so I guess this might explain why he still hasn't sent me the 4 atty's I bought from him last November.

I have followed up monthly with the most gracious emails and phone calls, extending every benefit of the doubt as he regaled me with stories about his computer crashing, all his systems getting hacked, etc. at one point I asked for a refund, to which he replied that he simply couldn't cancel the order and return my cash because he already spent it. I sympathized with his position as a startup business owner, and decided to wait for the atomizers. the last two times he actually replied to my emails in which I patiently inquired as to the status of my order, he asked me to provide my address again so he could send me my atomizers, saying that he had lost ALL of his customer data. I promptly provided my address both times and he never sent the atomizers. that was a couple of months ago. I have continued to call regularly, leave messages, and send emails. no replies. apparently he's just going to keep my money

thanks for the updates to this thread. I no longer want the atomizers but this guy still owes me either 4 attys or $80

Actually the Air passage is completely separated from the internals. the tiny hole at the very bottom of the atomizer is a straw that continues through up to inside the ceramic cup and exits directly under the the horizontal coil. this is to insure no contamination of any sort and as far as heat goes the tubing is resistant to over 400-600+ deg and our coils dont reach anywhere near that.
as for the video BS. Aaron is a leader and takes hits from people every day. like the x employee who is having so much fun with this on FC cause recently Aaron fired him for his poor craftsmanship and for stealing BHOLT product and stealing thousands $$$ personal musical equipment & instruments from Aarons home. Aaron is pressing charges against his actions and slander as well as theft.

The day Aaron stops taking blows from low lifes, competitors, con artists, and internet trolls is the day that he has fallen off the lead.

Way to pass all of the due blame onto everyone else. Surely, that clears everything up for your customers and they will all see Aaron in a much better light. :rolleyes:

PS - Videos don't lie. No matter how you and Aaron justify his actions, the fact of the matter is that he was caught stealing red handed. You can choose to look at it however you would like, but it won't change the fact that he is a thief and a liar. Just my :2c: (which will never go towards any Bholt products).

Dear BHOLT, you have zero credibility, anything you say is not going to change the FACTS. But if you insist on delighting us with the wonders of the revolutionized personal care industry I would LOVE to hear more...

I was only using it occasionally before, it always tasted a bit weird and I was worried about its dodgy construction, dodgy gong joint, glues etc. And mine doesn't work with glass very well, it got restricted after a few uses in the airpath somehow and if it's no good in glass I lose interest - that was the point of this one for me.

Now I've gotten back up to date with this thread (Side note: Why does fc randomly stop sending emails for threads I watch!) I will be using it even less, it prob wont see light many more times.
I Wont be buying new attys. I am unimpressed with the product overall. Price isn't friendly either especially for internationals. There service and communication was lack luster at best, the only thing I could rely on was an excuse or delay.

So yeah, goodbye. Ive forgotten you already bholt. Certainly wasn't hard.

no. I sent a PM with all the relevant information, exactly what I ordered and when, along with the order #. they sent back a PM on March 3 that they would look into it. still no returned calls or emails.

apparently this was just another fly-by-night, half-assed "me-too" product. somebody just looking to get a piece of this rapidly emerging market without any regard for anybody.

I'm just going to throw away my BHOLT products and take the loss.

A number of us were burned by this guy @kimura so, as you know, fellow brethren are with you.
As we absorb the lesson, we can take solace in the knowledge that there are companies like @THC SCIENTIFIC , @underdog , @PlanetVape , and more, that go above and beyond when taking care of us.
More importantly, we have such an incredible resource in FC, and the aforementioned brethren it has provided us, to weather this rapidly growing vape-scape. It/they keep these sort of transgressions from happening more, and spreading less.

If you're looking to replace your BHolt, contact G at THC SCI. He'll set you up with something stable AND stand by it.

I realize I haven''t moved the BHolt off my signature, but plan to on my next sig upgrade.
