Discontinued Pinnacle Pro

I havent noticed any heating problems with my pro but Im in the never bake over #3 club. I tried a new trick with my Pro though. Actually its an old trick with a new device. I used the round mouthpiece to take a few nose hits. Just popped it in the nostril, closed the other with a finger and inhaled. Yowza! Got a great buzz off that little trick! If you try this though, be smart and keep the heat at 2 or lower. I have a feeling you could easily torch your nostrils at a higher heat.

I have never had problems with the bullet in fact that was probably the best product. This vaporizer has a lot of potential. Hopefully they can deal with all the issues that have been cropping up.

There are still issues baking on heat level #3 and under.

^ I had this happen with 1 out of 8 of the bullets I owned.

By the way, I cannot believe that the cracking housing at the top of the unit issue is something TVB are charging to fix. My 1.5 month old unit had the same issue. Wow am I glad I bowed gracefully out of the PNP ride! Best of luck to all of you guys getting this issue sorted!

Hello again! This time the BarnBoy has a new PNP Fortune Cookie I recently discovered. There are still a few features I haven’t figured out so I openly invite anyone, @TherealVaporblunt and @Engineering to comment on these hidden features of the PNP. It really does show just what one can do with just a simple push button interface. Simple, damn simple!

Previously I posted how to bypass the battery light when in battery mode. Someone long ago helped me identify what I think is a SW revision code here. So now for today’s trick you need to plug in your PNP to a charger. Just like the SW Revision, press and hold the power button, but this time hold it for approx 5 full seconds until either a green or pink colored light blips, then let go. What happens next appears to be some kind of warm-up & burn in where the temperature goes to approximately 440F (227C) once all five lights stop blinking. I just haven’t been brave enough to see if it will eventually time out (may try later). Quick pressing the button again didn’t seem to do anything (could be wrong), but a press and hold turns it off and it will then sign off by blipping a led of same color (pink or green).

Anyway, thought we needed something to explore again. So go have fun…

Be careful treating an expensive vaporizer in a reckless way, you don't want to ruin the programming mechanism. Just a thought IMO. It seems like TRVB commented on that somewhere in the thread.

So i wanted to ask a question to pnp user's am i the only one who can't get their unit to reach up passed heat 3 when you have 3 more cycles before charge??? On full charge i can get to 5 no problem. same once its drops one batt level still goes up to 5 but once im on my middle charge(3rd light) i can't reach heat 4 or 5 sometimes even 3 idk if its just mine?? I don't remember having this issue before I've had mine since January and have not dropped it once. Anyone have a similar issue??

Yep, all the time...

Looks like i will just have to go with the pax again. I don't really want to because i personal think the pnp is much better. But if i can't get passed #3 heat level at half charge then what other choice do i really have. This could be the best out there if little fixes were made. Better mouthpieces out the gate since og pinnacle was asked took awhile now we are getting that. But battery replacement needs to be handled as well even pax has a batt replacement for 50$. The plastics in this vape just dont last and aren't good never heard this on other vapes melting/breaking chipping cracking w.e you wanna call it shouldn't happen at all. The cracks in the sleeve the fact you cant use all heat levels at half charge makes it all to much to deal with. Love my pnp but damn these tiny flaws bring this vape down from being top dog.

Just had a bullet screen come out the bottom of a bullet as I was packing it. Anyone else have the screen fall out?
I have also had a screen break off of one of my bullets thankfully i bought the 6 extra so i just set that one off to the side so i dont use it. But i was packing one and i think i went to press it between my thumb and index fingers and the screen slid right inside the metal sleeve.

On another note i have been noticing a lot of movement inside the unit it has fumbled while passed among friends but nothing servere. and since the day i receive it ive been able to push the light cover down just a little it seems bowed out slightly im pretty sure i could pop it off with easy but never tried b/c i learn in life experiences not to mess with stuff thats not broke cuz u might end up breaking it haha. so i dont kno how durably this unit is im very careful with it but accidents happen with u with ur buddies passing in the cipher so i guess im to blame for any rattling with in the unit. so far no problems with function and everyone i share this with always ask how much it cost b/c the want one of there own but once i say a buck fifty they usually think im crazy haha.

I do need to clean up my bullets and pong what is the best way? i always read iso but im not sure what percent and how safe is it to use on those bullets and plastic?

If i decide to ship my pong in to vapor blunt how can a get it shipped back since i live in PA and they dont ship to Pennsylvania? also can u send in the mouth piece to receive the quick fix gong?

I mean it's still usable right? The effectiveness hasn't gone away ,so I'm gonna keep using it as I only have 3 total.

The rattle is prob the battery, if its the battery it has a dull sound and u can feel the weight of it shifting. No harm the bat is not held tight in place. the cover just pops of with a plastic prying tool.
For PONG wait for the engineer one 4 to 6 weeks.

Then the final form ~ Pro + orbiter + male/male + water tool = Orbital Cannon

@lookhigh Yes, sparingly. I got a replacement pinnacle that is not as hot, and monitoring it very closely. I still don't trust the pong.

The clear one was only for the OG PN, so if that one is not showing any problems ur good.
I never had any problems with PONGs on either unit but i am a light user.

I noticed the crack after this morning's session. I also noticed part of the j-shaped ridge that the mouthpiece 'locks' onto has broken off and disappeared. Any word on this being covered under warranty yet?

For what it's worth, my unit has been used daily for about 5 months.

Lizard King, That's exactly where my Pnp broke. It cost $50 + shipping to get my unit fixed from VaporBlunt.

Could do with a clean. MP/PonG sticking was it??

I have been really trying to give my PNP chance but I think I have come to the conclusion that it is just not for me. I tried it on 2(I tried 1 but got no vapor at all) and it has good flavor but the hits are so light and airy. I tried hitting it as slow as I can and it just isn't the vapor I want so I turned it up to 3 and this vapor seems thicker and more like what I am looking for but the taste is instantly gone. I'm starting to regret selling my inhalater XP.

@ VapeNStone,

Why don't you contact the member that you purchased your PNP from?

http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/pinnacle-pro.10651/page-151#post-552635

Ok so I have been waiting to post. I bought a PNP from a member here. I have used it a few times and I just can't seem to get really good vapor unless I turn it up to 5(full blast) or unless I pack the shit out of the elb. I'm using very good quality mj so it can't be the weed because I get huge. Hits off of like nothing out of my EVO or my lotus. Even my solo seems to work better? Anything I need to know that I don't already? I am beginning to think I made a mistake?

Hopefully you have access or the opportunity to try another PNP.

Or why don't you try sending the unit into VB to confirm if something is wrong with it?

You can always purchase the XP again if you miss it that bad.

Sativape,
I was in contact with TRVB but I told him it was working probably because I figured this is how it is. But what he said in the last email made me think maybe I do have an issue? So I sent an email back saying that it must not be working properly and he never emailed me back. I actually just emailed him back today to see what's up. I don't miss the XP(it kept breaking and was taking forever for a replacement) per se it's just from what I have experienced it is the better small stealthy portable between the two.
