Whoa, the Hammer has adjustable temperatures??? Can this do oils on SS wool like my Nano? It seems like it could generate enough heat! How long is the stem sticking out of the unit?

EDIT: How fragile are the stems for this?

The dial is adjustable the temp is manual you keep heating and you'll get higher temps, I have concentrate videos I recommend trying the Hammer as a nail. Everyone mentions that it was the smoothest dab they've taken. Reread the last few pages we talk about breaking glass.

Though I use cotton you can use ss, where do you get yours.

So after waiting for my new stem from @VAPEHUNTER :bowdown::clap:i got to use my trusty hammer again. After one hit i try to put my stem back in when.....my rubber gasket ripped:doh::bang:. I hadnt really notcied until my third hit i saw my rubber gasket torn and barely on i took it out and was shocked. If its not one thing its another i always say. So thnx again to vapehunter but it looks like i will be waiting again lol.

The rubber gaskets do rip, I'm surprised it happened so soon, where is yours placed on your heat exchanger, I have mine at the tip and haven't experienced any issues, but now I'm using silicone because I ran out of gaskets. I've noticed the gaskets will kind of just snap where as the silicone seems to melt a bit onto the heat exchanger.

Also how do you insert and remove your lock on stems, one would assume you turn them as you insert.

I do a lil twist not hard at all just enough for it to stay on. I also keep my rubber on the tip it moves a lil back but stays on the tip lol. Its like you said it didnt rip it snapped. But o well really cant do anything just have to wait for my email for my hammer. I hope they threw in a rubber gasket lol gosh my luck is amazing.

You don't have to wait. Use it without the lockon kit like the original Bowls, it works.

I never got any when i ordered mine from rakuten or they gave me lock on stems and the rubber was already on the hammer. And when i used without the rubber i get alot of airflow since it 's over the heater instead of locking.

I only received lock on stems with mine also. What I was saying is to use the stem you have without the gasket, It may be a little airier wispier hit and the stem won't lock on but it is still usable without the lock on gasket installed.

This way it works pretty much the way it did with the original stems that don't work with the lock on system. The slightly larger bowl size of the new stems adds more air when you hit so it's a little less dense, that's the only difference other then not being able to lock on the stem.

@herbivore21 hammer is a portable nano with so slighly less control but same power.

I oftenly bring hammer and an aquavape+tubing outside when fishing, what a joy to have heavy convection hitter outside a volo when you have a simple tane can. Dry is ok with flowers only but when you add bubble or hash it is unbearable w/o water.

I jumped on the 42% discount!!!

I made some demos around me and the hammer is really winning very much respect, so time to spread the word.

Convection and rich hits for cheap, exactly what a vaporist asks.

I say it again as soon as you use a second stem in the air intake, you have really no butane odor at all on the vapor path.

@$unnyblaq glad to hear you got the stem without it breaking, I did try to make the package as bomb-proof as possible. I have been checking and the tracking number still shows out-for-delivery. I plan on buying a couple extra stem kits, for $9.99 I can't pass it up, so @$unnyblaq I dropped a rubber gasket in the mail headed out to you:tup:. Hammer Brothers!!!:rockon:

WHATTTT OMG YOU ROCK!!! :rockon::tup::clap:. I was gonna get some or just wait for my hammer to come in but thnx @VAPEHUNTER!!!! You see ppl this is a proof that there is more love in vaping then smoking. Ive met nice smokers but everyone on FC seem to be awesome. This is why i love this site and vaping thnx Hammer and Headtools for making us all Hammer heads. And to my hammer bro vapehunter i gotta get some custom stems to send one or two your way:cool:;).

This past weekend I tried the gong with the PnP water tool. I packed the herb down a little so it would stay because to use it in this fashion the gong is inverted. My first hit went well but on the second hit some herb fell into the Hammer and immediately it turned bright orange and burnt up....:puke: the taste of combustion. I don't know how I put up with the taste of combustion for all those years???

Okay, i just ordered this vape as a companion to my MFLB.

After a messy 4/20 celebration i found myself looking for a easier handled vape to share with vape-noobs and after diggin this whole threat i couldn't resist the impulse to buy it while it is discounted.

Also curios about the differences between conduction and butane powered vaping.

I ordered the basic hammer set along with a custom screenless stem, a screenless gong and a spare pack of stems :tup:

when buying fuel for the hammer would the vector 14x or the colibri premium be a better clean choice to help keep this vape up and running for years? I don't use a torch for anything so I have no other use other than for the hammer.
