Congratulations! Some of us have had no issues with the MP or PonG. I'll still be getting the glass option when it is ready. Just don't draw so hard that the bullet rises up and touches the screen area...you will know what I mean.
Also, keep your unit right side up (not upside down) while using so that the same thing doesn't happen.
I vape dry up to Level 4 (not for everyone) and have had no problems at all. You may, however, only wish to go to Level 3 max just to be safe. Your ABV will still be a dark brown when finished.
Enjoy! This vape may not be #1 for taste, but it extracts REALLY well.
EDIT: If you jam a little screen or piece of cotton in the top of the bullet after you load your herb it will keep your MP or PonG screen from getting bits of herb on it. You may still wish to use a Q-Tip to clean the MP/PonG screen afterwards if you don't use cotton as a bit of resin will still cling to it. If you use ISO with the Q-Tip, make sure you wipe off any that gets on the plastic part of the MP/PonG. I just use a dry Q-Tip most of the time and it works well. Then you could even vape the cotton afterward if you wish. I haven't tried that yet but hear it works well.

If there is anyone to blame it is clearly the BarnBoy. He was impatient when he said he would be patient. For that @TherealVaporblunt, I am truly sorry! I totally freaked out from your post. Please forgive me and come back!!! Would love to hear your comments about using E-Juice in the PNP…
EPIC GONG UPDATE…
The BarnBoy has a challenge for you all. Take a packed bullet and draw from it. Remember that restriction. Now place the bullet in your PNP w/ PonG and draw from it again. Is it easier to draw from now? If yes, ask yourself why. I believe TRVB stated why in his post. So does the PonG leak? To test, I brought it out of retirement. Man I do miss the stealth, but not the flavor nor heat of the hits at setting 4. I also noticed it took longer to fully bake out the bullet. IMHO the PonG leaks which explains why the inner walls of the PNP were always dirty and now clean. But keeping that bullet fully in the chamber is what is really needed to make the PNP come alive. Sorry PonG, back to retirement you go…
I have this sneaking suspicion that the TRVB GonG is going to be a better hitter than the Engineering GonG due to the o-ring. Will just have to experiment, such a bummer…
Post use cleaning is a breeze. After the GonG cools a bit, I simply take my finger wipe off the ABV and blow out the residual dust. The Epic screen seems to stay cleaner than the PonG. It is coarser than the screen on the PonG too.
A BARNBOY MINI-SERIES
To try to put a bit more cheer into the forum again, I present a quick recipe for cleaning your WT. What will make this cleaning job even easier for me is the Epic GonG stopper plugs neatly into a garden hose segment in my laundry sink. I am then able to force relatively high pressure hot water back through the WT taking what you see on the left to something on the right in less than 2 minutes. In this photo example I used the PNP PonG and got it clean at the same time…

Liz answered my mail as well, ignoring all questions I had and requesting my CC info without giving me a quote on what ammount I would actually have to pay. My follow up mail requesting a quote and a clarification on how many GonGs I would recieve did not get answered so far.
I am grateful for the GonG exchange and as stated before, I don't have a problem paying for shipping, waiting for the GonGs to be completed and I totaly understand that things take time. I am not to pleased on how the CC info transfer is handeld, but whatcha gonna do. I do need to know how much I'm gonna be charged, though.

I'd rather spend the rest of the month checking my CC status (I am getting a new one anyhow by the end of the month so thats that).

You guys are shipping your used PonGs? I thought they would just send you the GonG..why would they require you to ship a used PonG back to them?

I sent mine in a manilla envelope and used some bubble plastic to wrap around it. It cost me $3.95 with USPS, also tracking was included. VB should receive it today. I live in the U.S, so it's not a problem. I had a note inside and emailed VB really very simple.
I don't expect anything right away. I don't think it's ready yet for mass sale. That would take some time to prepare for. Who knows how many people will be sending in mouthpieces or pongs. VB maybe flooded with requests, who knows.
I can see where sending in if you live outside of U.S could be a problem, I would opt to give them my credit number for the price of shipping. I wouldn't have a problem with that.

I opted to send them back as i only use PayPall online my choice.
I cleaned them well. If they are inspected by customs what are they gonna do send the feds to Ireland over a piece of plastic.

Hi, I'm new to the site. I've had a Pinnacle Pro for about a month now. My first serious Vape and I love it. I just tried using some oil in the FMJ for the first time and my pong melted a bit around the screen because I had to have it at a higher temperature than I usually use.
I emailed vaporblunt today and have already gotten a couple replies and instructions on how I should send the pong in. Really appreciate that a company would go straight to a source like this to see how their product can be improved. That means a lot. Thank you.

I received my glass MP from VB that @TherealVaporblunt has created and will give you my thoughts.
1) Its a creative band-aid to get us through to a permanent fix but its a major pain to use and I may be putting my PNP away for a few months.
2) I only use my PNP when on the go, in the car, at a concert, etc as I use a Solo at home. Each time I have used the newly received glass MP, it fell off the PNP while using it, crashing to the floor and it didn't matter what angle I placed it on the PNP; I presume its just the fact that they o-ring is the incorrect size though I thought TRVB was holding off on shipping them to us until he finalized this. When placing the unit with the glass MP in my pocket, it would fall off along with the bullet sliding out spilling my herb in my pocket. What a joke and a pain!
3) For some reason, I was told via email (Not sure if it was Eric or Liz) that I was shipped @Engineering 's glass inserted PoNG but from ready these posts, that was a ways away so no clue why whomever is emailing us is completely clueless as to what they shipped me.
I appreciate the fact that VB is trying to make things right but to be honest, they should have done more due diligence with the OG Pinnacle and resolved all of these issues with the PNP. My PNP arrived with the thin wall MP and PonG and I have since been shipped the thicker walled PES versions of both, only to have my MP destroyed by the PNP. I stopped using these PES the day this happened. I typically use heat setting 3 and finish on 4 with a 2nd round of the same bullet. Going into another weekend without a real solution, I couldn't be unhappier... @TherealVaporblunt and @Engineering , please make things right already. Enough is enough!

Have you ever tried Iso and salt to clean the WT?
I use it on my bubbler, just add a little bit of isopropyl alcohol and some salt and shake the shit out the WT, then do you faucet rinse with hot water then you're good to go!
Some people in this thread have mentioned plugs for both ends while doing the iso salt shake.
My friend puts his WT in a zip lock with iso and salt and shakes it in the bag.
Works well too.

The BarnBoy is just an old hippie but still willing to learn! @Sativape teach us!!! I can't figure out how to get that honey out. My Steinel setup was pretty easy to get the whip reclaim by getting tube real cold and squeeze tube to crack reclaim off the walls...

Qwiso method is exactly how.
You will need to vacuum purge it in order to get as much of the Iso out at the end.
It may not be worth it for the little amount from the WT.
But, if you get your hands on trim, then it would definitely be worth it.
