Best Bag Vape?

I also think the HerbalAire stock bag system is adequate.
I don't mean to imply otherwise by offering alternatives.
That said...

For me not having a good valve system, ala volcano or zephyr, would be a deal breaker for a bag filling vaporizer, but maybe I'm just picky.

I think Herbalizer's "SqueezeValve" with a naturally airtight seal on the HA counts as a true valve.
Or perhaps the problem is they aren't included stock? A 4 pack is around 40 shipped last I checked.
The TonG adapter that expands the HA's versatility even further from stock is 20-30.
That brings the total for an HerbalAire with the valve system of an ~$800 vape to $200 total.
Still less expensive than most of the given options; a fraction of the price in some cases.

hoptimum I thought that before I used the HA bags but found that once I took my first hit very little vapor is lost then again I fill a bag and suck it down in a few minutes.

No criticism meant to the HA, which by all accounts is an efficient and reliable performer. For me I'd prefer the convenience of a valve, especially in a group setting.

What makes a valve that much more convenient? I understand that it relieves the group from having to hold it with their finger, but how much of a problem is that? I had an extreme q for a while and never got tired of plugging the bag with my finger, it just doesn't seem that necessary to me.

(Just re-read that and it sounded kind of mean... I didn't mean to be, honestly just curious :))

I'm not interested in holding the bag and sometimes I have to set it down, I don't want to come back to half a bag later

I usually hit the filled bag once initially, set it down and pick it up again. I couldnt do that if I had to plug the bag with my finger

You two should hang out and put down your bags....

Thanks for the response though, makes more sense now!

Salutations,

You'll have to vote for "Other"...

I placed 'Other' as a button so you guys could tell me which one and why.

Insertion of the HerbalAire in the "Other" category tells me perhaps i don't want to vote at all, because in our vaporist universe it's just not possible to avoid planet HerbalAire on the way to distant galaxies!...

:peace:

Interesting to see that the voting so far seems to be even between the Volcano, Herbie and Other

I have found out that the MFLB can actually make DECENT bags. Nothing GREAT but decent.

@MG23 Herbie comes with bags.

I think you misunderstood my sentiment.
I was recommending trying the HerbalAire + TonG paired with EasyValve bags; not the Herbalizer itself.
It is an option for those that can't live without a true valve system but don't want to spend over $200 on a reliable vape.
The confusion must have been caused by the cross-use of the nickname "Herbie" after the Herbalizer came along.

The Volcano wins hands down IMO. I have a Herbalizer, and it doesn't fill as fast , the seal isn't as tight once filled, and the bags don't last as long, lots of leakage. That being said, the quality of Vapor out of the Herbie is better IMO, but my Classic is 5+ years and may not be functioning as well as it once had. Even owning a Herbalizer and an Evo, I still find myself looking at buying the Volcano Digit for my Bag vaping experience. The wife and I enjoy Bags the most. Stopped using Herbie until Friday because the leaking was just to much for me to handle, awaiting new bags. Both great Vapes and you can't go wrong with either purchase.

The Volcano is still king of the hill as far as bags are concerned, IMO. (BTW, I have a Volcano Digit with the Easy Valve and several new bags if you ever consider swapping out your Herbalizer)

TboneToker,
I think the Volcano still has the best overall bag system. The quality and performance of the valve is unmatched. However, if Herbalizer can deliver a consistent SqueezeValve that actually keeps an airtight seal, they could challenge the Volcano in the bag department.
