Would there be much flavour left after that much diffusion?

D'love to have it though

Just received a Bobboglass munny I ordered a while back.

Purple rain with honeycomb. Came with this real nice pendant, raygun dabber and coin as well.

Looking for a 14mm female domeless quartz nail and staff/katana dabber to finish it off.

Videos:
Was recording to check water level and to see how the frit fired...I have no past experience so

First video I put the water at the level I wanted, just kissing the bottom of the frit. However I noticed that due to the curved/not straight shape of the joint, the water had a hard time traveling there without a pretty machine gun like chug when pulling on it. Is this normal?

This is a test with the Solo on 3, higher water level (water at middle of disk), less chug effect but still there, I was pulling medium strength and was getting nice clouds (despite this 4th take which is the only that came out watchable!)

Very high water level, pulled with high strength, less chug, but too much water IMO...also almost broke some shit pulling the Solo out as you can hear at the end (the bottom of the adapter did chip a tiny bit).

This is only my second bubbler, first one I tried my Solo with. Not sure how I really like this particular shape/design, but I think it's my set up that is causing the uncomfort. I need a PVHE stem for the Solo for sure.

Hate the chug, I've had the chug experience with honeycombs before, like you said the angle of the stem and the pressure from the water slaps back creating that annoying chug. I look for a smart stem design now if buying a straight HC or frit. Ive seen stems I like that curve and straighten out horizontally before entering the can. That's what made me want to try the one I posted above. There is a perc below to diffuse the chug situation.

Not sure if it qualifies as cheap, quality glass, so I'll just post this here.
Got my Blaze Cage Perc bubbler and I am impressed. Thick, heavy, no bubbles to be found, no scratches and HUGE. The perc pretty much bubbles from the top row exclusivly, but there is no drag thanks to the dimensions of the piece. The closest to direct draw I've tried so far. The video was my second draw, water level was SLIGHTLY to low, resulting in a bit of backfire. After adding a few more ml of water, the backfire effect pretty much stopped.

EDIT: Gotta love that moment between 0:09 and 0:10, when some REALLY milky bubbles burst.

I totally agree with your post. I got the same bub, it's pretty close to my Möbius Clear Matrix in dragless. Actually I find it too airy for my old lungs.
IMO... I added a showerhead downstem to mine to make it fizzier. The bottom of the downstem almost touches the bottom of the cage perc.
Congrats in your new piece. It's built like a tank and has a big volume for milking & it's dragless.
Very recommended. How are you feeling about the short mouthpiece??
I'm using a Y adapter to keep vapes like the Cloud+ or EVO away from my face and avoid using the dewaar joint.
Enjoy it and stay vaped...

yes, grasscity carries them. you can get a few from planetvape.ca. also www.blackleaf.de is their retail page and rhey ship to the world. I bought about $300 and the shipping was free. Just is an extra week in flight.

You may find this pieces cheaper at other retailers, though. I got the Blaze Worked Inline Recycler for 50 euro less than blackleaf.de wants for it, not that I'd advice any american to get this piece ;)

It is quite airy, however with the right draw strength/speed it works pretty well for my ol' lungbags. Putting a difussing downstem in there seems like a good idea though. The only one I got around is to short, have to messure and get another one.
Yep, a claisen is advisable, as I said the video was my second hit after unpacking and cleaning, at this point the splitter was still on my HC recycler. ;)
I do and hope you do as well!
