Nice.

Been using an old Triton T2 from MyWeigh. Not disguised like yours though Vito.

I needed a scale, and was looking for cheap, but accurate.
That was the lowest price I could find on a scale. I really wanted one that weighed to .01, but the price pushed me over the edge.(I didn't get it for the "disguise" factor.) :)

i'd seen that on dealextreme for less, but that was a great video, and good to know it's not good for seeing really small amounts (i can't figure out how little i'm using each session because my scale is also not good below 2/10)

"whatever you need to weigh..."

lol

ps: i'd much rather support puffitup than dealextreme, but they have this milligram scale (.001g +-3mg) for just twenty-two bucks. free shipping, tho it takes four months to arrive, and you get to worry about who has your credit card number

Interesting, I have actually bought an accurate scale that measure by .01 for 20 or 25 bucks from ebay a while back and it still works perfect, even came with a calibration weight, so there are good deals to be had out there

Depends on if you are talking to me AGBeer. If so, no I do not change much. I am partially paralyzed as a result of a 5.5 week coma.
Oh... I get animated when I am talking to the camera, but you are correct. My head is cocked a good deal of the time, and one side of my face especially does not move as well as the other.
That being said, I have overcome all self conciousness about that, and don't mind showing my face.
P.S... Good eye, AGBeer. not all that many people make that connection!

The credit card comment was hysterical!

That's what I want... one that goes to .01!

Yeah, there are deals out there. Got my Triton here for 15 bucks. Came with a calibration weight as well. Looks like it's an extra 5 bucks now.
Thanks for the link.. they look good!

HOW about this!
I was looking through old posts of mine, and came across this post.
It is 3 full years later, and although I bought new batteries 3 times.....
I am still using this same original iScale from Puffitup!.
I test it against my Ohaus triple beam, and it is always exact.
I still rely on and trust this scale implicitly!

Marijuana makes me high and Amazon sells scales. I got mine at a marijuana accessory store disguised as a head shop, and to be honest, it gets the job done. I don't act like a limp-wristed pussy regarding its simplicity, and I know it's still accurate because I use a calibration weight.

While Amazon sells scales, I am talking here SPECIFICALLY about how well this 19 dollar iScale from PuffitUp has lasted... 3 years and going strong...
I am talking about it in order to support an FC supporting retailer's product, and it's quality.
My intent is to let folks that want reliability and accountability know where to go to get a product that has 100% backup, and merchant support.
My intent here surely is the opposite of sending folks to Amazon to deal with unknown and potentially unscrupulous sellers.
Here at FC, it is best to guide people to sellers that have treated FC members with a special brand of customer service and respect
For that reason the name of this thread is "The iScale from Puffitup".. rather than "Take a gamble... buy scales from Amazon"
While I appreciate that you are happy with a product you received that was NOT from a supporting retailer, I find no reason to spam this thread titled "The iScale from PuffitUp" with products that this thread is NOT about!

Bruh, please take a moment to chill. I thought this was a thread about scales.

mod note: Considering the language in your previous post, I'd take my own advice if I were you.

Good to know Vito. It's a nice price and I like the ones with removable lids you can use as a tray. I'll keep this one in mind for Xmas presents.

No it's a thread about the iScale from Puffitup, and since you have nothing to say that's on topic.....

I am always chill on this site. The wording in my previous post does not imply that I was not chill. I'm not sure why the mod and the OP have their panties in a bunch over this (just being cheeky...not truly trying to offend) I made an honest mistake about what this thread is about, and next time I will be more careful. But please, don't get offended by words in a forum post. Pace bruh.

This scale looks pretty small. What is the largest amount you would/could measure on it. One oz. two? It looks like two would cover the whole scale. I need a scale that would measure 2 oz at a time or less.

I measure up to a pound on it if I want.
I have other more convenient scales for that, however.
I use this scale for grams up to 3 ounces.

For grams

up to a 1/2 ounce

Up to an ounce (for more I just put one larger tupperware container on top of the first)

I had a good laugh at your pic.....You have about 2000 dollars in toys and a 20 dollar scale. I hope you don't think I am making fun of you. I think if it works it doesn't make a rats ass what it cost just if it works. Thanks for you help Vitolo! I feel like I have to buy one now with all the work you put into that.

I have had and used the scale for 3 years... so my collection has grown for sure.
When I got that scale, I also found others from other companies... even direct from China, that indeed cost less.
I found smaller scales.. and larger.
I flat out wanted to support a retailer that I knew gave a damn about the patient population, and about ethics... and that man was Randy at Puffitup.
I do have an Ohaus triple beam withina few feet of that scale...
and in the kitchen there is one of these;

...but when it comes to speed, and ease, that little iScale rocks.
the silver color on the buttons is wearing thin by now, but I love it!
I just love that convenient little iScale!
