I'm guessing that they haven't quite resolved the data import issues,
hopefully they can fix this without a database programmer :\

I don't think that is the case, I was literally the first early bird backer and have yet to receive my credentials. Either way I'm confident we'll all have our logins soon.

Haha that invalidates my theory. Damn I wish I was vaping with the grasshopper right now...oh well guess my MFLB will have to do :p

Loving the concept with this vape. I am leaning towards the titanium version, but had a concern. I do not think that the titanium will get hot enough to cause oxidation such as with TI nails when dabbing, but after many cleans with ISO being part water will it start to cause oxidation on the outside of our grasshopper's mouthpiece over time?

Is there already someone who can logon and tell me if it is possible to add a waterpipe adapter to your order?
And is it possible to see if you are an earlybird or not? Because I was one of the earlybirds and hope I get my hopper in the first batch.

Yes , they have water tool adapters for sale . and , like you , I was an early bird (number 27 or 28 ) and hope to see mine soon.

Team Grasshopper - What's your stance on the people that paid the premium for the Holiday Gift Grasshopper? Will there be a reimbursement? goodies thrown in?

Why a reimbursement? Did they not get their placeholder cards for the holiday?

I did not get one - can't speak for others. More importantly if these were given out as Christmas gifts as intended - not sure people would have done it with the benefit of hindsight unless they were meant as 4th of July gifts

All they promised is that they would get shipped out in the first batch right?
It's to bad about the xmas cards, maybe they will give you a free battery or something instead.

I don't get the new backers' website. @zymos are you talking about the email address and password change? Because I don't see any info on what I purchased.. Anybody else see their orders on the site?

Yes. They sent me the login, I set my password.

Go to "account" and pick "order status" from the drop down. Your order is displayed there. Hit the button that says "view invoice" and it shows your shipping info.

Well, it does for me- if you do that and it isn't showing up you may need to contact them...

I got the message, clicked the link, entered a password to complete my account and reviewed my order. Almost added the oil attachment but decided to hold off for now.
But I did discover that the oil kit comes in matching colors for every zenhopper :tup:

This is the first I'm hearing about someone not getting a card.


Don't be alarmed, we're still rolling it out, there have been issues with people giving us incorrect info and also incorrect address formats for international buyers slowing things up. :doh:

Allright thought it would be that, i might have given up a little bit more then i contributed since conversions arent same all over the world it seems... hope we can clear that up :).

Did we have to login to have our shipped or is this to only check to see the status and number of your place in line per shipment? Mine was a gift from a family member so unless I ask them or come here I'm in the dark.. So far I have been coming here to know what's going on. The address for it to be sent to is mine and I am not moving anytime soon lol soo I'm just waiting in the dark apart from the checking in on forum

any word yet? I still haven't received my login and such.. sent a mail to let them check it out. Has been 3-4 days still no new after they said they would let it get checked with their webmaster.. beginning to think they lost my info ... and 160 dollars down the drain.
