Hey guys, just my 2 cents, I LOVE my Core for at home, love the constant power & adjustability! @ Axian, buy it, money well spent. I've even used it in my truck & that worked great as well.

I too was curious about how the drag would be since after trying it on my oil rig it had a really hard draw, but with the Nibbler XL it is not bad at all. Minimal effort gives you giant clouds, you can tell they were designed together. As far as tipping over the Nibbler XL while there is water in it, I've actually tipped mine almost completely horizontal testing this myself and never had any water leak (I fill my water up to right below the UP label on the bubbler). It really is a great attachment; if you're considering it and have the money I would say just go for it, I was in the same boat and love that I picked one up finally.
As far as putting ejuice into the kiss carts, G has a video of testing the kiss carts in which he used ejuice, it appeared to work great, but may stain the wick a bit? not sure
E juice on the kiss carts gives really nice clouds and flavor we use it at the shows with e juice .it doesn't stain the pics they get right to being white with minimal effort !

Ah, very nice I must say. I've gotta admit that I've thought about getting a stand for mine too; just need to find one to pick up now haha -- I've had a couple "incidents" where my nibbler got knocked over so I think it's about time I start looking

You setup your persei with x2 18350 which gives you 7.4v like you would to power your 7.4v attachments. Attach the iris to this set up and you can dial down the volts/watts. This will let you control the power of your persei and as well dial in the flavor and clouds to your preferences. This is also helpful setting up your hercules for different consistency wax/oil. It's a nice little feature to have on demand. Dial it in!

Honestly I dont think its gonna happen. I believe the topic was that mechanical tops were being made and would "possibly" open up the dead zones in the core.
Im excited to cut the cord!

Good explanation. I think the key words here are "dial down". The Iris can only decrease power levels compared to the same setup without the Iris (direct unregulated battery power). Since I've been using the v1 Iris for months now (daily driver) with a 7.4v SR-71 I've discovered that I like to vape my wax/crumble/honeycomb concentrates at around 30-32 watts most of the time. I do find myself tweaking the power level a bit for each concentrate type/strain. It's wonderful, but...
I also need headroom. I need a heating rod with more than say 35 watts to be able to regulate it down to the 30-32 watt range that I desire. The SR-71 heating rod gives me this headroom since at 1.5 ohms it starts out at 42 watts on a freshly charged battery (~8 volts). With the Iris set for 7.4v (it's maximum setting) I get 36 watts (and the current is just below 5 amps). Perfect. I can then set the Iris for 30-32 watts (6.7-7.0) and get powerful consistent hits all day long. It takes all day (or 2!) for my AW IMR 18350 batteries to discharge from 8.3v down to 7.0 volts the point where the Iris falls out of regulation. Then I swap batteries and start all over again. This setup works so well that sometimes I think G must be a genius and planned for the Iris and SR-71 to play perfectly together from the very beginning!
Now compare this to the SR-74. Since it's heating rod is ~2.3 ohms it starts out at ~28 watts at 8 volts and is only ~24 watts at 7.4v. So if this is my starting point what am I going to "dial it down" to??? If I set the Iris to 6.8 volts I only get 20 watts. Way below my desired power range and actually about the same power as the black heating rod which I already know that I do not like.
So the SR-71 matches perfectly to the Iris IMO but the SR-74 doesn't match so well unless your goal is to emulate the black heating rod power level.
Oh, and if it isn't obvious, the wax inside the Hercules only cares about the end result power/watts being delivered. It doesn't care about how you got there (ohms/volts/current). I hope someday that Irises are so ubiquitous that everyone just talks about what power level is preferred vs model and color of heating rods.
