I do have one question...
How much should I be loading in this thing? I filled an atomizer until the wick was basically submerged and just took this to work and went to town on it. The next day as i was loading it again the smoke tasted burnt and the wick and element were black and burnt. Is that from leaving the titanium element exposed burning the oil under it but not having new material added ontop of it?
I've been careful with my second atty, adding a nice amount until the wick was level with melted shatter, then adding bit by bit as i hit it and this one is tasting fine..
Just wondering what is the consensus best amount/frequency to load this thing with to extend the life and taste of the atty.

We recommend a rice sized piece placed on top of the coil.. pulse the button until the product saturates into the wick for best flavor and results.

I got to meet Dr. D and the crew ! They had a booth at the Cannabis cup in Denver and I got some cool pics I would like to share here when I get to it. If anyone is trying to get a hold of them they are likely really busy or traveling so cut them some slack.
They had some VERY exiting new products and if it wasn't for me being concerned about gas $ home I would be showing off my yet to be released Ghost pen accessory. I got to give one a try and it is a must have for me when they do get released! I think they will really win some people over with the 3 or 4 new releases I saw at their booth that impressed me.
Will get back to my updated review and C.C. trip report with my Dr. D pen along with a few Dr. D related pics soon.
Later in the thread after the new Dr. Dabber website a discount code for Fc was created and I just checked it still works, it is "buyfc"

Sorry to leave you hanging I fell asleep last night and am at work.
If it was me I would get my ghost kit and then get the other stuff later . Less wait and you would want both.
They are 3 style of new water piece attys. That appear to use the globe atty w a water pipe instead of the dome..
And they are cool.

I had one question, what are you guys using for cases? Does the doc have any cases in mind? I'd love to work on one if nobody has designed one yet.. just a thing I like to do. Im concerned about the globe being protected when in the case, but also, what kind of plastic little containers people might use to hold a 'pre-loaded' atomizer when they're using them as 'bullets' on the go and dont feel like re-filling. I want to know what size containers fit around the Dr. Dabber atomizers we could preload and 'cap off' so nothing falls or leaks out?
Also, this is my first pen or purchase in the vaping world. I really enjoyed reading this thread and all of the thorough photos and reviews. Look forward to being part of the dabber community. I feel like I made a really smart purchase based on the titanium coils and the excellent service. I was on the fence about this or a vape ape, but I love the attention to detail and overall attention to graphic design and packaging. It really does feel great too w/ the satin black rubbery feeling finish, VERY cool

Finally found some time to share a bit of my trip.
The Cannabis cup was amazing and there was an artist rendering the Dr. Dabber booth unfortunately I didn't get a finished shot of the art but maybe Dr. D has a pic he could share.
Some of the new products at their booth were a neat worked "honeypot" m.p. that replaces the dome I believe.
What really got my attention were 3 new water pipe accessories, one was a straight solid looking little perc. If I had seen them online only I would have likely picked that one and the Dr's crew at the tent said it was sold out so I bet it will be a favorite. I didn't get a chance to try or get a pic of that one.
In the brief time I had to look at the other 2 they were similar but one was larger, I got a pic of and tried the smaller of the two. It has a small carb that I wasn't sure would be adequate to clear properly on the front. It was awesome watching it milk and clearing it (3 times in 1 hit) and I got a massive hit lol.
Here is the smaller of the two it looked pretty cool hanging from his neck on the lanyard.
After having a blast at the C.C. and Denvers 420 rally we headed to the mountains and climbed up in the towers at Bishops Castle and enjoyed the scenery and my Dr. D.

This is finished product here! We got it colored and it's on the way back to the office!
Unfortunately we sold out of our new recycler tops and percolator top too but we have our new honeypots in stock. Purely aesthetic, but turns your globe heady!
Here is the scientific series that should be available again in about a week or two. They were a hit at the Cannabis Cup and we sold out, all are handblown in the USA and are in production now.
We also just added our Honeymats to the line as well. Non-stick silicone mats, all printing is done on the bottom so it never effects your concentrates.
We will keep everyone posted on when the scientific series will be available!
