@THC SCIENTIFIC I actually ordered through vaporwarehouse, not you guys.

Anyway, I received a call from my girlfriend who had called the post office. The package was still there, undelivered, and they sent it out to her and she has since received it.


But why they marked it as delivered 4 hours earlier, the world may never know
Man thats good news! Glad you tracked it down man. Been there before too! I have even chased my mailman down through the neighborhood to get a package. Bastards.

haha yeah, I specifically pushed my lunch time back to when the mail typically runs. noticed it said delivered before any mail had arrived. Mail man came and went and there was still no package.

That shipment was prepared why it was not shipped with the warranty is something I have to check with on Monday.

Also on your order you did receive 20% discount so the notion that your order does not have a discount is wrong.

Also customer service has been top notch since I recall answering your questions and concerns through the day and night. Even going as far as checking for your package daily personally to make sure you don't loose out on the tops since you decided to ship them with stamps instead of the required tracking with signature.


So please tell me how my customer service is lacking?

Nobody's debating. YOUR customer service is awesome, YOU have been there for every question. But if you have a "working" ticket system, why is it that some users have to go through the process of finding FC, signing up, and sending messages directly to YOU. IMO its a flawed system if users have to go outside of the system to get answers. I never said anything about not getting a discount, I said I won't buy directly from you without a coupon. And I accept the issues that I caused (stamps) and appreciate what you've done, but not shipping the whole order is on your staff. I'm just giving you my feedback.

That is not what I meant, and I am sure the tone that is being portrayed is not the one I am actually using. I am done posting about this.

I think cs is a touchy issue as G has been hard at work weeding out dickheads to get a (for the most part) finely tuned machine. That being said, there are kinks in the system. I think Dani is just trying to get across his frustration at the inevitability of a non FC user being forced to first identify FC existing, second realize the Persei is listed here, and third seek help. A possible solution to this would be a direct link on the w9 page to this forum, or possible in the user guides. I know it would alleviate a lot of wtf-ery and such from a newb perspective.

This is just my opinion as to what was discussed, and how it could be remedied. Use it, or dont. I am still gonna be here.

@Sleepin in CA that's not the case we have a direct link to cs on our site the only thing discussed here is the different user techniques and different oils used.

I don't understand why we need a direct link to FC on our site? We already have cs Link on our site and people get helped on that platform Monday through Friday and Saturday Sunday most of the time.

I was speaking for when cs takes awhile to respond, as in weekends, or in the case of immediate help. Instances like malfunctioning equipment, questions for assembly/usage, and also for direct troubleshooting. It just makes sense to link to the one resource that really helps immediately. Customer service is great when you know you need it, but most times its a troubleshooting issue that could best be solved with 5 minutes on FC.com. A simple link here would save SO MUCH FRUSTRATION on the user end. I know its been discussed before by others, and I thought it made sense to link here then, and I still do. FC serves a vital service in the function/operation/learning curve for all uptech product. Without it proper usage is very hard to attain out of the box.

These are just my opinions. It was asked, so I answered.

@Sleepin in CA I understand that but at the same time where is the line drawn? Now people will be complaining that I don't answer in time here. Our cs hours are Monday through Friday, what happens here is something that I do on my available time and in no way dedicated or obligated cs.

I really do understand that FC has helped our product and is part of direct contact with a base of hard core vaporist but it is still a independent forum where I choose to be a part of it and only represents about 5% of our customer base. It is how ever not a factor in the Up Tech formula where we need to make FC a mandatory outlet, meaning customers can still get their units up and running using our CS system.

I am not opposed to the current system. I was just making an alternative observation that I thought would help with new customer retention.

Speaking of my own initial experiences with the (FML) old CS crew, I can uniquely relate to the frustrated new user.

*My initial experiences were solved by G himself to a great level of customer service. Just want to put that out there...

Personally I think you do a DAMN FINE job. You know this too I think.

CS is hands down the best I've experienced with uptech, and is one of the main reasons I like uptech besides the premium products they have to offer. It's pretty simple, If I have a problem I just make a support ticket on the site. If you are to impatient to wait for a response then do what the rest of us do and RESEARCH! Go to FC and 9 times outta 10 your going to find your answer there from previous members experiences or knowledge from others.


Anyhoo....

I was wondering if people put more than one TI coil into their hercules or is it best used with just one coil in the herc? I have the sr-71 coils and they are huge compared, so was just curious.

That's bullshit. Nowhere was it mentioned that this is what I would receive. How about I keep what I have and you give me a refund for the $120 worth of product that you still have not sent me.

I feel like it was justified because that was the first time I had heard or seen ANYWHERE that if I traded in my double top, I would receive three DISPOSABLE cartridges. And apparently I wasn't the only one. At the same time, I promise this will not happen again.

Yes. And it depends. Some people can put a few grams through them, others kill carts before the first fill is done. If you're pro at loading/using the carts (and Im assuming you mean the old skool EO carts) you should be able to safely* refill it 2-3 times as long as your oil is relatively clean.


*Just be aware that (as W9 states) these are intended for single use. Just fair warning.
