Alright fella's, it has to stop. I have been buying glass like it's my job and I still fucking want more. Every fucking head-shop in the area knows me by first name and up until now I thought that was cool.

I'm kinda getting tired of it. It's like a fucking rat race, every time you post a new piece someone one else one ups you (or at least that's the way you take it). I know a lot of you out there share this illness. But I ain't fucking kidding, it's a problem.

I feel for ya, really I almost do.

Now you KNOW your quest will end WHEN you find that Ultimate Epic Piece, I think you just need to keep searching. Really a 3rd or 4th mortgage on your home should cover ya for a while that way you can fund a tour of leftcoast glassblowers and find that perfect 'blow everything else outta the water' piece your heart desires. ...

See ...No more problem !

If I ever found my dream piece, there would be no more reason to live you know... Got to have a reason to live, no matter how small or large. Mine is the quest for that special piece... I grew up watching "Johnny Quest" and follow that dream... Long live GAS. give in to you GAS... GAS makes the world closer and functional.

I saw the title of this thread and the first thing that came to mind was The Great American Sound Company but of course, you'd have to be old enough and into the high end sound equipment era in Southern Calif during the '70's to remember Ampzilla, Son of Ampzilla and Theadra. Fun days those were. Here's one of their early amps. Shit looks like it was built in someones garage and it was, but the stuff sounded great:
