That's a good thing since you can't buy them anymore. They sell the EVO now, not the Cloud.

For those of us who live on this forum, the warranty issue has been discussed several times with full explanations as to why. I'm not even going to retype explanations anymore. Just search the thread and stop rehashing this issue.

Here in EU lot of retailers are still selling their stock of Cloud+ (authorizer seller), IDK what they are thinking about this.....(get a big stock of Cloud+without warranty...) and sorry if you don't like if we speak about this problem.

Like those explanations should just be accepted? Anyway, shouldn't you live on the EVO forum...ya know, since they don't make the cloud anymore.

They haven't been accepted by some, they've been discussed to death here. That's why sticks has said to re-read the thread. Your response here is rude and any more like it will get you in trouble.

That's still good. I think the problem is stores selling old inventory that had been announced as unwarrantied. But the customer in the store doesn't know that and trusts the store owner. I can tell you my lhs owner doesn't know the full vxl story. If I'm right, the result is Cloud+ owners rightfully pissed at the wrong entity. The store owner should be getting chastised in that situation. Anyhow, more links and info will help us sort this out.

Still using the OG ticker and it's seen heavy use daily for over two years now. I definitely need some more ELBs but I can't be more happy with how well my unit has held up over time!

The amount of new HT's is pretty awesome, I think it's time for a new glass piece. :brow:

@stonemonkey55 Will the vapexnail fit OG clouds? Was really hoping to try them out but it looks like the restriction in the air path will prevent it from fitting.

Can anybody with a nail and OG cloud see if it fits?

Thanks

Unfortunately it does not. The heater core is completely different on the EVO which allowed us to make some adjustments to allow for the concentrates adapted. You can always email support@vapexhale.com if you want to upgrade :)

My Cloud+ is dead:cry: Red light do not turn to green, the VXC is cold:cry::cry::cry: In less than a year.

@stonemonkey55 what can I do with the warranty?

He'll tell you $250 can get you an upgrade to the EVO..your warranty is useless.

This is exactly what I was saying before but apparently it has been "discussed to death"

I understand they are having legal difficulties with their ex-manufacture. The very same manufacture who makes the ceramic heater (likely whats wrong here). Why on earth cant they find an alternative heater? I dont think it has to be super specific as long as it doesnt break and has enough power the thermocoupling will take care of the rest. We have already had a user come up with a possible solution. Seems weird that a user on this forum could find an alternative heater but this vaporizer company cant do the same. If its for $$$ reasons then I am still confused TBH because I dont see how the heater could be that expensive, maybe there are a large number of clouds needing repair? Just seems sad that peoples options are pay $250, live with a broken cloud, or fix their cloud themselves.

If my specific question has already been asked and answered then please help me find the answer. I havent kept up on this 700+ page thread and have no clue what search phrase would find the answer.

somebody please help me understand this:
How come a few posts back somebody asked a question about the new VapeXnail fitting on the old cloud, and Stonemonkey answer was " Unfortunately it does not. If they can upgrade a Cloud with a new heater core, Why can't they do the same to all the broken Clouds?

Thanks for your answer. Maybe you can't answer me, why warranty is useless? Aren't there any law in the USA that force to the company to keep warranty of the electronics equipment? In the EU there is a Directive that it say there are 2 years of warranty in all electronics equipment. I don't understand that I don't have warranty in less than a year. Is this common in the USA?

Thanks. It's difficult to find something in a thread with almost 20000 messages. I'd like to read the official answer, too. Have I to pay with warranty? I don't understand it. Aren't there warranty in the products in the USA?

Buying a product and then not being able to use the warranty while the company is still in business is not common. I have heard of people filling credit card deputes but thats not my area of expertise

All my days in a daze...
Most first world nations have governmental consumer protection bodies that wouldn't allow this to go down.
For example, here in Australia, VXH would face large fines from the A.C.C.C (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) if they didn't honor the warranties.
