Ok guys maybe my impressions were made in haste I'm not noticing much difference with my D020 and the m1e today. Would really need to test more to figure it out. I do notice a difference but cant place my finger on it. Maybe having them side by side would be better

I have my tops switched with a black unit and it's a black maple stem from Ed's. A new Solo is showing up today from a great forum member so I'll be able to see how the improved airflow and other subtle changes work out. I also have some thoughts on making a simple concentrate bowl for the Solo that I'll share if it ends up working out.

Whats up everybody? I just got my vapecase for my solo, and i gotta say, its one tough cookie. I can fit my grinder, solo, 2 straight stems and a bent stem. It is a little bulky and heavy, but i feel great knowing my vape is taken care of no matter what. It'll be great on the dirtbike and four wheelers, jeepin, and other outdoor activities. I highly suggest the vape case. Im just gunna put some electrical tape over the "vapecase" logo. Sketch.

My custom Ed's stem will be here Wednesday or Thursday so im pumped!

Does anyone know if the reddish-brown o rings provided with the Eclipse vape are the proper kind to be used in the Solo? I know that's a random question, but I had some sitting around and was pondering what high temps they're exposed to in that vape.

That would be ideal but GonG/WonG stems cost 20$ more than the plain adapter and I'm trying to save money :(

I had the same exact train of thought haha...and as soon as I tried it I was like ah fuck this...then I started kicking myself because the Gong stem I originally wanted went out of stock! Now a month later I finally have a Wong on the way. You'll see what I mean when you have to keep the stock stem in place upside down while placing it in your adapter, and then when you go to pull it off you'll hear the glass on glass scratching as you unwedge it and it just sucks. Plus it is uncomfortable the whole time you're doing it. But just my personal experience!!! I like things as comfortable and easy as possible I am picky as hell that way...but everyone is different!
