Hello, I am new to this community. Before i get started on my question i have a few things you need to know before answering. Okay so i know a battery is supposed to have adujstable voltage for BHO oil. How ever i do have an e-cig battery that is 4.2 Volts 380mAh at all times, I can not change that. I want to know if i will be able to get an atomizer that will not " Burn" the BHO oil. If this is not possible, What would a good cheap starter kit be? Thanks for answering in advance.
