I had hoped they'd come in lower in price however. Makes it even scarier to contemplate what the new HT glass (like the Recycler) will cost. Sure wish I could afford both...or for that matter either! lol

Not sure if it matters at all or not but Chitownboro had some evo recycler HTs (designed/blown by @gordo.scientific ?) Up for sale on his IG page. IIRC he was asking $300.

No splashguard? Sorry but not interested, the water level is really high in that pieces...

Edit: I meant Bottom splash guard

@b0 --- Don't really need one, the mouthpiece also acts as one.

Sorry english is not my main, I meant the bottom guard that HT usually have. With a high water level is easier that water spills back down. Stu talked about it in other post:

Good eye, @Seek . Yes, the water level needs to be right around the top of the intake tube to work properly. Surprisingly however not very much spills back down during normal use. If you get aggressive with your rips, or are not careful to keep it vertical at all times water will accumulate in the bottom reservoir. When the reservoir gets about half full I just dump all the water and pour in some fresh h2o. This does not happen as often as I thought it was going to, so it's not a big deal IMO.

I asked him last week be said they were all gone....

Does anyone else feel VX is getting WAY too pricey? I feel like if they had cheaper glass, they would sell WAY more units. I try to get my friends to purchase but all of them can't throw almost a $1,000 at this.

This is something I believe to be true. I honestly can't even imagine that these are even worth $1000.
I also don't like how the inline is $149.99 when you buy the cloud Evo but magically is worth $100 more ($274) when you don't purchase an evo with it. The swagcycler also jumps up almost $200.

The fact is I own a EQ with DDave's mod and it works beautifully! I have never tried an evo or any cloud for that matter but many members on here have owned both and said the difference is night and day.

Do I want to try it of course, but am I going to drop $800 on something people say is better than my setup? Well, that depends. If you asked me a year ago when I didn't have that budget I would've said never in a million years.

Now that I do have that budget I'm just deciding if it was the inline or the swagcycler. ( I seriously can't decide for the life of me it will be my first inline or recycler)

The fact is the seller has the right to sell their product at whatever price they wish. Every employee has a apartment to pay for and bills just like you and I.

While the seller has the right to price their product at whatever price they wish for whatever reason they want. The consumer equally has the right to not purchase the product for whatever reason they wish. Both equally powerful rights.

Now someone who owns the ssfg inline and swagcylcer tell me what to go with!

Honestly, I don't own the SwagCycler, but the level of fluid needed in it to maintain function is kind of a turn off for me. I have a custom SSFG inline and really like its balance between diffusion, drag, and flavor.

The Devastator was my first choice but I guess they don't sell it anymore? How would you compare the devastator vs in inline?
It's nice to see you still kickin ass posting beatituful glass @t-dub

Thanks, I appreciate that. :) Well no comparison. The Devastator is miles beyond a simple inline since its double chambered and has a much larger liquid volume. Really, its not a fair comparison. I alternate my Devastator with my fanatic turbine, both higher volume pieces, and I reserve the inline for hash/oil specialty/flavor hits.

I enjoy both of them. You can't go wrong either way. I like the big mouthpiece on the hydraline as well as the straight neck style. It is fun to watch the vapor buildup around the ice pinches... oh did I mention ice pinches?? It's a great choice especially if getting it at a discount w/ an Evo.

The swagcycler provides better diffusion, so taste will suffer a little, but not much. Hits are smoother for me without doubt. It does require more attention and usually two hands to operate. You have to make sure you keep it vertical at all times, so a careful eye is needed. It's fun as hell to take fat rips and watch the swirling water.

I do still like the Devastator the best, though. It gives me the smoothest rips of the three.

Hope that helps.

It's a bundle deal...
I honestly don't see how you can begrudge them for that...

It's not more expensive if you buy it out of the bundle,
its less expensive if you buy it in the bundle.

Sure, its a semantic distinction, but a valid one IMO...

Sure, I agree that their glass seems a bit overpriced when it's not part of a bundle, but thats what you should be annoyed at IMO, not at the opportunity for snagging some glass for cheap if you are buying the main unit...

I'm in Palm Springs at the moment, and I was sitting at a table with my EVO & glass accoutrements about and I lovingly grabbed them. It was 5.1 here.

I am sorry you piece is gone. It is your Lot in Life as a Glass Owner: Acquaintance, Acceptance, Self-Actualization, Angst.

Funny thing was that @Zangano Cruel is here visiting. He's still freaking out as the aftershocks are continuous still. When it hit, he ran for the door and I ran for the glass.

First real earthquake in my life. I try to push @Stu to the door... But he pushed me toward his glass. I helped him but it was too late. We saved most of the pieces. I'm crying for his Devastator. RIP.
We're fine, stoned and we'll keep vaping to celebrate...
Stay vaped.
