one week to germany, no customs charges too:rockon:, so I have to say: Thank you Andy, well done again!

Just wanted to change the powercord but the wire of the tiny neon light broke just behind the resistor and seems to be useless now:disgust:, does anyone (@ACE OF VAPE/@herbivore21) know the spec of the neon light or the resistor???

I know the nano works without it, but I really like the blue little light, kinda hypnotizing:whoa:

PLEASE HELP ME, I NEED MY NANO

hahaha knew you'd be proud of the results brother! Haven't seen you around these parts so much lately my friend, I hope all is well! :)
Just evaluating what do I really need and adjusting as I learn more.

I found that leaving the NANO plugged in the back garden I use her more.
Everyday lately I have a few water sessions that are so satisfying.

Hope all is well down under!

Can't speak for others, but I can unequivocally state that my customer service from Andy has been great before, during, after and LONG after my purchase. Honestly, not sure what you're getting at here. Granted, I'd rate his communication as a 6 out of 10 (but think we've about beat that horse to death and then some :horse:), but would go at least 11 out of 10 on all other aspects. So at the end of the day, I'd say a damned strong 8.5 or 9 out of 10 on the whole customer service experience. And believe me when I say this is a rarity coming from me. I'm getting to be one of those grumpy old men who daily says, "Things just aren't like they used to be."

Glad the rubber band trick is working for you!

Dumb questions but I got to ask them.

You can move the screen wherever you like - hence the name "ADJUST-a-bowl". You can move it down in the stem for more load space. Or if you like really tasty cloudy hits, move up in the stem (towards nano), turn down the heat a 1/2 notch and hang on! Have to load more often, but a small price to pay for such great flavor and thick vapor IMO.

Dude, get Andy to send you out a replacement bulb. He is better than amazing with his customer service.

@ataxian cheers my friend, I am well indeed, especially now that I have reached the final frontier with my concentrates :)

mmmmm I wish I had a garden to enjoy my Nano in! Yummy! But soon my Persei will be here and I have some amazing leafy parks around my place to visit with it :)

Damn, just saw your thread in the classified selling your persei stuff. Almost exactly the stuff I just ordered and paid for from Gary yesterday! I would have gladly obliged. Sorry to hear about your illness getting in the way of your portable concentrate use. Glad you still have the Nano for this though! Take care man!

Right! I do too. Might be too close for oil, but great for flowers, or vice versa, IDK? Could merit some further exploration.

WOW!!!!!:nod::clap::tup::rockon::bowdown::luv::love::drool:
Alright ...in the interest of science I pursued our laboratory test question of the day (yesterday):
Q: Can we leave the Nano on our cloud buddy/claissen for an extended period of time, even when at power setting 10, without wasting/burning/devastating our flower and/or oil?

A: Yes - to flower (oil remains untested as yet)! W/Nano set at 10, loaded stem (semi-firm pack) was mounted on the Nano heater rod (upright - rising heat) for 25+ minutes. Flower distance from heater rod tip was approx. 1/8th inch. Nominal roasting did take place during the test period, evidenced by the nice aroma noticed when I re-entered the very small bathroom about 25 minutes into the cook. Then, at the 25+ minute mark, two monster cumulus clouds were had - that was enough!:ko: See below pic #3 for an ABV evaluation. From my observation point, after two monster hits, no scorching occurred; a dark roast (right at the top) that gradually lightened extended half-way down into the load; the bottom half of the load was a light-to-medium roast.

I think the real intense heat cycle begins during the convection phase. Conduction is definitely at work here also (before, during, & after the inhale), but not to the extent of wasting much product. Cooking for awhile increases dense vapor production significantly (great when using a water tool). The E-Nano is a proven mighty powerful device, and one that shows real finesse!

Awesome work @Snappo, you mad scientist!! Great to know. I may come around to using one, but 1 1/2" of silicone is cheap (and GonGs now come with it pre-installed ) so not on my short list right now.

Solod out.
Ya I'm not great at the waiting game. Infact I ordered the enano like 4 months ago and cancelled because of the long wait. Lol, to my defense it was a long wait, and if it was like that for everyone I wouldn't have cancelled, but that's all in the past. Right now I want the nano in my hands ASAP because my solo died.

^I'm not that great either. I ran into several troubles that delayed my nano by 1-2 months.

I finally got it a week ago, and I'm not even mad anymore.

Related, I remember seeing somebody have 2 nanos with them. Is there any benefit in having 2/using 2 at the same time?
