OMG. Are the orders really up to almost 2600? My most recent order was #2303 ordered on July 21. If they are up to 2600 already then I would be surprised if that 7 week estimated time frame doesn't get delayed quite a bit. Although not every order # is a PD I would bet a good majority are.

I didn't want to order extra tubes yet, so that I don't sit around pulling on empty tubes pretending that I am using a pd.

^Actually it would be nice to get them in advance and mod. them/investigate them a bit. They are tricky bastards when it comes to screen removal/cutting different sized screens. Find the air-flow you like best and stick with that design.

Personally I took out both clips in my stem, that sandwich the screen in place, cut a new screen from a screen that has MUCH larger holes than the provided stock screens. I cut it to size using the metal clips as a mold and precisely pushed the perfectly round screen in with a wooden skewer (on the flat end)

granted this is how I like MY stem, but you may think otherwise. I do it because I can duff a bowl faster (pretty much rip the whole stem in one hit) and it just has better air flow for a more relaxed session. :2c:

Yeah, we had to work out the Amazon thing with our friends at VapeNow.

Took a bit to coordinate, paperwork, labels etc... we now ship direct to Amazon, eliminating the double shipping (us - Vapenow - then on to Amazon). So a big batch of Paisleys went out yesterday (UPS ground to Amazon) then on to the end consumer. This has caused a delay, but in the end we are back to weekly shipments and have saved some shipping mileage in an effort to stay green. :cool:

Originals are going out today and tomorrow. Once we get Paisleys in stock we should be all caught up on those orders too ~1 week.

One week! I like the sound of that. Damn paisley making me wait. I thought that ordering the PD without the burned in logo I would get it faster. Oh well.

Waiting for the Paisley, order #2471 from 8/16/09. Was quoted 7 weeks at checkout, iirc, so hopefully by the end of September. Have an SSV in the mean time, so I shouldn't be antsy, but I want new toys

I think VapeNow means plus or minus 1 week of the prediction. Maybe, ? . . . I don't speak for them, but the wait list isn't 1 week, I am sure. Still 7 weeks + / - a week. It's a prediction.

It depends on many factors. But I think the Vapenow team are trying hard to give accurate 'predictions'.

We work hard, some days we don't work as much, only because life has other demands.

But, I try every day to put maximum effort into what I do. I never want to compromise quality or materials purity for sake of time or profit. :2c:

That's our commitment and it has nothing to do with any other vape mfg. It's just us, and it is what we do. :cool:

Hey Tom!
If you were referring to my post; I ordered two months and one week ago. I saw the post by vapenow and felt that it applied to me considering the date I ordered. When I ordered, vapenow had a 8+ week wait. I am expecting your awesome creation very soon. Hopefully a couple more weeks max.

No matter what though...I know it is worth the wait.

I 'guess' alsothat current approximations applyto today's orders. Today's approximations likely have no relation with orders placed weeks ago... :2c:

Seems simple, but maybe people don't see that...

Sorry, we should have more precise: ~1 week until we have Paisleys and Paisley orders are caught up to Original orders. Gonna take us much longer to get completely caught up, but the wait list is slowly trending downward.

Sounds like you had the same idea I had. I got my 1st PD back in like March. Ordered a 2nd one around May or so and that one went to a friend. Got my 3rd PD on the way. #2303, so hopefully mine will be shipping here soon. I'm hoping for a really special one. My 1st one is so beautiful, but the 2nd one that went to a friend wasn't nearly as impressive. They all get the job done though and he loves it. Also finally got his wife to quit smoking so now they both only vape. Another convert thanks to the PD.
