I'm getting ready to order wire mesh screens and have ordered from PV in the past and like the fine and extra fine mesh screens. Does anybody know what the mesh size corresponds to those screens. I'm considering 80 x 80 mesh, .0055" wire diameter pre-cut screens from McMaster-Carr and would like something similar to what I have.
I don't know how much extra income you have at your disposal however I'm a cheap shopper. I buy my 1/2" screens for my GonG's & Stems on ebay. 500 for less than $10.00 maybe less? I change my screens often as well as clean.

Don't take my advise as I'm not an expert just a consumer like you!

Sorry for the dirty mess!
I will clean tomorrow!

I have this awesome stand from @Pipes!
I want to start using it!
It's somewhere?

Believe me I've learned much from you around here. Thanks.

I was ordering from MC anyway and figured i would get a few to have around as 25 will last me for a long, long time. Place is spendy but if you need small quantities of weird combos of shit, the 1 box shipping and single transaction are worth it in time and effort vs ebay.

How do you not break those crazy ass glass combos you use? If i rolled that way around the pool i'd probably bleed out within a week.

I had a wood deck around my pool.
Stupid me had it torn out and had a Jurassic Park paving installed.
I broke a stem every week sometimes I broke 2 stems a week.
When I broke all my GonG's I was like WTF!
Travel tubes helped.
Then I had to go with straight stems.
I have other glass pieces I leave in my padded medicating area and will not take into the backyard.
After I broke every ASH COLLECTOR I had in my back yard I started to have a bit more caution.

Maybe that's why the little bubblers work for me?

I buy the cheap glass because to get the $800 ones I would break the first week.
The wood stem I love when I break all my glass and wait for more to be in stock.
It's serves a purpose.

So your not alone!

I started out with hiding my stuff in my tool boxes.
Now I buy these CHEAP $4.50 ones from HARBOR FREIGHT to keep stuff separate.

I found it better to keep all the related stuff together!

The D020 is pretty nice with the SOLO.

The Solo has been my yard mate this week, using the Eds Granadillo stem, no worry about bumps and falls. Dodging the rain showers in the Pacific NW. Trying to spruce up the yard after a very mild winter here.

GR, I don't know if it's your first Solo, but you won't be sorry with your purchase. The Solo is one of the top portable vaporizers out on the market.

First Solo for me. I have not used flowers very much in a couple of years, pretty much an all oil person but recently I have used some vapes for flower that really impressed me for both ease of use and flavor. The Solo looks like the portable flower vape that will give me flavor and portability that will get me back into flower, lol. Ordered from PV so I don't expect it to arrive until late next week but I am very excited.

I am still searching for my first vape. I was going to get the Pinnacle Pro but read about too many problem on tips melting, cases cracking and poor customer service. Then I was looking closely at the Ascent but its pretty expensive at $250. Davinci also seems good customer service if a problem arises.

Now I found my way to the Solo which looks reliable, simple design and affordable for a first vape. There also seem to be some nice add-ons like affordable water pipes and mouth pieces.

Any suggestions for a newbie on what to buy as first time vaper?

I have been using a SOLO for over 2 1/2 years and I love water path.
Dry is even nice.

It's cheap and the accessories are endless.

Were talking portable.

I even have a POWER ADAPTER if I want to plug in!

Just get a simple work horse!

A vaporizer only heats the flower so we can enjoy it's medical properties!
Why spend ridiculous amounts of cash to do that?
If money is a concern buy a pack of rolling papers and light up!

Welcome to the wonderful world of a healthier alturnative!

Mine arrives Monday after waiting for the vendor to get more in stock. I can't wait.
Did you like the vendor that you bought from? Didn't you have someone fairly new to selling online? Or maybe I'm wrong and have you mixed up with someone else. It's good to see what kind of after care folks are getting.

After using a M1E (charge when using) I have to say I think the airflow is a welcomed addition. I used it with my PVHE gong but no o-ring (needs thin o-ring) through my pinnacle chandelier perc and airflow was so open and nonrestrictive like a mini cloud!

Did you believe with stock stems and GonGs without the seal are the ticket for the new model?

I havent tested enough yet just reporting back what I have tested. Last night my friend took my M1A (old design) on accident and left his M1E lol. I noticed the gong was wobbling (has no ring) and was like what the hell haha.

So far I can say I enjoy my PVHE gong with the new model with no ring. Perhaps its because I cough with high vapor/dense hits. Normally I start at 2 or 3 depending on strain and keep vaping until I get little to no vape then I go up 1 level at a time. Works better for me otherwise I cough alot. I notice with a less dense more airy hit the air flow is great and also I dont cough as much. Will try to compare them more later and get back to you guys, can test with the o-ring and just not screw the top on as much. The difference isnt HUGE the old model is amazing but I might have a preference for the newer model.

Anyone have the silver solo space ship and one of those wooden stems? How does it look? Can you post a pic together. Highly considering buying one.

I don't think they are new to selling. I am certainly new to vaporizing. Only in the last three months. I bought a different product and returned it for the Solo. I didn't do enough homework.

I am the world's biggest light weight!
Coughing is why I don't burn joints.
The SOLO I can handle.
OK it's cheap however that not why I use it so much.

I can handle and it's easy to use.

I have 3 old ones.
They all work perfectly!

Thinking I'm I missing out not having the new model?

To be honest having three of the same model seems unusual to me. My friend left his at my house and hasnt come to exchange them so..................

More testing tonight. Bring on Game of Thrones, Cosmos, and the solo dolo!

You may think it's unusual that I have 3 SOLOS?

At my shop I had a Solo.
At home I had a Solo.
A friend gave me his when he quit cannabis.
So I end up with 3!

I have vaporizers still in their boxes also.
Too much stuff!
Time to throw all this stuff in the trash.

I was trying to get an answer as if I was lacking the latest model?

Sorry if you find it unusual?

Depends on your cash flow. If I were you I would get a new one! Sell a couple of your older models to make up for the expense and to have less of the same vapes around? One at shop one at home. I love selling all things I don't use. I tend to accumulate stuff when I get into a hobby, so I constantly am selling things. It's a great way to have less things to store and get something back from your initial investment/purchase, especially with the way electronics lesser in value relatively fast as new tech comes out!

I no longer have my shop!
Had to retire early.
To drive with a vaporizer in your car is really sketchy! Now I have too much stuff.

Time to fill up a trash can!
